Description of Work: David has done several tile jobs for me over the past year. These ranged from the large (tearing out and replacing a stall shower tile floor) to the tiny and incredibly fussy (hand crafting quarter round marble baseboard molding to repair gaps in an exiting installation. He is truly the most talented and gifted craftsman that it has been my pleasure to have in my home and to watch working. The quality of his work is unsurpassable, his prices more than fair. He is friendly, tidy, punctual and responsive to questions or requests for advice. What more could one want? I wold recommend (and have recommended him) for any kind of tile work.

Description of Work: Mr Shannon is ABSOLUTELY the consummate professional, and clearly understands his business...he was 15 minutes EARLY to our planned appointment (and he worked around MY schedule - not his!!) I have been rehabbing my kitchen, and am in need of wall repair and backsplash and he walked me through what needed to be done (A MESS from the prior contractor - NOT an ANGIE'S LIST PROVIDER and I have LEARNED MY LESSON!!!!), gave a rough estimate of what the job should cost and then told me he couldn't take the job because his schedule is too full for the nature of my work (days and days and days of plaster wall repair) Am only sad I didn't find him earlier, or he couldv'e fit me into his schedule....THEN, he wouldn't allow me to pay him a consulting fee!!!!!!! Presuming the quality of his work is as fantastic as the quality of his estimate and CHARACTER, THIS IS THE GUY FOR YOU. I am sure I will have work for him in the future, and will plan as far in advance as possible to be able to utilize his services.

Description of Work: We needed an entryway into our spa tub in case the motor failed, which it did. He made an attractive tile door.

Description of Work: Completely tore out bathroom and shower tile, repaired old leak problem and reset floor of shower correctly. Laid new tile and trim throughout shower and bathroom.
