Description of Work: We were planning on using their service. The first day having the unit, it flooded and damaged my counters, sink and cabinets. Someone came out but didn’t know how to repair the damage. I have not heard from them since.

Description of Work: Called for an estimate on water softener. Sales rep showed a half hour late past the appointment window. He gave me no call to tell me he was running late. He would not do the estimate as my wife was not able to attend, stating that his office would be upset with him. He was expecting two people. Completely bizarre. I did not reschedule with them.

Description of Work: I signed up for their summer special Home Water Delivery Service for 3 months. The customer service, convenience, and the taste of the water convinced us to continue with their home water service. I priced all of their competitors and found their pricing was the best for everything that you received. One of the things I like most about Culligan Home Water Service is that they use the 5 gallon bottles with the NO-SPILL top. That makes changing bottles on the cooler so much easier. In January we had a small problem with our cooler, I called to inform them and they tried to walk me through the fix over the phone but I could not get it, so right away the next day they were here, showed me how to fix the issue so if it happens again I know what to do and they left us an extra bottle of water for our trouble. I love Culligan Home Water Delivery Service and would highly recommend them to anyone!!!!!

Description of Work: We have a water softer and water purifier through them. They come for monthly maintenance and they last tuned the system. We have the Platinum program with them that costs around $40 monthly. This is the first time I have used a company of this sort. They are very attentive. We have had a very good experience with them.
