The service technician was here within one hour of estimated time of arrival. Did a nice neat job. Was knowledgeable and informative. The new control unit is a huge improvement over the old technology of the unit that was replaced. The final price was slightly more then the initial price quote.

Arrived on time made sure all was to my liking and would wait an extra 15 min after the job was done for me t arrive to make sure it was 100% good, and it was!

Communication was poor to be honest. Apparently, they had trouble with their truck (only one truck?). I had to call them when I hadn't heard from them in over a week after I purchased the coupon. It took a few weeks before they came. Once the team came, they did good work. They replaced 4 sprinkler heads along with repairing a leak underground, replacing the timer and a solenoid. They wanted $30 apiece to replace more sprinkler heads, but since I know how to do that, I declined that additional work.

it didn't go - I waited two weeks - they never contacted me. I called them to find out about my purchase and they told me they are "dead in the water". Don't have any trucks and cant help me. I asked how long before they would be back in operation - he said "we have no idea" probably weeks before we know anything. Who runs a business this way? Buyer BEWARE!!! Now I have to figure out how I get my money back!

It didn't go very well. He was very busy so he was very delayed in coming out. Eventually, he did come out and did an assessment and that's it and not a tuneup. He seemed knowledgeable. It was misleading. The price I was given was not what was delivered.

After calling this company on November 18, we were able to make arrangements for them to come and replace our existing reverse osmosis system. Kyle Gutches called during the day to let me know what time they would be at my house. He and another gentleman arrived on time. There was an error in the water faucet that was sent to them so they said they would come out again with the right faucet. They changed the system and suggested a solution to the issue of poor water pressure from the refrigerator. We told him that we wanted to add the extra tank as they suggested for our kitchen cabinet. Two days later they called to tell us that they had the faucet and the tank. They came the next day, calling to let us know when they would be out. Again, they arrived when they said. They worked quickly, neatly and efficiently. Our water pressure issue and problems with the ice maker on the refrigerator are solved. We are very happy with this company and will call them again when its time to change the filters.

Excellent service at a fair price.

I was travelling, so all coordination for the service call was done via email and phone. After purchasing the sprinkler tune-up, I contacted the company and was told the primary person would be on vacation for a week and the appointment would be scheduled as soon as possible. I received a call a week or so later to schefule the visit. The gentleman called when he was on his way to the house, as requested. Once on-site, he called to share the estimate for the sprinkler repair work, which was $200 to replace/reposition 10 sprinkler heads plus approximately $400 to replace the pump motor. I approved both costs and the work proceeded the same day. When the job was done, the gentleman called me to let me kmow. When I asked if the sprinkler system was working perfectly/well, he responded that it was working "OK". When I asked if all of the heads had been replaced as planned (the 10 recommended and approved for $200), he said only six were done as they had to dig more deeply than he thought and that the total bill was $600. Ideally, there should have been a conversation before the job was completed to let me know they could not address all of the recommended items for the price quoted and discuss/negotiate options for completing all work that was in scope. . The grade reflects that the system is working better than before (several heads were not working at all) and that they did complete the pump replacement and 60% of the sprinklerhead replacements.

They performed. Sprinklers are not their first priority. They have a water business of some other sort so they are not sure when they can be available. They could see that my sprinklers were not going to be profitable for them and weren't too interested in providing the service listed..

I bought a big deal for this service. The service went good. I had someone else come out and they told me it would be $350 to replace the index valve, because that was the problem; it needed replacing because my sprinkler was stuck in one zone and would not change to different zones. They told me it was that. This guy from A1 came. I had told him I thought that was the problem. When he came he agreed that there was a problem with that, but he said it was not the whole valve that was wrong, it was just the stem. He said because the stem was bad to replace that was $30 instead of the $350. I felt that was good and very honest. Their price was very good, but I felt that the big deal Angie's List had, I mean, I could have called them and said to them I thought I knew what the problem was. Then I would not have had to pay the $49 big deal price that they gave me.

It went well. It was far more costly than I thought it would be, and the provider did not keep me fully appraised as the cost went up, but the sprinkler system was working after he left and for a week after that. The control panel is another story. He was not familiar with it, and he worked on it for a very long time, but it is still not working correctly and I will still have to get someone to try to make it work correctly and give me good instructions on how to deal with it. The last time I turned the sprinklers on, they didn't come on, and I don't know if it is the sprinkler or the timer. Meantime we've had a lot of rain, so it is dormant again...and not working. I don't want to call him back because he was so costly.

Replaced malfunctioning sprinklers. Very quick on the job. Satisfied with their performance

There are no details. It's sprinklers. kind of boring. some sprinklers weren't coming on. needed to move about 15 feet of pvc about 3 feet and replace about 6 sprinklers and bury a couple deeper. Hope that helps

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for their services. Several days after the purchase I contacted them in an effort to set an appointment. Apparently they do not have a scheduling system, which makes it very difficult to set up a date and time. Instead they said they would call me when they are in the area. I agreed to this and they contacted me several times, but I was always at work when they did so. I opted to cancel the Big Deal because they were unavailable to perform services for me.

Service was prompt and courteous.

They did a good job. They actually found a broken pipe that was causing the problem and were able to repair it.

I thought it was a little pricey and it took a while to schedule an appointment. They repaired my system and charged me separately for the repair. The tune up was not necessary.
