Venning Pest Control is a full service, owner operated pest control company in the Tampa Bay area since 1996. I, Keith Venning, provide service for residential, commercial and industrial clients. I will be at your home performing the service, so you always have the comfort of knowing I am on the job. NO CONTRACTS or long term commitments required. My specialty includes a six month service warranty for residential treatments with FREE follow up calls should problems arise until it is resolved. We always practice “integrated pest management”, which not only eliminates current infestations but keeps insects from entering or breeding inside the home. By using various baiting techniques, along with IGR’s (insect growth regulators), our simple, proven pest management strategies provide effective, complete pest elimination with minimal environmental impact. Description of Work: Mr. Venning came out to treat our home for ants. He has a 6 month guarantee with retreatment if we saw anything live. We did have a reoccurrence with ants in a different area and he came right out to retreat! Great service, thank you!

(Non member name removed) called me and I returned to treat the home under warranty on November 10, 2014. Since I have not heard back from you, I had to assume that the problem had been eliminated. Although your initial warranty expired on November 12, 2014, I would be pleased to return and service the home at no charge to you until you are completely satisfied with the service. We still have a number of different options available to use for the German cockroach infestation you are experiencing and would appreciate the opportunity to correct the problem in your home. Description of Work: It appears that most of our bug problem is over. We have seen a few bugs after the spraying but we were told that it may take a few weeks for the spraying to take full effect. We were assured that after thirty days if we still have a problem they will come back out and respray for free. I hope we do not have to have them come back out because it means clearing everything out of the kitchen cabinets and that is not fun :)

Mr. [Member], I provided a pest control service in your home on January 31st and then returned on March 12th to attempt to resolve a persistent ant issue. After not hearing back from you, I had to assume that the issue was resolved. Angie’s List has notified me that you are not pleased with the results of the service and are still experiencing problems with the ants. Many species of ants can be resistant to the various methods and products used to eliminate them and we use a number of different products to control them. Although your initial service warranty expired the last of April, I want to personally extend our service warranty to you. If you would like to contact me, I will return to your home at no charge to you to re-treat your home until the infestation is controlled to your complete satisfaction. Please feel free to contact me at anytime if you have additional questions or comments or to schedule a no cost service for your home.
