Everything has turned out well with them. They have offered several times about the reverse osmosis system and I have indicated I am not interested in this system. The water is better now. My skin is softer, it is easier to clean my shower and my coffee maker works better.

It’s been fine working with them. We have noticed a big difference in the quality of the water. Spots on glasses and shower doors have disappeared. Their service has been very good overall.

The product is fine. I have had a lot of trouble with them however including with the billing. The sales process was high pressure and I gave her all my information including my credit card information. The installer fine. They put the whole $1,500 amount on my credit card, which they reversed about four days later. Also, I don’t feel I was given all the information at the beginning such as with the annual maintenance costs, filter timelines and costs, etc.

The unit has made an amazing difference in the water. I am completely satisfied.

It has been seamless with them. Their upfront costs are significant but the benefits offer a high value. The initial cost was about $5,000 with $400 annual maintenance fees.

We haven’t had any with hard water issues since we purchased the softener. They always call and tell me when they’re going to be out to service the unit. Their services are relatively expensive compared with other alternatives but well worth it.

They removed it as it had leaked onto the bottom of our new kitchen cabinets and damaged the baseboard portions. Other than this, the unit is working well and the guys were fantastic and will always call to let you know they're coming.

They are a delight to work with. I can’t say enough good things about them. The difference the unit makes with the water is enormous. They are kind, respectful and even the delivery man is very respectful with space when delivering the salt. They deliver the salt on an approximately monthly basis.

Working with them has been good so far. Communication with them is decent and billing is done automatically, which is convenient.

The person who explained the product initially to us was very knowledgeable and took his time explaining things. He was not aggressive. Sayid comes faithfully on the day scheduled for salt refills. He comes every other month and I have the entire schedule for 2015 as to when they're coming. The plan we are on is called the "Plus Care" care. The installers were excellent and the unit is space-conscious. They were efficient, on-time and professional. Our water is wonderful now. My hands are now soft and when making coffee there is no longer hard water residue. I would estimate having this system has increased the life of our appliances and plumbing. Culligan is an A+ provider to work with.

Most recently, they filled our salt. There were a couple issues where they weren’t able to accommodate my schedule. Initially they didn’t give us a choice to have the unit inside or outside. We wanted the unit outside and it need to be moved outside. It took them a long time to rectify this situation.

We are very pleased with the quality and it's really comfortable working with them and we've recommended their services to others.

Everything about them was top-knotch. They showed me a unit and the unit worked great to filter and soften my water.

Showed up on time. Installation was made as proposed. Water was shut off only briefly to make connection to main water supply. Sink water was shut off briefly to hook up the reverse osmosis filter. Water taste much improved, meeting our expectations. When the drinking water system was put into operation, it did not work initially. The system thought it detected a leak under the sink. This was due to a a sensor that had accidentally gotten wet during the installation. Problem was quickly diagnosed and resolved on the spot.

Very well-extremely fine guy who explained everything well and gave us tips to save money.

The water softener and reverse osmosis system were installed on 3/23/14 and I noted an immediate improvement in the quality of the water. I had not previously had a water softener but I did have a non-functional GE reverse osmosis system, for which the Culligan RO system was a replacement. Both the Culligan salesman and the installer were very professional and capable and, while the water softener and RO system seemed expensive to me, I'm very pleased with both of them so far and would recommend Culligan to anyone.

Went well, with the exception that the subcontractor who did the installation did not recognize leak. Supplier promptly responded, replaced parts and fixed the problem. System works great and we love it.
