I contacted Shawn via email ...who contacted me later that day advising me about the price and when job would be completed...in a matter of 2 days things where completed and the workman ship is excellent...overall I am happy and very pleased with there professional service. I would highly recommend ASC .

Called today to get an estimate for mobile home siding. I was looking for a company to remove the current metal side, replace with plywood and tyvek and insulation and vinyl siding. So this is not a small dollar job. I was told they can't come out for 8-12 weeks and that if I don't have someone else do the job then give them a call back to see if they are free. Personally if it was my business I would have sent someone else to at least give the estimate and get the customer on the schedule. While I'm happy that a local business has so much work they can walk away from several thousand dollar deal I guess I'll have to go with someone else.

The price quoted was ridiculous! It was just $100 shy of what I paid to have my whole house power washed and painted. I e-mailed the company to ask if they could do better on the price but never received an answer. I did found another contractor who did the job for exactly half of what ASC Aluminum quoted.

Amazing work from start to finish. The two guys that did the main work worked above and beyond what we could expect, they rehung lights for our house, gave us better ideas on how to make casing another items work, never any trash left behind, always polite and willing to answer any question. Without question the house is transformed and we loved their work and people.

We contacted ASC well over a year ago before we finally had the back wall of our Florida room rebuilt. Rich Ferguson, our sales rep, was very patient and came out multiple times to discuss the room with us as we tried to figure out what we wanted, what type of windows, doors, how many, how to place them, etc. We finally had the work done and couldn't be happier with the result. ASC built a beautiful, high quality room for us. The materials are top notch....the guys who did the actual work were awesome. Talented, knowledgeable and really nice guys to have hanging out in our house for a week. My husband really enjoyed them and their attention to detail throughout the process. I would not hesitate to use ASC again in the future and highly recommend this company.

After a very poor experience with another provider that we found at St Pete home show, we asked ASC to execute on their original bid within a 6 week period with a bonus for early completion. ASC managed acquisition of a timely permit, timely slab pour and timely erection and delivered early and efficiently! It is exactly what we were looking for in a Florida Room

Perfectly. The crews as well as the owner did exactly what had been agreed to. Each day they were here they worked rapidly and professionally. The owner came by almost every day. He, and every one of the people that worked on the project were courteous and their knowledge and experience showed in the way they went about the task. Each day they did a good job of cleaning up after their work that day. My wife and I could not be happier with the job they did.

In one word...AMAZING. ASC did a great job on our siding. We have had multiple people stop at our house to ask what company did the work. They were very professional, fast and did a great job. Highly recommend!! We are very happy customers!

The project was scheduled to take up to three and a half days, but was completed in two. Sliding windows and doors are all very good quality and have greatly enhanced our use of this room. Siding repair looks really good and restored the exterior of our home to like new appearance. The carport roof repair looks really good and should never leak, based on the way the flashing was done. Much better than the work done by the original contractor. All work was done in a very professional manor and by workers who were very courteous and went above and beyond our expectations to make sure we were happy with the results. Overall, it was a pleasure doing business with ASC.

ASC, Inc. was one of three contractors I spoke to about repairing or replacing my lanai screen enclosure. They came out to look at the job and we discussed options for what could be done. While they would do a repair, they would not guarantee that it would not leak (which was honest assessment of the situation). We discussed replacement of the whole enclosure and I was told that I would get an estimate via e-mail. After over a week I inquired about why I had not gotten an estimate and I was told that somebody would be out the next day to look at the job and determine if they could do the replacement and guarantee that it would not leak. The second person was out the next day as promised. We talked about the pitch of the roof and how it couldn't be too steep or it would come below the top of our sliding glass door. He said he would talk to others at ASC and get back to me. A few days later they called back and said that they could not do the job because of the pitch of the roof line. While I appreciated their assessment, I have two other contractors who said that they can do the job and after speaking with the building inspector for Dunedin, there should be no issues with the building code per the roof pitch, so I don't know why ASC would not do the job.

They were great. They followed up on these things. I had to call them back and they came back out because one of the windows had a leak when they put it there so they came out and put a new glass in. They took care of everything that had to be taken care of. I have no complaints. They were really good. The price was very fair too. They were basically two guys who came out and did the work and then there was foreman that came to make sure that they were doing everything right. They were prompt and they worked a lot in the day and they worked shift hours then they took off which I guess was odd. They were pulled out at 2 pm and didn?t come back until the next day. Other than that, they did okay and there was no problem. The job they did was nice. They are a good company to deal with.

I needed a repair and they said they did not do repairs. They did not do small job. They knew what they were talking about.

This company was wonderful! They showed up on time for their scheduled appointment and got right to work. We did not even know we had a leak until they informed us about it. They did such a great job at replacing the aluminum roof and the floor on the inside, it looks beautiful! There was a lot of work to be done and they did a great job with all of it. They were all so pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend this great company to anyone in my area as well as use them in them in the future if I need to.

This company was very good to work with. They came out and gave us an estimate. We got other estimates as well, but this one was the best price. The product was as described and the work done efficiently and on time. They even helped cover up a problem we had on the side of the house. The end result is a beautiful house and new carport! I would do business with them again.

The door was installed efficiently with no problems, there were a few nicks and stains on the door after installation. When I called they were very responsive and sent someone to take care of the problem. They corrected the problem to my satisfaction. I will use them again for future projects.

They stay pretty backed up, took a while between contract signing to doing the job but he warned about that at estimate. Work performed well. Workers went over and above no complaints. Would recommend.

Price was more than fair workers arrived on time everyday and they finished ahead of schedule. Home looked great when they were finished windows were trimmed inside and out looked great. The workers were real gentlemen and cleaned up very well. Have nothing negative to say.

Very professional, honest and great to work with. Had four estimates for windows. ASC provided estimate for windows and doors and came out far more competitive for the amount of work that was needed to be done. Installation guys were very friendly, professional and knew their stuff. Would recommend them to anyone for windows, doors, siding, etc.

Contractor performed work as requested, worked within time constraints. I am quite happy with the quality and design of the screened room. Contractor kept me well-informed along the way as to schedule and details as to what was happening and when. If I had to find a complaint, the only one I could come up with is that I would have liked to have seen more detailed plans before starting. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

They were prompt. They got the job done quickly. They used better quality material. The owner was friendly and hands on.
