Very attentive to detail, courteous and very efficient. Would definitely use them again and I would recommend them to anyone needing Sprinkler service.

Provider adjusted sprinklers as described in deal, bled air from vents, replaced broken bits and solved a faulty valve mechanism (zone water distribution thingy). I thought that for the amount of work provided his additional cost was reasonable. Didn´t rank A in responsiveness since provider did not proactively call me for several days after I purchased the deal, I had to call him and let him know this was pending. After this call, he agreed on a visit date and service was provided at that time.

They were really good! They found a crack that I don't think anyone else would have found. Now, I'll be saving money on my water bill!

Showed up on time . when I asked questions about what and why he was doing thing very informative. Would use again.

They were fine but there were a lot of extra charges and that's what took them down to a B rating from me.

I called these guys and they came by on there way home from there last job at 5:30pm. I was expecting them to look and tell me a price and then schedule something for a future day. When they looked at it they got right to work. These guys are very professional and ready to work. They fixed the problem in just 1 hour and water was back on. Great job will use them again.

They did good work. It is a busy time of the year, so a little slow, but once they got here they were thoorough. I would call them again.

The work that was required was substantially more than the offer I purchased. Unfortunately, the provider did not apply the big deal to the overall amount of the project. As a result, the big deal I purchased was not valuable.

I purchased a big deal from Angie's List and I used them. They did the work, but the coupon was not recognized or accepted at all and I ended up having to pay the full price for everything. So, it was really a waste of the big deal purchase that I made; I got no value out of that whatsoever. They did a good work and I still use them, as I was not unsatisfied with them. They are pretty responsive. They follow Florida standards. They are fairly reliable.

Never heard from the vendor. Emailed the vendor after calling Angies List the first time. Never heard back. Paid someone else to to the work. The question above must be answered or you cannot send this form in. . . . - the last contact with the provider????? I had no contact with the provider. You need to change that question on this form!!!!!!!

It was fair. Their price was in line with all the other cost out there. I do use them because he's the only one, the other one had gone out of business. I think they're the only one left in the area.

It was a little difficult to set up the appointment but once they were at the house they were extremely quick and thorough.

I used the special $49 dollar tune up which ended up costing around $200 with all the material they used. Work was done carelessly, some sprinkler heads were not functioning and still are not functioning properly. Owner is very confusing and difficult to understand. Would not recommend them.

He requested another $75.00 before he would replace a couple of broken sprinkle heads, in addition to the Angies List purchase. when I protested he incessantly repeated that he came all the way from Davie and used up a lot of timt and fuel to get to my residence in Miramar. Anyway since he was already here I bargained down to $50.00 in order for him to replace the supposed broken heads, bury a protruding line/pipe and reset the timer. He never stopped complaining and hinted that I should replace the saw that broke while removing tree roots in order to bury the pipe. I ignored him. At this present time; I still have at least one broken sprinkler head, the timer was never reset; in fact the setting was changed from automatic to manual which is a pain...and the pipe is still above the ground because it was not properly buried, he just piled some dirt on top of it. I would not refer him to worse enemy if I had one!

Kyle checked my full sprinkler system. Although he said my systen was old, he said it was working fine. He then walked around the house and marked the spots that were not working at their optimum. There were 3 heads that were broken. He replaced those and readjusted the others to spray correctly. He was very pleasant and i will use hom again in the future.

They arrived one day after I spoke with them. They performed the job as I expected. I thought that the charges for the parts were a little high, but I am overall pleased with the job. Due to their professionalism and affable personalities, I will use them in the future.

Kyle arrived and immediately found the problem with my sprinkler system. The prior company had installed a 3 zone. My system requires a 2 zone. Chuck arrived and they went to work on the system installing a 2 zone system. When I mentioned to Kyle what I had paid for the last company, he was shocked. I had overpaid for inferior work. Thank you Kyle, Chuck and Angie's List for once again providing honest, trustworthy contractors who perform excellent work. I would absolutely recommend this company for any type of water work.

Bought the deal 6 days ago. Have not heard from company. I feel that customer service is paramount in business, so I expected to be contacted promptly to schedule an appointment. This did not happen. I'd rather move on to another vendor. Since they never performed the service I cannot comment on the quality of their service.

1- Never got a call from the provider. 2- Called and number was disconnected. I also called the alternative number listed on the service provider's website. 3- Sent messages via Angie's list and email and never got a reply back. I would like to be refunded immediately, I do not wish to work with unprofessional vendors. That is the reason I joined Angie's' List. Alex

I called, he answered, we set a time, he showed up on time, gave me an estimate, arrived on time to do the work, completed the work that day. I called him the next day because of a leak and he showed up that day to fix it.

Two days later, a malfunction occurred. I contacted them again, this time on their way home. Much to my surprise, they offered to stop by and, again, the problem was resolved. I promised them a very "thankful recommendation." I was very satisfied with them.
