Keith Venning arrived in the time window he said he would, and a few days after treatment we have not seen any new insects.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it went well once we got all the details fixed. It is a 6-month treatment. We are being billed at the wrong address due to a mix-up in the Angie's List billing system.

I am pleased with the service provided by Chet's. The associate I dealt with on the phone is named Robin and she was very helpful, cordial, and knowledgeable. The man who performed a free inspection was prompt and thorough, as were the men who later came to deal the extermination. They were friendly and polite and they did must have done a good job as I have not seen any of the little buggers since. They are scheduled to return two days from after this review has been written to perform a free follow-up, which I feel is an excellent gesture on their part. I must say that the treatments performed are pricey, but well worth it for the quality that I have received. So overall I am pleased and impressed with their service, though I hope will never have need of them again (haha).

Mr.Venning is worth his weight in gold! We learned about Venning Pest Control through a Living Social promotion and I bought a voucher for $50, which got us full pest extermination services in our house (approx. 2800 square feet). I researched the product that Mr. Venning was going to use to make sure it had minimal environmental impact and maximum bug-killing impact. I was worried about using a chemical around my children, but my research revealed that there is virtually no risk associated with the product that Mr. Venning uses. Before we had the house treated, I was seeing a cockroach inside our home about once every other day. It was driving me crazy because I could not figure out how they were getting in. After Mr. Venning treated our home, I saw about five dead ones over the next two weeks, and haven't seen any since. It is a huge relief! I'll definitely be using Venning Pest Control for twice a year maintenance!

Technician arrived at my residence on time and was a true professional. Examined areas where pests were commonly found and explained reasons why pest prefer these areas. Although termites is not one of Vennings' expertize he will feed back his observation in a timely manor such that one can arrange for termite service. They were very professional and nice. They were on time and answered all of our questions. We had concerns about the spray because we have a 2 year old. They told us if we see any live bugs, they will come back and spray again at no additional charge. After 3 weeks, no bugs.
