It was excellent.

They are terrific. They are timely, efficient and polite. They are reasonably priced and licensed and bonded. There was one incident where one of the workers came and she didn't clean anything, but that was only once.

They did a fine job.

I didn’t really like their quality of cleaning. It was okay, but for the price it was definitely not okay. It was not great. I had my husband break their contract. I guess for me, they have to be really understanding. They didn’t do a lot of details when they cleaned. Some things were good and some things were not so good. The floors were not that great. They didn’t get into the corners and things like that. The other things were good but the flooring was not good. They didn’t really do a thorough cleaning. Even though we were very specific about what we wanted but they didn’t do that very well. They didn’t clean very well. There was dust under the bed and they said that they do limited things for the amount of money that is given. I told them that for the last one I actually got a lot more. They did come back and fix what they didn’t do, but it was a lot of work. It was hard to do that. I’m the one that typically cleans here and so I’m definitely going to be more critical. It’s a lot of money that I’m spending. I just couldn’t do it. I had a girl before to do the job and she had charged me $90, and she did a lot more than what they did. I thought that I was paying her a lot. I will not use their services again in the future. It took some pushing to get the job done by them. It was more work than what I wanted to deal with.

In December of 2010 I had Merry Maids perform a complete cleaning of my home, save for my bdrm and bath. They did a thorough job and I was most pleased with their performance. I then called same office in July, 2011 to have them perform the same cleaning at the same price. I was hosting a gathering at my home and was so happy with the first service, I expected the same thorough cleaning as the first. This was not the case. After they left, I started to replace the furniture that had been moved and found dirt on the floor under a chair that had been moved. The entire corner of the room had not been touched. I noticed water marks on my wood furniture and found that they used some type of cleaner that removed the finish to my dining room table, end table and coffee table. In the living room, I moved the books on the table to arrange them back to their original position and found that they had placed the magazine under the books and when I lifted the magazine, the front cover had stuck to the surface of my table. Whatever they used to dust the table was still wet when they placed the books and magazine back. I attempted to fix the watermarks on my furniture and remop my floors as my guests were scheduled to arrive within a few hours. I called Merry Maids afterward and the crew mgr and Larry Weigel arrived during a rain storm. When Mr. Weigel walked in there was no attempt to cover his wet shoes and all he could say is tell me what you want to have recleaned and we will do it. Okay, I had already cleaned my home after the cleaning crew left because leaving it dirty until the next day to prove a point would only be an embarrassment to me. He would not acknowledge the watermarks and damaged finishes that still exist on my furniture. There are more examples of poorly cleaned items throughout the house and far too many to note here. Even after I pointed out that the artwork had museum glass and not to use windex on them, just a light dusting, there are spray marks on the glass. To charge over $300.00 for sloppy work, laissez faire attitude, and in ability to take responsibility for their damage with no recourse is an experience I will not want to repeat..

They are only human and sometimes they miss things although they are willing to go back and do it. Sometimes I think that they go too fast. They charge $106 per visit.

Some of the workers were good, and some of them were so-so; so I dropped them. I would say quality was on the personal level. Some of them enjoyed their job and did it well; however, others couldn't wait to get to the next job. In the end, they went too fast, and they didn't get the corners cleaned. One time they missed a couple of things, and second time it was other stuff.

I have been using their services for about a month now. They come out like every couple of weeks. This is the first maid service I have used. They are pretty good. They are on time. They are professional. Their overall quality is pretty good. I looked at 3 or 4 maid services, but these were the only guys who came to my place directly to check with me and to give me a quote in person. I would use their services in the future too.

We hired Molly Maid to do an initial "deep cleaning" of my mother's mobile home. My mother is 81 years old and due to health problems cannot keep her home as clean as she would like it to be. On May 3rd they came to my mother's home to explain everything they would do and an estimated time of how long it would take. On May 5th two women came to her home and cleaned it top to bottom within three hours. They cleaned the two bathrooms including the floors and fixtures. They also cleaned the kitchen counters, appliance surfaces, floors and sinks, vacuumed the carpets, dusted all the furniture, ceiling fans and blinds, baseboards, sills and decor. Both women were extremely polite and did not stop working until they were finished. My mother's home was spotless and smelled fresh and clean. Needless to say we are very pleased with the service and will use them on monthly basis. Thank you!

They are always on time, professional and courteous. Good service.

They were too expensive and went with someone else.

We have always had cleaning people. They are more thorough than anybody else we've ever had here. They cleaned the tiles in our bathroom where the cement was discolored. We are happy with them and will continue to use them. We are getting ready to move from our 3 story house to a condo that is a little over 4,000 square feet and we will use them there. The price listed is what it costs every two weeks.

Their customer service was great and they even sent a supervisor out to inspect the work before they left. They did a great job and I would recommend them to others.

They were on time, professional, complete, and accommodating to our schedule.
