He was very professional, courteous and competatively priced. I was under a time contraint and had to get a new roof very quickly. He came right out the day after I called him for an estimate. When I made the decision to hire him, he started work within 2-3 days. He honored the discount he told me about, used top of the line shingles, and the workmanship was excellent. He had several people working with him to get the job done, and in fact, they finished a day early. He found wood that needed to be replaced and informed me of such before proceeded as that would affect the final cost. Overall I am very pleased with the outcome!

I contacted this company and the owner got back with me right away to set up an appointment for a free estimate. I was very pleased with the quick responsiveness and professionalism which has remained since my initial contact. He explained to us in detail what was needed and what our options were. We were informed of our rights as homeowners and that he would speak with our insurance company if necessary. The work has not been done just yet but I am definitely choosing this contractor to complete the job!

When they are working they do a good job. They are so busy, they were supposed to put my roof panels up 2 months ago but they just did it 2 days ago. They were prompt with putting the roof on.

My roof had a slow leak. I had a similar problem in the same area 5 years ago. I have lived in the house for 10+ years, but am unsure of the age of the roof. The house was built in 1978. Believing it may be time for a roof replacement, I found Rhino on Angie's list to get an estimate. The owner made an appointment to come out on a Saturday morning. He was running a bit late, but called in advan to notify me. Once he arrived, he was friendly and informative. Moreover, he was honest about the condition of my roof, advising me that it was a local problem, giving me information on what to do about it, and informing me that my roof was otherwise in good condition. I appreciated his information and honesty, and will definately keep him in mind when it eventually is time for replacement.

So far so good. They have been easy to communicate with. I am pleased with the result of the roof work. They were efficient and kept the work area clean. They still need to come back and cut back some aluminum roofing over my patio. The price was very good. They put in extra work because the old nails had rusted badly and it made the job more complicated.

It will great. I contacted them by phone and in less than a hour got a call back and and set an appointment for an estimate. Robert came by, gave me an estimate, and some samples. We agreed on the color and style and I put 40% down. They began work in about a week, the weather slowed somethings down, but was completed in a quick time frame, as quick as they safely could. They cleaned up nicely, and even rolled the yard and driveway and the street to to pick up any nails. Robert always called me back with answers with any questions I had. The inspector came and found two small items that needed addresses, a clamp on the electrical riser and a strip about 2 inches wide where the flat roof meets the edge, they were fixed the same day or the next, I dont really remember. I am an liscensed contractor but in another state, not Florida, and I am very picky about work done. Rhino did a very nice job, at a very fair price. I am well pleased and will use them again for other items on the house.

They were very professional and I really liked them. They went out to my rental property and emailed me the quote. They said they would also provide a wind mitigation certificate along with their service and I think you need to pay extra, but I'm not sure about it. However, I went with another company who offered a lower price.

After taking 3 bids for a roofing job I tried to get info on each business. I couldn't find any info through the better business bureau on any one of them but Angie's list did have a report on one of them Rhino Construction. Based on the positive report on Angie's list I hired them. I live out of town and had to traveled to Apollo Beach to oversee the work. I met with Mr. Elliot and discussed the difference in estimates and he lowered his to be competitive and promised a start date Robert Elliot (owner) and his company started on time and finished the job a day later than estimated due to unforeseen damage to roof boards. They had the roof striped down on the first day and I got to see the extent of the extra damage. everything was repaired to my satisfaction and they cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day. They dragged a magnet bar around the house to pick up any stray nails each day as well. The only thing that was questionable was that I had ordered "peel and stick" to be used as the base layer instead of regular felt paper in order to qualify for a insurance discount and when the foreman said they would have the roof "papered" by the first night I verified that he meant peel and stick. They had loaded the wrong paper and it was a good thing that I was there to verify otherwise they would've laid the wrong stuff down and may have roofed over it before realizing it was not what I ordered and paid for. Overall, I am very pleased with the job and hired them to rebuild a patio wall and to repaint the house (pending) as well I would highly recommend Robert Elliot & Rhino Construction (813) 719-2082

He was very anxious to do everything to finish the job correctly. They did a good job. They were easy to work with and they were very good. I would recommend them. I would use them again.

They are relatively competent. The price is pretty good, but they're not the cheapest. The clean up after themselves.

They did an excellent job. They were courteous and professional. It took three days and they cleaned up after themselves every night; there was no trash or nails around the house at all. They matched the lowest price from other bidders. They didn?t get done as soon as I thought they would but they did get it done. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

The work from start to finish was excellent. The result of contracting with this company to do our roofs has been a very good experience. No one on his crews goofs off. There is never anyone taking it easy unless it's a mandated break or lunch. As a result of this high quality contractor and his well-coordinated team, we now have two new, 30 year roofs, adding beauty and durability to our homes. All the work and the results are impressive. Each house was $9500. We feel that you get what you pay for and the price was worth every penny. We recommend Rhino highly.
