Inconsistent & very costly considering the 3 spare bedrooms aren't lived in & two showers not used.

We were hesitant to use any cleaning service but after speaking with several companies we decided to try Merry Maids. It was reassuring they actually came out to do a walk through versus giving an estimate based solely on house square footage. They do an EXCELLENT job. They confirm the day before so you can remember to turn off the alarm, arrive on time, and do a thorough cleaning. If you have any issues or concerns they are responsive. I highly recommend them.

They called one of the workers to take care of the floor and he completed the job. They were fine. I’ve had them for over a year. They come monthly. We get the same crew each time so they know exactly what needs to be done. They do it promptly. Two gals come each time. They do great work. I have an ongoing contract with them.

They cleaned my house and did a decent. job. The reason I stopped using them is that they were disorganized. I would schedule a visit and they would change it to another time or come late. Today they had me scheduled for 9AM and didn't show. They did a decent job and are nice people and they didn't miss every appointment, but I need more consistency.

they were prompt and courteous. Quoted a range of the price over the phone even though they did not come to the house for a visual of home. Afterwards the bill was "capped" at $535 due to extra help needed for dusting but settled on the high end of the quote approximately $400. I felt awkward. I received a call early on in the cleaning process to alert me the kitchen was more work than anticipated and cost would be more to clean cabinets. I asked not to clean cabinets and was told it was all or nothing.

They did a wonderful job. They always came when they were supposed to be there. They were friendly, quick, and thorough. They mostly sent the same crew so I got to know them. Every month that they came out, they would concentrate to one particular area. They were very good and I would recommend them.

There team was punctual, though the workers did not seem particularly professional. I thought the rates were high and they neglected some areas which they said was outside the scope of their work like outside the front door (entrance landing). After some discussions they agreed to clean that area after the first year or so of the contract had passed. We were unable to maintain access arrangements since we live abroad and the contract automatically cancelled..

They staff was very professional when they arrived. Brought their win cleaning supplies and equipment. They always asked if there was any special attention we needed that week, for instance windows, blinds, or deep cleaning.They cleaned every room thoroughly - I had no complaints. The only minor complaint I have is that we rarely got the same cleaning crew 2 weeks in a row. I would have liked the consistency of the same person cleaning the house. The upside of not having the same person is that each had there own way of cleaning so sometimes our bathroom or kitchen received extra attention.

They bring a cleaning team and do a thorough job cleaning the house. We've been very satisfied by their punctuality and comprehensive professionalism.

They were a good service, they were just a little expensive. They did what they came in to do and they were fast about it. The house was clean where ever they were done.

She was good. She was very good, very responsive. She did house cleaning like bathrooms and I think she did some vacuuming. She cleaned two bathrooms, she did vacuuming, I think she did some dusting and I think it was for three hours. She did some mopping and she did the vacuuming, I don't remember exactly. I called, they came, it was very good. Came on time.

Their reviews were good, and we said okay fine let us try them and they were good. They are a good company and they came in and did the job. We decided for them because they were high up on the list, had good reviews and that is what we were looking for.

Got an estimate. Very professional documentation and presentation. Was not able to hire them at that time.

I was looking for a someone to clean my townhouse after tenants moved out. I needed it cleaned at an exact day and time and had a hard time finding someone on short notice. Merry Maids was able to provide that. Two ladies arrived on time and cleaned the kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms, and window blinds in 1.5 hrs. They were very professional. A supervisor even came out to check the job. They were a little more pricey than some of the other companies, but they were available when others were not.

There were many times when they really just didn't clean. One day when my daughter was at our home, they said they were done, and my daughter told them that they still hadn't cleaned the floors, and they told her that they did, however, my daughter knew that they had not. We just got tired of it and fired them and now are looking for someone else.

It went well in the beginning, but then the teams switched and my husband continued to try and help with moving furniture and moving animals. However, the differences could not be resolved.

They put the little special touches: shape towels on bed into animals/ fold the toilet paper ends/ put little heart stickies on paper towel edges....cute!

When we had them do deep cleaning, they did a very thorough job, and I was very impressed with the ladies that came for it. It is just that the care that they took with like the light fixtures, they took them down and hand washed them and all. Whereas, I had people before that just threw them in the dishwasher and washed them. So, I appreciated the care they took with our items. When we had them come back, it was a different group of ladies to do the general housecleaning, and they did not do a very good job, so, we cancelled it. I thought the price was reasonable.

I used Merry Maids for 4 or 5 years. I loved the people who cleaned my house, one in particular was just terrific. I had a problem with the office personnel who did the scheduling. The lady was from the north and Mobile is I think the oldest city in the south and we are a little bit different here. She was from the north and she was very rude. She would say that my cleaning people would be here at a certain time on a certain day and when it would get past the time they were to come I would call and she would tell me oh no I didn't tell you that day I told you another day or another time. That went on. She and I just didn't get along and finally we just fired each other. There was one particular girl who was the only one I allowed to come and she would bring someone else to help her, but she was in charge. I wouldn't let anyone else come and clean without her. She was excellent. By the end the experience was an F. At the beginning when it was a different manager it was an A. When they switched managers in Mobile it went south. My biggest complaint was that I paid $90, but those girls only got $10 a piece to clean my house. They had to furnish their own vehicles, they had to furnish their own cell phones, they got a very, very small allotment for gasoline and when gas prices went up their allotment stayed the same with no reimbursement, no health insurance for them, they had to call in when they got to a house, and they had to call in as they left a house. They were totally tied to the office. They made no decisions on their own and I thought that was not good. I loved Francis. I loved the workers, but hated the management. The management in Mobile at this time is terrible. I only would use them again if the management changed and I could get my same cleaning lady back.

Two girls showed up on time and I explained how I wanted the house cleaned and all beds changed. Living room dusted and all tile floors mopped.

We like just they were available. We called them and they came over. They did their work correctly with quality.

The service was excellent. They were terrific. I would use them again.

I hired Merry Maids to clean my house before a final walk through by the new owners. Everything went smoothly from the initial call right until they left. The team came out on time and cleaned the house from top to bottom. This cleaning included appliances, ceiling fans etc. I was more than satisfied with the service and the price, and at the closing both the new owners and their agent remarked on how clean the house was. I would not hesitate to call again.
