To their credit they were the only 1 of 4 Angies List vendors who responded to make an appointment, but it took 3 days for them to call back to schedule it. Once on site, they replaced a water pump which took less than 1 hour and charged me $200 labor to complete (which doesn't seem reasonable). They then broke a piece off of my timer, blamed it on the age of the timer and charged me another $180 to replace and install the new one. Once the water flow was restored, they began repairing and/or replacing the sprinkler heads and were able to get most of them working adequately, although some were not repaired to their original working condition and I believe they were unable to locate other heads that were severed or covered.

They were responsive, but I have no water pump anymore and for the past six months I've had to go outdoors to plug in my water every morning to get water to the house. They left me without water. They shrugged their shoulders and said that it was the other guy before them. They then said they couldn't do anything about it and left. They were really interested in covering their butts and it was pathetic.

We struck an irrigation line while doing some landscaping in our yard. These guys came out the same day, fixed it within minutes, and even made the landscaping look good again after doing their work.

I tried to give them $250, but they said no we need $300, so I gave them that. They didn't do anything like I wanted them to. I was quiet and didn't say anything. I even gave them water, and they didn't thank me. I called them yesterday to tell them that there was no water the first two days and they said there was no way that was true. They said they wouldn't come back to fix the problems because they're too far away. I haven't heard from them again.

Based on Angie's list rating, called and talked to the owner (Kyle?). He explained the various options, and we set up an installation appointment for the next day. That morning, he called to say that he had several water emergencies with existing customers, apologized; and we agreed that he would update me later in the day. As promised, he kept in touch, and the new system was installed by 4:30 that day. He and his helper were courteous, professional, and explained everything thoroughly. Will use them again to rework my sprinkler system after a construction project to remodel my home and add a new room. Very pleased.

This is my second time hiring Kyle and he did a great job. He came out a few days early to give me an estimate and then did everything in one day. He overhauled each and every fixture in the house (5 rooms of work total) and did it all in one day. Everything was to my satisfaction and I would definitely hire him again.

They sprinkles water. They are very timely and comes next day. They explain well and gives suggestion for what I can do to improve the water pressure. They even do not push to do it right now and can do it in some other time. I like the way they explain. They had repaired the sprinkler head system.

It went well and the system works great. He came back the following week to fix the irrigation timer (not part of the original job) and bring out some extra parts I needed (additional charge of $200 of which $125 was for parts). Again he was very prompt, and we even discussed future work I may have him do (replace the electric irrigation pump, replace the inside water heater).

A genuinely good experience with a home service provider. They responded immediately to my request for service and started the job that same afternoon. They took time to answer my questions and showed me how to operate and maintain the water equipment and sprinkler system. I couldn't be happier with the work performed and the price paid. I rate them an A+ in all categories.

I can't report the exact details, because I wasn't outside watching the work be performed. I have done so, however, on many occasions over almost ten years, so trust that the work I am billed for has been completed. Kyle is extremely knowledgeable regarding the intricacies of water systems, including the chemistry that is involved to ensure that his customers enjoy the "Best Water" possible.

They are extremely knowledgeable and they show up quickly when the need is urgent. They care for regular service needs so they come on a monthly basis.
