Two Maids & A Mop

I called 2maids and a mop yesterday, needing this house cleaned before Friday . They scheduled for TODAY (way faster than I expected!) Bekah and Rob showed up and went straight to work! They sent me pictures of the finished job! I mean they really did clean from top to bottom! Everything shined and looked absolutely great!! This is the second time I’ve used them, and I will definitely call them again when the need rises, and I will also refer them to anyone needing this service! I had them to do a deep major cleaning. I just didn’t have the time , and frankly I didn’t want to clean that rental!! And for the $300 I was charged, it was a blessing! (I wouldn’t want to clean what they did for that amount!! Thank you 2maids and a mop!!

Complete waste of $408. Paid for deep clean in an empty house but the only thing they deep cleaned was the money out of my bank. At best, they just wiped down a few surfaces with a cold damp rag, didn’t touch the cabinets and drawers, missed the master bathroom completely, baseboards and doors were still filthy. Food and debris all over kitchen floor. Oven untouched, microwave untouched, greasy fingerprints left on stove top. Struggling to see what they DID clean. Contacted their office several times and am yet to receive a response. Worst and most expensive ‘cleaning’ service I’ve ever come across. Save your money and clean it yourself as that’s what you’ll have to do anyway.

We have used Two Maids & a Mop over and over and over... and will continue to do so! We're on an every-other-week recurring deeeeeep clean schedule with them because... toddlers ;) They are punctual, efficient, and thorough. Good communication and organized, especially when we need to reschedule or are going out of town for a week. We trust them to clean when we are not in the home. No complaints so far.

The cleaning people showed up an hour and a half late. They did a poor cleaning job and missed several areas, even an area that I specifically pointed out. It is very difficult to get someone to answer the phone at the main number.

Honestly, it was perfect. My husband is VERY picky and inspected each room when we returned home. He could find nothing wrong or nothing missed. They did an absolutely terrific job. I have (2) back bedrooms and I told the staff just to do the best they could as I knew the rooms were not prepped appropriately for a deep clean. They did better than I even imagined they would on even the aforementioned room. I will continue to use them on a monthly basis. I also really like their cleaning products. My house looked and smelled clean but the fragrance was not overpowering. Perfect!

My house hadn't been cleaned in a couple of months so it was very dusty. I hired them expecting a thorough deep cleaning since they were charging us $350 for the service. They said it was going to be a thorough deep cleaning and they stated that a couple of times. Two girls arrived to provide the service. They were both nice and professional. They started cleaning in my bedroom and bathroom. I was expecting them to do a very good job at dusting the house since they were hired to deep clean. After going into my bedroom I noticed where they missed some dusting. It was almost like they didn't dust at all. It was very hit or miss. It was like they just pushed the dust around. I informed them that they did a terrible job at deep cleaning my house. I was so angry with the service at the time that I didn't call them back for a couple of weeks. They did return a couple of weeks later but by the time they had return the dust had built up again because it had been about three weeks since the last cleaning. The service was very unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

They did a great job. They were professional and very nice and friendly. I use this vendor each month but they send a different two person crew each month. Each crew is competent and do a great drive.

Miserably. Although I called 3 or 4 times asking to speak to the manager Diana Beith and left messages asking for a call back, which she never did, the cleaners did arrive at the scheduled time. That's where the good service ended. Blinds were hit-and-miss cleaned ... Some blinds weren't cleaned at all. They didn't even dust/clean my living room fireplace mantel and lamps, small buffet in kitchen breakfast nook, etc. Mirrors were left streaked. Bathroom trash can wasn't emptied. Forget dusting down the walls, window sills, etc. They did manage to leave stains on my new carpet in the bedroom. After living on concrete slab for six months, this added insult to injury. Even if I'd paid for a routine housecleaning (@$100), I would not have gotten my money's worth. I feel robbed. And after going through loosing my home to a flood, it's like having looters hit you, which my husband and I also endured. But at least we didn't invite the looters in and pay them for showing up. DISGUSTING!

They did a good job. The floors were swept, vacuumed and mopped. The bathrooms were cleaned completely. They dusted all furniture, window blinds, upper cabinets and ceiling fans. They put clean sheets on the bed. All trash cans and recycling cans were emptied and placed in correct outside containers. The two ladies worked as a team and were very professional. This is the fourth month I have used this service. Even though different two person tams have come out they all have been professional and did a very good job cleaning.

I use them on a regular basis. They did an excellent service. They're very responsive to any of my wishes or to any of my concerns. When they have to do something, they do it. They were very hardworking. They're not in the low but they're not the high but I think that I'm getting the best for the quality of work that they do.

Cleans my 3000 sq ft home in about 2.5 hours with two people. Love having Michelle and Sarah when available.

They are good. They usally do what is ask of them. Not sure what they can and can not do. I like the windows wiped out the grit gets in on window. They are polite work quickly and get their work done I am in the process of moving Not always easy.

They clean all horizontal surfaces in the kitchen, all bathroom are thoroughly cleaned, vacuuming, mop, and dusting. Clean fans, light fixtures, and high dusting. They clean the laundry room, too. They will even change your sheet if you want.

The two ladies did an outstanding job with their cleaning service. I'll be using them again and would recommend them to others.

It is one of the worst maid companies that I have ever used. I have never had them, where they come out and don't have enough equipment. They were sweeping my house with a broom. They were using a mop on my laminate floors. They did not dust the fan blades, they did not wipe down the cabinets in the kitchen. They came and swept the floors, dusted a couple of things, and moped the floors. I paid for 200 Dollars for a very thorough, top to bottom service, and I got, maybe a sweep out of it. I told the manager about it, and he said that he had come out with the supplies but they ran out. They sent two girls out, one of who was too weak, and the other one had no idea what was going on, there was no communication. I got the feeling that they were trying to get out of here at a particular time, one of the ladies had to go somewhere. They had to come back, because I called the company, and the manager called them and asked them to come back. They came in with a chip on their shoulder, and said to me that they had wiped the cabinets, and I showed it to them. I paid for a full house deep cleaning job, and it was on the page as to what they what do, but they didn't even do that. I was moving into a new house, and it needed thorough cleaning before I moved in. I ended up literally having to wash the walls and everything, down to the nitty gritty. They didn't give me any discount, they didn't offer to send me another crew. I was willing to pay the 200 because of what I was expecting to get, although I should not have paid that much because it was too much. They were an hour late in coming out. They were like people who are very low income people, and I think they got them very cheap.

they seemed to just talk and giggle and it seemed that they were laughing at our things. the girls were friendly and were nice all the time. I was upset that they did not clean everything that we had been told that they were going to do at our house. they were suppose to clean all the blinds and the cealing fans were also not cleaned.

Everything was cleaned as-promised and looked great! The attention to detail was on par with what was discussed on the phone did not leave anything to be desired. The house was empty for the cleaning and all drawers, cabinets, baseboards, fridge, etc. was cleaned thoroughly. Very satisfied.

WOW! The two employees arrived in the time frame I was given; they worked efficiently and non-stop; they were polite and professional; and my house looked absolutely spotless. Not just dusting, vacuuming and mopping, but baseboards, inside windows, scrubbed the windowsills that my cats had dirtied up thoroughly. I was very glad I went with this company. I would love to have them back again, when I have the money.

Well, part of the details I included above, however, in my dealings with Diana, in a management position have been absolutely beyond satisfactory. They get what my Dad used to say: The customer is the purpose of your job, not an interruption of your work! I feel as if I am a valued customer. After my initial use of their service, I opted in for an every other week service! A burden has been lifted from my shoulders enabling me to focus on other things, without feeling guilty. I HIGHLY SUGGEST TO ANYONE WHO FEELS WEIGHED DOWN BY HOUSEWORK, cleaning the bathrooms, dusting, running a vacuum cleaner etc, SHOULD REALLY LOOK AT THE COST BENEFIT ANALYSIS. Two Maids and Mop wins every time. PLUS....2 girls show up. It completely changes the dynamic of the service. They work as a team! Look, I am not getting anything from Two Maids and a Mop for this review! And while I hope it helps them, my focus is more on women like me who just don't want to do that stuff. We clean messes as we go, and do normal kitchen stuff, daily. It's the house stuff that we get behind on and then become overwhelmed. Don't feel ashamed, they've seen everything! Bring in the Two Maids and a Mop' IT WILL CHANGE YOUR LIFE!!

My maids and mops were groovy. Friendly, professional and showed great attention to detail! They will be back next week for a Premium Cleaning and every other week until my husband stops hoarding! Great job!!! Thanks!
