Were able to get rid of the ants. They did a very good job. No harmful chemicals were used. The tech knew everything needed. The tech was very professional and clean. They were on time and very responsive to my needs. The tech seemed very experienced and this allowed me to really trust in them on knowing the job.

Mr Venning showed up on time, even before schedule time, provided very informative information on how to lower the risk of having a bedbug problem. I am just very satisfied with Venning Pest Control.

He checked back with us and came back to put some extra bait out.

I chose Vennings after reading previous reviews on Angie's list and was not disappointed. Was very pleased with the service provided. An appointment was easily set up over the phone. Mr. Venning (Keith) arrived on time and was fully prepared for the task at hand. He was very professional. We discussed the problem (mainly ants) and he thoroughly explained and answered all questions. He told me what to expect over the following weeks after treatment and said to call if there were any problems.. So far I have been very pleased with the results. Keith is easy talk with and very much a gentleman. I will continue to use Venning Pest Control for future service and preventive maintenance program.

My husband called, spoke with the owner and scheduled a treatment the next day. What a delightful company to work with.

professional and punctual no spiders seen since treatment

The whole process didn't even take an hour, spraying inside and out. No harmful sprays. I felt comfortable for my little dog after he left. You will get a 6 month warranty for this problem but I suspect it will last longer once they are gone.

He will return after six months for a follow up treatment. Just what we wanted - good service without a contract.

Called Venning for help with a mouse problem. Arrived on time as scheduled. Asked where the mice had been coming from and observed several places in the kitchen. Employee/owner? gave some good but basic advice on preventing mice in the future and laid down 3 small wooden mouse traps. Also did a walk around outside to look for possible points of entry. Service was fine, though for placing three traps and the walk-around they charged $100, which seemed a bit high for the service rendered.

Everything looks good. he will contact me in 6 weeks to review the status of the house.

We were having a very mild pest problem - like spotting one roach every few days and tiny spiders in the corners. We are quite satisfied by the services and seeing some desirable results of the treatment (couple dead roaches and other insects we were not aware of :). Keith was very nice and professional. His planned routine almost covered all desired areas but he also readily took care of the trouble areas that me and my wife specifically pointed out while we were following him around when he was working on the indoors. We are still spotting some roaches and might need to have him come out again soon. But the treatment has definitely worked as compared to some others I have used in the past. We will use their services again in future.

The owner, Keith Venning, was very polite and professional. He answered my call right away and scheduled an appointment for two days later. He showed up a few minutes early and got right to work. Although I didn't have a major issue with pests, I had seen about 4 large roaches in the house and had tons of small ants outside in the yard and on the patios. Mr. Venning performed the work himself and was very personable and was easy to talk with. I would and will use them again on a regular basis to keep the ants away. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for the old fashioned customer service that used to be the ordinary and is now the exception.

The tech was very nice. I'm still waiting on his follow up to check to see if the treatment worked. He said he would be back and if I had any problems to call him. They were treating for ants. I've seen a few since he came, but he said I might.

The service turned out fine, he was okay. The service was good. I was going to have him come back out and do my yard, but he did fine. He was there on time, he returned my call quickly, and he was friendly. I had spiders in the house, and that stopped, so the job seems to have been done well. There wasn't anything that I didn't like about him. The pricing of the big deal was good.

I purchased a big deal. Scheduling was simple he showed up on time and was very polite even though he had to wait a few minutes for me to get home. He sprayed the inside and outside of the house and garage. So far everything has been fine.
