Description of Work: Inspection for bats and rats...found no bats but did find rats. Closed up all areas where rats were entering, set traps and then monitered for 2 weeks past last rat caught. Most of the expense went into closing up all of the roof entry points. Professional and easy to deal with

Description of Work: Second time in two years we had a problem with raccoon using our pool. I gave Brian a call which he returned within an hour and he was out at the property that afternoon. He set traps & caught 6 very large possums and one large raccoon. This is second we used Nuisance Wildlife Trappers and will definitely use them again if new raccoons come back.

Description of Work: He looked at my property, and determined that there were currently no large pests (there were a couple of holes dug next to the house in the hedge, but they were too shallow to be dens and showed no signs of occupation).

Description of Work: Found evidence of 'creatures' climbing garage walls, eating seeds, and chewing on items in garage. Bryon found them and evidence of their presence. Used hunting skills to effectively place traps knowing what he was going to trap. Patched up damage and did everything I could think to ask and did it with a smile. He is straight forward, his work is neat, he 'stays on top of it' until the job is done. He is extremely professional and response time was terrific - less than 24 hours.

Description of Work: Mr. Cleveland was very professional. After his inspection, he determined that there were three places where rats could enter my attic. There was evidence that rats do get in from time to time. He trapped outdoors, then plugged the places. After that, he set traps indoors to be sure there were no rodents.

Description of Work: HE CAME EVERYDAY FOR TWO TO THREE WEEKS TO GET RID OF RATS FROM MY ATTIC. AFTERWARDS HE PATCHED UP THE HOLE THEY GOT IN THROUGH AND EVEN FIXED SOME CHEWED ON WOOD IN ATTIC.

WE CALLED MARK AT NUISANCE WILDLIFE TRAPPERS AND HE QUOTED $65 FOR THE SERVICE CALL. HE CAME OUT THE NEXT MORNING. IT WASN'T A SQUIRREL OR A RAT. IT TURNED OUT TO BE A BURROWING OWL, AN ENDANGERED SPECIES IN MANY STATES! MARK REMOVED THE CRITTER WHICH WAS OBVIOUSLY SUFFERING FROM ITS ORDEAL. RATHER THAN RELEASE THE BIRD, MARK DECIDED TO TAKE IT TO THE BIRD SANCTUARY OVER ON THE BEACH. BEFORE HE LEFT, HE WENT UP ON OUR ROOF AND PUT A WIRE MESH OVER THE CHIMNEY TO SEAL IT OFF FROM FUTURE INVADERS. TOTAL COST FOR THE ENTIRE PROJECT: $90.

Description of Work: CALLED BRYAN WITH QUESTION ABOUT THE PARADE OF SNAKES IN MY HOME - 6 IN THE LAST 3 WEEKS. HE CAME OUT NEXT MORNING, FOUND LIKELY ENTRY POINT AROUND FRENCH DOOR, FIXED PROBLEM THEN ALSO SUGGESTED PUTTING SNAKE AWAY AROUND MY HOME. HE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND THOROUGH. WILL DEFINITELY USE HIM AGAIN.

Description of Work: THE HOME I RECENTLY MOVED INTO HAD MANY OPENINGS THROUGH ROTTEN FASCIA WOOD WHICH ALLOWED SQUIRELS, FRUIT RATS, OPPOSSUM AND RACOONS TO ENTER THE ATTIC. AFTER HAVING THE FASCIA AND SOFFITS REPLACED. BRYAN TRAPPED AND REMOVED THE REMAINING ANIMALS. HE THEN SEALED ALL VENTS AND A/C CHUTE TO PREVENT REENTRY.

Description of Work: CAME OUT THE SAME DAY I CALLED HIM. TALKED WITH HIM ABOUT THE PROBLEM. HE WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. SET HUMANE TRAPS THAT DID NOT HARM THE ANIMALS. GOT QUICK RESULTS CAUGHT AN OPPOSSUM AND AN ARMADILLA OVERNIGHT. HE REMOVED THEM THE NEXT DAY BACK TO A SAFE HOME. I WOULD USE HIS SERVICES AGAIN.

Description of Work: BRYAN SEALED UP THE HOLES HE FOUND ONE BY ONE WHILE TRAPPING THE RATS THAT USED THE OTHER HOLES. HE EVEN PUT A STRIP OF WOOD ON THE BOTTOM OF THE UTILITY ROOM DOOR THAT HAD ROTTED OUT AND BENT A NAIL ON THE OTHER DOOR BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T SEAL WELL ON THE BOTTOM. HE KEPT IN TOUCH EVERY FEW DAYS. WE HAD ONE TRAPPED IN THE HOUSE AND HE GOT THAT ONE TOO. HE PERFORMED OVER AND ABOVE THE CALL OF DUTY.
