It went very well. Tracey and Jonathan went above and beyond what we expected to be done. They cleaned, put up things on the walls, some that had fallen down and some that I had never gotten around to putting up. They organized, cleaned and in my kitchen they decluttered my counters and under the sink. When they were done my house smelt great and looked beautiful. My husband and I were very pleased and felt like it was money well spent. I am unable to do the deep cleaning in my house anymore due to health issues and Tracey was exactly what I needed.

She is punctual, very efficient, and patient and has helped several times as I have needed organizing and cleaning services for my elderly mother following some minor home renovations. It was a terrible experience. I stated to her everything that needed to be done and the extra stuff that needed to be done every so often, because it is a rental property. She was fine with that. Her price was broken down so it was the same wither it was lighter or heavier in the week. When she did the heavy cleaning she charged 150 dollars extra for paper towels and toilet paper. When I did the walk through after, she was just very combative, didn't just want to listen to reason, just went back and forth with me via text, and it was just an ongoing conversation for 3 hours. That was her only time that she cleaned for me and it will never happen again in the future.

This was the best cleaning our house has ever received from a cleaning service. We have used several services but always cancel them because the house doesn't "feel" clean when we get home. With Tracey, the house was most definitely clean. She went over and above what we expected. She even found a table cloth in the closet and put a table cloth and flowers on the table. We were extremely happy with her service! We have hired her to return to do twice monthly cleaning.

Amazing. i didn't know i was in my own house. Every room was not only spotless, it was completely organized. Every cabinet, every closet. And in a much more logical way than I had attempted to do. Also several junk drawers were straightened out and organized and thr chamber of horrors (the utility room) was miraculously clean. Even the front porch had fresh new flowers on it... what a nice touch. I was coming out of 3 mos in the hospital and it was SO nice to hve my house so clean. It looked better than when I moved in. I move constantly with the military. This time, I was deployed and came home, then needed to immediately find somewhere to live and unpack. I just couldn't face unpacking again. I knew if I did things the way I usually do, I would wind up unpacking a few boxes and then living surrounded by the rest of the boxes for months or even years. Instead, I called Tracey. She had done house cleaning for me in Pensacola and I preferred to have someone familiar for this type of job. She and her assistant unpacked and organized everything. Tracey guided me to get rid of stuff and downsize when I had way too much of specific items. It was very valuable to have an unbiased outside opinion on how much is too much when it comes to socks and other things. Goodwill was grateful. So were my dresser drawers. Tracey labeled everything and made sure I knew where everything was. She made a "homework" list for me of the things that I would have to go through and finished up the weekend by cleaning the house top to bottom. It was so worth while not to have to deal with unpacking right after getting home from deployment. I would highly recommend her for this kind of service.

Tracey has cleaned organized my place twice a month for the last year. She's great. It's to the point where I trust her with a key to my place for future cleanings. Our first encounter started with my uncertainty. Honestly, I'm a military man and I should be able to clean/organize my space myself. The original price found me with sticker shock, but after reading the reviews, I figured I'd give it a shot. You don't realize how cluttered your apartment is until someone comes in and organizes it piece by piece. I am not exaggerating...every drawer, every cabinet, and every closet was disassembled and put back together in an order that makes so much sense. After Tracey left, I often found myself standing in the middle of the living room wondering where she placed "item a" or "item b". After a few seconds of pondering, I just looked in the logical spaces and wa-la. In the rare instances I wasn't able to figure out where random item had been placed, Tracey was available almost 24/7 to make sure I was able to find whatever item I needed. Six months ago, I moved from my downtown location to a different apartment on the other side of town. Of course, I procrastinated the packing and the move, but in the clutch moments, Tracey arrived and packed away my home better than I could imagine possible. She found the boxes and completely packed every item I own basically overnight. It was impressive. I wouldn't have been able to move out on time if not for her. On the opposite end, she was there to unpack and organize the new apartment. Tracey usually swings by on Friday afternoon, but she is pretty flexible with times that accommodate my random hours. Coming home from a long trip to a perfectly cleaned/organized apartment with clean laundry, sheets, and clean dishes makes life 10 times easier. You owe it to yourself to improve the quality of life 10-fold with Tracey's services.

I am just very please with the whole service. She was prompt to contact me back, made me feel comfortable with having a stranger coming to my house. She is very courteous, polite and professional. We went through my house and i pointed out what i wanted t be looked after. She did that and than some... :) She organized some of my items together and gave it a second life. I would seriously LOVE to hire Tracey. If she can deliver on her value proposition, she is desperately needed in our home and miles above anyone else in the local market. In the end, her prices and her services, we more than we were looking for at that time. We were looking (and still are) to replace our bi-weekly independent cleaning lady. Tracey proposed to make our lives better. She mixes cleaning with organizing, decorating, and home improvement. All that things that we just don't have time to do in our very busy lives (kids and work), Tracey immediately understood those needs and was able to offer solutions on the spot. Her walk through of our home was a revelation. Prior to receiving our detailed quote from Tracey (a few days late), my wife and I discussed what we were willing to pay for such liberation. We decided we consider something in the range of 3X what we were currently paying. Pretty significant, right? Tracey was more than 5X. We just couldn't justify it at teh place that we are in our lives now. But we still talk about it and would like to hire Tracey in the future.

We've had housecleaning services in this area and in another city we lived in and Tracey is by far the best we've had. She is an organization and cleaning expert, gave us a free estimate and is here every 2 weeks to do a thorough cleaning of a 3-4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home. She also did an initial deep clean for us before the 2 week rotation, which was amazing and very needed since we had just moved into the house. We are very glad we found her and would recommend her and/or hire her again.

Picture moving from a larger bedroom to a smaller one across the hall. Picture twin beds instead of a queen bed. Imagine 2 full size chest of drawers, and a TV. Can you see it? This was due to our handicapped granddaughter moving in with us and she needed the larger space. So it was not a sad reason to move rooms, but one in which we had to get acquainted with and do it quickly. After awhile, claustrophobia set in and I reached for the phone. Tracey came to our rescue and re-did the smaller room in such a way that I could breathe and find everything that I needed without the bulkiness of 2 dresser drawers. Oyster Bay paint is now my favorite! So once again, Tracey rescued me and now I choose to watch TV in our room.

It went awesome! I have lived in this house for three years and STILL had boxes in places and random stuff in random rooms. My husband and I felt unsettled even after all that time. I am very impressed with the work. I had too much stuff and not enough room to keep it in my garage. Her associate built shelving all around the garage, built a storage bin for reusable bags, and shoe rack. They painted the garage and shelves and everything looks so new. There were some delays due to the rain, but that is expected and no fault of theirs. They hauled away stuff to the Goodwill and made sure to get me a receipt for my taxes. Too bad I don't have another garage for her to do! :)
