Description of Work: Art our sales rep was outstanding. He came out and estimated the cost of taking down our old screened in patio and replacing it with a acrylic window patio enclosure. Art had samples of the materials that would be used. Non of the other companies I had for estimates had sample material just pictures of what they could do. ASC was not the cheapest, nor the most expensive, but ASC worked with us. They had to take down the screened in patio one day, then wait for the paver contractor to paver the patio floor, then schedule a install date for the new enclosure. Everything went off like clock work. Shawn the head crewmen was outstanding, not only in his professionalism, friendliness, but was an absolute proffectionist. I would recommend ASC to everyone, we are TOTALLY HAPPY!

Description of Work: I live in a mobile home and had ACS install a back door in my attached shed. Gave me options for door styles. Also reattached my hand rail into the concrete steps. Job well done. Will use them again when it's time to extend my carport.

Description of Work: Replaced wood beach and trim, patio cage and screen, replace river rock with pavers, paint walls and trim. ASC was very professional, polite, punctual and precise. After 3 years it still looks new. We were not pleased, however, with Artistic Pavers, the subcontractor who did the pavers. Even after 3 years the pavers still exude white dust, even after 2 power cleanings and sealing twice. Would not recommend using Artistic Pavers for paving work.

 + 0 moreThe work was of excellent quality, however they caused two cracks in the cement driveway while drilling the anchor holes. I complained and they denied it completely. Also they left a large amount of aluminum chips on my front lawn.

 + 1 moreThe work was excellent. They did and great job and they are very good people to work with. The cost was very reasonable compared to other service providers with the same product. We are very pleased with the service. If you have any issues they have great follow up and they will come to take care of anything needed. I would recommend them to anybody. I have recommended them in the past as well.
Description of Work: They have been to our home three times in a year. They did two separate roof jobs and they put in windows. One of the roofing jobs was on a Florida room attached to the house and the other job was for the home. They did siding around the windows and they put vinyl siding inside the Florida room around the windows as well.

 + -1 moreThey did a pretty good job on the carport. They did crack the concrete in the driveway and they did not repair it as they said the crack was there before they started work. The workmanship was good quality, the only problem was the crack was where they bolted the post in the concrete and they denied it being their fault. They did come on time to do the work.

 + 3 moreThe service was very good. We were very pleased with them. They wrapped everything up and they just did everything very neat with the work. I would recommend them to anyone. The people that they send to do the work are very trustworthy, professional, and they really know what they are doing. They were able to match the windows and we had a comment that it looks like the room was original to our home.
Description of Work: They have done multiple things for us in the past. They have replaced windows, awnings, and they took away a front porch and they built a room most recently. They took away an existing sunroom and they made it into a normal room. They put siding on the new room.

Everyone from the owner of the company to the actual workers on site kept me informed of every aspect of the job. The work site was left clean at the end of each day. Description of Work: Entire house windows and doors were converted to hurricane rated items....a couple of windows were unusual shapes and the manufacturer did not get the arch correct....the overall work performed by ASC was excellent....they took their time to make sure all work was done right...professional and clean work...

The windows came in and installed days earlier than promised... these easy breezy sliders are so AWESOME!!! Every one that visits our back porch / living room is amazed by the versatility of how the panels move..  + -1 moreBob is the owner and he was the one that came out. It was a free estimate. He was very nice and professional. Their specialty is vinyl and aluminum. We talked to a couple of construction people and they said to get Hardi-board because it is easier to install and it is fire retardant and easy to paint. They don't do Hardi-Board. We called a church where they had done work and they gave a good recommendation. We would definitely use them if we were to go with vinyl or aluminum.

The two gentlemen who came out to do the work talked with me to let me know just how they would do the work. They did a great job making sure to haul away everything that was old.

Description of Work: I CALLED THIS CO. FOR AN ESTIMATE FOR WORK I WANTED DONE. (WINDOW & EXT. DOOR REPLACEMENT, PORCH ENCLOSURE, MODIFICATION TO FRONT OF HOUSE.) THE FIRST ESTIMATOR SAID HE'D HAVE TO SEND SOMEONE ELSE OUT TO CHECK THE FRONT OF HOUSE. THREE WEEKS LATER I CALLED ABOUT MY ESTIMATE. THEY SAID THEY WOULD SEND SOMEONE ELSE OUT. A NEW ESTIMATOR CAME OUT, SAME STORY. I CALLED ABOUT THE ESTIMATE AND WAS TOLD SOMEONE WOULD CONTACT ME. IT'S BEEN ALMOST 3 WEEKS AND I HAVEN'T HEARD FROM THEM. I GUESS THEY DON'T WANT THE JOB.
