Description of Work: Housecleaning. I used them twice I that I remember. Something got broke each time. One time they left a note apologizing, urged me to call company with details for replacement. The second time, it seemed to have been covered up, with no admission. I did not call the company either time. Items broke were not valuable treasures.

They thought that feathers that had been spilled in the master bedroom was animal DROPPINGS ! How stupid and any two young girls be? They left and they will never enter my house again.

Description of Work: All horizontal surfaces were wiped down with disinfectant towelettes. Their usual cleaning solutions are fully organic, however I requested, and provided, the wipes due to the nature of construction dust and my husbands respiratory needs. Items were removed from each shelf so all was thoroughly wiped. Even the top of the pages of each book was wiped! In the interest of time management, I asked them to skip cleaning the bath appliances. I was exceptionally pleased, as always.

Description of Work: I subscribe to the premium cleaning service every other week. Colleen was my contact and she was very professional. I found the service prompt and they did everything they said they would. When I got an onlinie preliminary estimate for the cleaning service the premium service was quoted at between 96 and 116 dollars. When they came out for the actual free estimate the service was of course the 116, however I felt comfortable speaking with the lady who did the estimate and she said that the price could possibly come down and that she would rather price it at the higher quoted rate with the possiblity of it coming down then having to raise the price later on. Fair enough, but I usually find it just as hard to have the service provider lower the price. We'll see. They did offer a lower priced budget cleaning but I wanted to make sure if I was paying a cleaning service the house would be clean therefore I figured I better go with the premium. On to the cleaning, for the first go round I think they did a wonderful job. I really was overall pleased with the service when i arrived home. I like how they can bill straight to your credit card, and they seem to take the quality of their work very seriously. They immediatly followed up with an email asking for a review of the service. They are licensed, insured, and bonded. This makes me feel comfortable. Like I have explained the price is higher than others but the cleaning seems to be of high quality as well. I didn't like being quoted between 96 and 116 and my true estimate being right at the top. (If they want to estimate high rather than low so they don't have to raise the price why not just quote the higher number at first). Really the most important part to me is that the house is clean and they are professional and for that I give them an A +

Description of Work: Two Maids and a Mop provide housecleaning services. I have a plan which includes a cleaning every 2 weeks, alternating between a deeper cleaning and a lighter cleaning. Both include vacuuming, and cleaning floors, toilets, showers, tubs and sinks. The deeper cleaning includes more detailed work such as window sills.

Description of Work: The house was cleaned from top to bottom. Both bath rooms were cleaned. Our tile floors were swept and mopped. The carpets vacuumed. Every thing was dusted, all hard surface floors were swept and mopped, baseboards, cabinets, doors, appliances, etc. were cleaned. They cleaned all appliances and surfaces .... missed nothing.

Description of Work: I have used the services of Two Maids & A Mop for nearly 8 months now. I read about this company, their philosophy and the different services that they offered. I began with a Deep Clean and was so impressed with both the quality of the cleaning and the friendly atmosphere created by the maids that I looked no further. I have a weekly cleaning and alternate between the premium and budget cleaning...but even the budget cleaning leaves you with a home that is extremely clean and ready for company! There are other options for services and they will also provide estimates for customized cleaning. The maids are efficient, thorough, and pay attention to detail...and they are a pleasure to have here each week. They are prompt in arriving and get right to work. Bathrooms are sanitized and shine from mirrors to floors. My kitchen counters, sink, appliances and floor could not be cleaner. All furnishings in the other rooms are dust free and mirrors, glass shelves and interior windows are spotless. All carpets are thoroughly vacuumed...with care to move smaller objects and rugs and not just vacuum around them. In their coordinated effort, they finish their tasks at the same time and leave us with a home that is top-notch clean and ready for another week!

Description of Work: I had a general cleaning on a couple occasions. I was able to provide a list of what I wanted them to try and tackle. The majority of my list is usually completed with high quality.

Description of Work: They came out to clean the apartment. The place was clean and they promised one and a half days work after and hour and a half they said they were done. They advertise that they do not get paid until they speak to you. They told me to clean my own overnsince it was a self cleaning oven. After they cleaned, I still found dirt in the kitchen from the previous owner, it was dog food.

Description of Work: Used this company to do a deep cleaning right after buying and moving into my house, they charged about $275 for the service which took about 4 hours and I was home at the time. About a month later once I got my boxes unpacked and was all moved in I called them again to set up twice monthly cleanings at a cost of $103 per visit. I was not home at the time of these visits and I canceled after the third visit.
