Description of Work: Our a/c was leaking all night so I called first thing this morning, this is the original unit that is almost 20 years old. Scott promptly called me back to schedule a service call for today between noon - 5:00pm. To my surprise he called back and said they could come even earlier if I preferred. A team of two arrived, were very professional and after assessing the unit, they cleared the line and explained that the coil was very dirty. They presented a couple of options and pricing for each. Most companies would have said right off the bat that I should replace this old unit but I appreciate that they did not pressure me and gave me an alternative choice that would extend the life of the unit. I recommend them and would trust them to do the small repairs as well as the big job of replacing the unit as well.

Description of Work: I scheduled in advance because I had to take off work for daytime scheduling. On the date arranged I heard nothing from them so I called. I spoke with Scott, who was nice, but I wasn't on the schedule. He ended up calling back to accommodate me, which was great. But it was supposed to have been a 21 point a/c inspection, tune up and duct sanitation. I don't feel like I was given what I was promised. They did nothing inside my home except look at the thermostat. I just feel like this was a rip off like almost every other A/C company who comes out to give you a "tune up". I expected a company associated with Angie's List would be the exception.

Description of Work: Install new A/C. | The job was done professionally. The price is reasonable. The owner, Scott is so professional and friendly. I would highly recommend his company to everyone.

Description of Work: The owner, Scott, was confident that the problem with the A/C system (inefficient) was a dirty evaporator coil that needed to be removed and cleaned. I had him do the job, only it turned out that he himself did not do that, but a different technician. As to whether this solves the problem, the jury is out until the hot weather returns and we'll see if the A/C runs more efficiently. Scott seemed very knowledgeable and not at all pushy. I had a good impression overall and hope to use his services in the future.

Description of Work: I replaced my central A/C unit and I called around for a good price. East Coast A/C Owner and technician were very prompt in returning calls and supplying quotes. They were also extremely quick about complying and working around my needs. They were very gracious about traveling out to my place 3 times because they could not enter my place to install the A/C unit due to misunderstanding. Scott was great person to work with and did excellent job at a great price. I am very pleased with the work that has been completed at my place.
