After the windows were installed, two of them had broken seals and one of the patio doors did not seal properly. The 2 windows were replaced by the window manufacturer - not Jand M. The patio door is still not fixed. They removed stucco from the side of the house in order to replace one of the windows. The stucco has not been restored to it's original condition. I sent them a letter asking for a release of lien and instead received a threatening voice mail. They have no interest in making sure the job is complete - they just want their money.
Description of Work: Replaced all of the windows (8) and patio doors (2) in our 20+ year old townhouse.

THERE WAS A COMMUNICATION GLITCH BETWEEN THE SALESMAN/ESTIMATOR AND WHAT I WAS LED TO BELIEVE WAS GOING TO HAPPEN. THE WORKERS WERE GREAT, THOUGH AND I WAS PLEASED WITH WHAT THEY DID.

THE ROOF DID PASS INSPECTION. J&M PAID FOR THE ROOF TO BE FIXED. SHE PUT A SIGN UP IN THE YARD ABOUT OUT COMPANY. SHE HAS ACCUSED THE COMPANY FOR BEING MAFIA CONNECTED. SHE HAS SLANDERED THE COMPANY AND WE HAVE CONSIDERED LEAGL ACTION AGAINST HER.
