Ants never returned in all but the master bathroom. Mr. Venning came out again and exterminted not just the master bathroom but th he whole house.

Great! Mr. Venning was punctual, professional and helpful. He explained what he was doing and sprayed the whole house and around the perimeter for small crawling insects. Since we are members of Angie's List there was a 10% discount.

I have had a very good experience with them. They have pretty much stopped my pest problem. He came out and did an initial treatment in June. He told me when he came that I had a severe problem which I already knew of course. He said that he would probably have to come back. We got everything out of the cabinets. He sprayed everything for me. I did have to call him to come back. He came out and the problem was pretty much resolved. He has been very responsive, very open and upfront with me. He is a very nice man. He knows his business. He charged me a one time fee was $100 and there was no charge the next time he came back. He said that he would come out and take care of the problem, if he had to come back it was part of the same package. He was very efficient. He was very efficient, polite and did what he said he was going to do. This may sound basic but you do not always get that anymore. I have already recommended him to several of my friends.

Very upfront about what to expect with treatment of our new home's german roach problem. We came up with an action plan before we moved in to our new home, shopped around the name-brand services and decided to go with a local company instead. The home was treated and we've been very vigilant these past weeks with scarcely a roach seen. Honestly, german roaches are a pain to get rid of, even with the luxury of an empty home ahead of our move in date. We've been in the home for couple weeks now and I'm beyond impressed with the level of professionalism and experience that Venning's Pest Control brought to the job.

He sprayed for roaches, there was not one dead roach seen and after waiting a week to see if it would work I have seen live roaches every day. I call yesterday but no one answered. I left a message. I would have gladly paid the 125.00 to get sprayed if it would have killed the roaches. There was no smell when he sprayed.

Wished I called Keith the first time around. He sounds determined to get the bugs out and price is reasonable! Keith is very knowledgable, professional, and courteous. Will use him for all future pest control needs for my parent's home. The no contract policy does make you want to do the opposite, because I intend to call him every 6 months for maintenance from this point on!

Keith is a true professional. He was punctual, courteous, articulate, knowledgeable and a complete gentleman. He discussed our needs then took care of business. I was meaning to call him. He was a very nice guy but we've seen a couple of little sugar ants running around. We just bought this house and we moved in on the 23rd of February so we've been here for about 6 weeks now. We've seen a couple of sugar ants and we'll call him to get out here to come spray again. Other than that, he was a great person to deal with. I bought the deal and he did it the very next day. The price was reasonable.

Was great- very quick response to our message and quick scheduling. Showed up on time, was very friendly but unobtrusive. No recurring contract required, which was a plus for us. Also promised a reminder notification in 3 months for the next visit.

I got them because they had a coupon. I signed up for Angie’s List in Lakeland because I have some rental properties there. I called them the first time. They came out and they treated the place. When I called them again, he said on a rental, they are not going to give me the 6 months of service or something to that effect. They came out one time and I paid them the $100. I’d probably never use them again because of what he said when I called them again. I don’t like the fact that they said that. If you buy a service, they need to stand behind the service. I tried to call them back to come back and treat it again.

Great. Promised if I saw any returning ants that he would come back and re-treat. He was analytical in trying to understand the type of ants, their source, etc and after the second visit, we did not see any ants. Great.

We had a carpenter ant problem where they were swarming into our master bedroom. I contacted Venning Pest Control the very next morning and spoke with Keith. I explained the situation and how we could not sleep in our bedroom due to the ants. Keith adjusted his schedule and responded out that very same day. He took his time and sprayed the entire perimeter of the house inside and out. He explanied the process and said thetreatment was guaranteed for 6 months. We noticed some dead ants but the first spray application did not solve the problem. I called Keith again and he was quick to respond out and this time used a dust application in the attic as well as sparyed the perimeter of the bedroom as well. Since the second application, the number of ants we have found has significantly declined. While they are not completely gone, it has helped tremendously. Keith said again before leaving to call if the problem continued and he would come again. Luckily we have not had to call again but it is nice to know he is there if we need him again. Thanks Keith!

The service was good. He gave an inside guarantee, but we still see a few pest and I planning to give him a call back. The quality of his services is good. He is very professional. I feel like it worked, but the guarantee is for six months. We are about four or five months into it. About a month ago, I started seeing the little ants that he sprayed for and I had seen a couple of spiders. In the first three months, I did not see anything and then within the last month or so, I started seeing little pests come back again like ants, spiders, and a few silverfish. It was easy scheduling for them to come back. I would tell a friend or a neighbor that he has pretty good service. I really do not know if he could really guarantee for six months that you are not going to see any pests. I know what he is trying to say that the pesticide would kill anything that walks across it. I think the guarantee is probably a little farfetched.

All went well. I had seen a just couple bugs in the kitchen and garage, so I wanted the house to get treated before things got out of control. Keith arrived on time and treated the inside and outside of the house as well as the garage. It's been two weeks and I haven't seen any bugs since so all is good. Keith also guarantees his treatment for six months, which is a plus. I thought the price was fair since it includes roach control, which can be expensive. I'd use him again. Updated - 7/31/15 It has been just over seven months since Venning Pest Control treated my home (back on 1/2/15), so when it was time for another treatment, I knew who to call. A couple weeks ago I started seeing a few small spiders in the bathroom and around our sliding glass door that leads to the backyard. Keith came back again today - he arrived early and sprayed the whole house, inside and out. He is very personable and professional. I will continue to use him twice yearly and highly recommend him.
