Irma arrived on time and brought her own cleaning supplies. I paid for four hours of cleaning. I have a two bedroom townhouse, family room and kitchen/dinning room -1400 sq ft. After 4 hours she was not done and I paid additional money for her to finish which too an additional two hours. I live alone with a very small dog. My home was organized and only required, dusting, vacuuming, counters, sink, 2.5 bathrooms. The areas cleaned well. However it takes me less than two hours to clean my home. Only hired her due to an injury. Very nice just very slow.

Let me begin by stating that I am very picky when it comes to housecleaning as my housekeeper at home has spoiled my family for years with the incredible job she performs on a weekly basis. I wholeheartedly recommend Tracey and her housecleaning service! Wow! She is an awesome deep cleaner who really impressed us with her professionalism and attention to detail. Our beach condo has never been so expertly cleaned. I've tried out many house cleaning services here at the beach and no one can hold a candle to Tracey. I told my housekeeper in Illinois that she's got some serious competition down south!

It went very well. She overlooked some light fixtures, and actually came back the next day to take care of those for me. I would definitely use her services again.

The meeting went great, and Tracey's correspondence and follow up were very professional. Because we do not visit on a reliable schedule, we haven't yet contracted with Tracey.
Description of Work: Tracy quoted cleaning services for our 2400 sf second home in the Pensacola area, and at my request she quoted several different service schedules, as follows: - Initial cleaning/ Deep clean. This is top to bottom, cleaning room by room, under and around furniture. This gives it a fresh, clean slate to resume on a reg schedule. This includes fresh bedding where needed. Clean linens, towels, and rugs. $500 (This does take up several hours of the day) - Bi weekly cleaning- All General cleaning. Alternating all fixtures, fans. Bedding as needed. $175 - Once a month- This will be similar to the first cleaning. $250 - On call- cleaning if longer than 5 weeks. $500 I supply all cleaning supplies. I accept cc, cash, check. (cc has a fee of 2.7% up charge)

Tracey did a great job. My husband and I very impressed. She had a lot of creative ideas to organize/decorate our home. We were so pleased with her services that we now use her on a monthly basis to clean our home.

Tracey and Jonathan came and emptied the garage and sorted out the junk vs good things. They organized the times into like groupings and then determined how many stations/sections or areas the garage need to be neat and organized. THey then cleaned the empty garage and painted the walls. They determined what shelving would be needed and we purchased all parts needed for this. They assembled the shelving and loaded all things on the shelving in a neat and orderly fashion. For the tool box (a medium storage chest type) Jonathan built a base that was on wheels so that the chest could be easily moved where needed. He then built a nice work table that slid over the chest (on wheels also) for workspace which could be moved where needed. Jonathan built a desk using some old cabinets we had as a base (as a crafting area). All tools are nice and organized in one part of the garage, beach items/chairs in one part, crafting/paints in one part?. Tracey also painted the doors on the cabinets beautifully using a lighter and a medium shade of aqua green. Some old shutters we had were used in the window -- it is not only a clean and wonderfully organized garage - it is functional and so beautiful!!!!! Jonathan and Tracey have wonderful manners. They are sweet and helpful in every way imaginable. Just tell them what you are thinking and need and they will come up with a solution. They work long, hard hours to get the job done. We have used them before for organizing our townhouse. They helped us move/sort through 30 years and a large house worth of stuff to a small town home. They created great spaces that are fully functional. The neatest creation was an appliance bar. This is a nook space where they built custom shelves with pull out sliders for the appliances. You may pull the appliance out and you have a workspace and when done you just slide it back into its home. Tracey cleans our house twice a month and it is so nice when she is done. It smells fresh and clean, the towels are all arranged so artfully on the towel bars, everything just sparkles. If she sees where I am having difficulty in any area with storage she helps and arranges things usefully. You will not go wrong selecting this business to help you with organizing and cleaning.

My intended agreement with Tracy was to declutter, clean and organize our 950 square foot condo. It was in great need. She quoted me a price of over $3,000, but reduced to $1,900 she said as a Senior Discount to my Dad. She also offered monthly payments after the initial deposit of $375 which was to LOCK IN my cleaning days, a total of 3 - 4 days per Tracy. I was very thankful to her for the monetary arrangement as we are on a fixed income. I am a full time caregiver for my 94 year old father and we live on his income alone. Tracy called a day or so before my original clean date which was secured with a deposit, and said she and her fiancé really needed those days to move to their new house, and would I change dates. I was not enthusiastic about changing dates, but agreed as I thought it would give me extra time to declutter some things on my own. She was booked for another month, so it was delayed. The following month, I had to cancel the cleaning days due to my father's health, and explained to her per phone why. She was not very gracious, said she was used to having everyone move out of the house for a few days, and why couldn't we do that?? I had originally planned to do that the first month, however, the second month, the rates on hotels went up due to us being in a tourist area, and I could not afford it. Would not have mattered, as I would not move my elderly father somewhere strange just to have the house cleaned. This back and forth was not productive, and I feel her attitude was unprofessional on several levels. It took months of rescheduling for this to finally correct itself. I was worried, since she told me the deposit was not refundable (even though it was void as far as I was concerned when she canceled the date the deposit secured) and I did not want to pay $375 and not get any type of service in return. Tracy arrived about 1pm in the afternoon and did not leave until 8pm that evening. She promised to come in and start with the kitchen only, declutter, clean and organize that room first and work her way through the house. When she arrived, she had changed her mind. She came in emptied all the cupboards in the kitchen, started the process, and said when she tires of that she moves on and starts another room. It created more disorganization then I thought was necessary, but at that time, I was just hoping to get something completed. I was so disappointed in the whole process and truly disappointed in the cleaning especially of the kitchen. The only other thing she did was have me clean out my dads closet, which she never went back to that room, and she cleaned the jelly cupboard in the living room, and no other item in that room either. Her fiancé helps her, and he did take the trash and the goodwill items to donate which honestly was not very many boxes and he helped wash up some items in the kitchen and he found my leak under the sink. My arrangement would have been to pay her an installment for the next month which they discussed quietly, apparently, and generously told me to purchase the things I needed to complete repairs, and the baskets and shelving she was recommending that I have in the kitchen. I did find that to be a gracious offer and was much appreciative. However, after seeing the finished product of the kitchen, I was too frustrated with the hassles of us both trying to schedule and reschedule days, and she indicated it would be a month more or so before she could get back to me. When I did not reschedule and I wrote her an email letting her know I appreciated what she had done, but felt it was not possible for me to continue, she responded in indignance and told me I owed her more money!!! I was aghast that she felt what she did was worth $375! I could not in good conscience agree to pay her additional monies which she felt I owed her for her fiancé taking trash to his works dumpster and a few boxes to the Goodwill drop off which was only a minute away from my house. I had told her that day she could put the trash at our curb as our provider would have picked it up, but she said it was part of the service. She sent me an email that was a bit snarky, and I just ignored her. I did not continue any correspondence with Tracy. In fact, as you can tell, I have resisted giving a review for a year. She had such glowing reviews, for the most part. 16% of her reviews were negative and I thought that was a small percentage, since one cannot possibly please everyone! I hate now that I have to be a negative review, but I have tried to be fair. Here is where I had issues with Tracy's professionalism: First, when I asked about a contract and a itemized statement of services and goods with a breakout of pricing, she indicated that in a decade of being in business, she has never offered a contract unless asked, and rarely she is asked for it! If I am paying out 2K-3K dollars for a service, I want to know how much I am paying for each service provided. She sent an email with a general description of what she would do, which she did not honor, since it included walls and ceiling light fixtures that were left undone. Second, a service worker, owner or not, works around the needs and availability of a customer. Not the other way around. While she did offer without my prompting, to make payment arrangements for us, she was less then gracious, if you deviated from how she is used to doing things. For example, my dad and I leaving the house for up to 3 days so she can come in and tear everything apart and put it back. I do understand how convenient that might be for HER, but I have to play every day by ear with a 94 year old who is frail in health. I would have loved it, trust me, if I could have been at the beach a couple of days with Dad and come home to a clean and organized house! Had Tracy not rescheduled our original date, I could have done that providing my father was feeling up to it that weekend. However, the prices went up, and when we both had a mutual free date and time, the prices were up and I no longer could afford it, which she challenged me over, even bringing up a gift card I told her I had to use! She had no idea what the amount on the card was, and I resented her acting as though I was not being on the up and up with her! The deposit I paid her more then covered the expense for that one 8 or 9 hour period as I did not get near what I thought I would just in the kitchen. It was a very long day for my dad and me, and while I appreciate some of what she did, it was nothing near the picture painted for me and presented by Tracy. I think our personalities clashed on some level, and I had reasonable expectations that were not met. That alone could have been avoided by a contract of goods and services. I will never use anyone again for something like that without an itemized contract. On a personal note, I do believe that Tracy has some great successes in her business, and that personally she is a sweet person. I appreciated her prompt response to my original request for someone to perform this service. As your reviews for Tracy's company indicate, she does a lot of things very right, and she has pleased a lot of people with her talent for cleaning and organizing, and taken the stress off of those folks greatly, I am sure. However, in OUR case, that was not the outcome, regrettably.
Description of Work: She decluttered and partially clean my very small kitchen, had her fiancé drop off unwanted items to Goodwill drop off, and he took trash to a dumpster at his workplace. She did clean, but not deep clean as promised in the beginning. The walls, ceiling light fixture, and some of the cupboards were not done at all. She did remove items out of a Jelly Cupboard in our living room, and cleaned and put them back. She did scrub trouble spots on kitchen floor and pantry floor with bleach and magic eraser, but thorough mopping was not completed. Tracy pulls everything out of the cupboards at one time, asks you to decide what to keep and what to throw/donate, and then puts the items back in the cupboards. Its overwhelming to see. When organizing the cupboards, she mixed up food items with storage and dish items. I did not feel there was logic to some of the organization. I will say when her fiancé arrived a few hours later, she had him trouble shoot a problem I was having with the sink, and he found a leak, and helped remove a water damaged shelf underneath, which I greatly appreciate.

There are some people in this world you just can not help, can not make happy. Nor make a difference in their life- People who know me, who have hired me in the past, present & future- will know the kind of person I am- and see how hard I/we work- what pride I take in my work & business and simply as a person. As well as the compassion I have for others. In all my years of working (21) - last year I got a real taste of un happy, hateful people, that no matter what you do, how hard you try- how much heart I give. Because in this line of work- it's a requirement. They rather be ugly & UNTRUE- This woman agreed to pay for a job she could not clearly afford- even after knocking a couple grand off of it- I new this going into it- & this was NOT just a deep clean and organize type Job- mind you, this is a job, NOBODY wants to do. I felt bad & wanted to help a scam artist- who looks for pity & sympathy- This job was CLEARLY NOT for the pay- I made a easy payment plan to even help her with her very big Disc- of $200 a month- in fact when she was offering to give me a payment of $200. I told her to keep it for the things she needed in her home, so it could function & work properly - To pay me later or when she had it. Jonathan fixed several things that needed immediate attention, for safety & health concerns right off the bat- free! No charge- which required parts and such. This was a real live episode of filth & hoarders- and yes, part of my job description- but how would one get a house completely done in tip top shape in 1 full day... The bulk was done- and so was she. I truly fell for the sympathy card for this lady. And the whole on a "fixed" income - again uses her 95 year old father- she had a full time job from home & conference calls daily- she also has a antique booth/ store. She pulled the wool over my eyes... Jonathan & I made many efforts to continue our job- clearly after the many cancelations, rescheduling,conflicting times, days, every excuse in the book - then her final email ( bottom) never heard anything again till today - a year later. Though I could spend a year writing a 7 paragraph reply to each one- I choose not too. This was a sad situation. This woman sadly has some severe depression & mental issues. This was her last email to me: Tracey, Dad has been bedridden for two months now and my plate and days are very full. I have no idea when or if I would be able to continue our project, so I am going to say Thank you so much for the job you did in our kitchen and thank you for trying to help and work with me. First there was the estate Sale, then cleaning the upcoming rental house all done by Tracey and Jonathan,timely, quick, efficient, organized. They worked hard and organized the boxes for the move and then proceeded to move to the rental house, where they placed the boxes in the appropriate rooms and set up the rooms for us while we provided the eats. Amazing couple who have a work skill and attitude that goes far above the call of duty, in my estimation.

Overall, it went very well! We had a delay with the floor being finished, again, involving a contractor of my choosing. Tracey operates under a busy schedule and yet worked around the delays that were not of her making. Tracey is professional and punctual, and, as I understand it, compassionate in her interaction with elderly clients.
Description of Work: Tracey totally organized my garage, which was in considerable disarray. Our garage serves the dual purpose: storage and as an art studio for me. Tracey gave me recommendations for our garage floor resurfacing, but I chose someone else and was not completely satisfied. She filtered out all the "stuff" we all have and do not need, with my input, of course. She accompanied me shopping for the containers and shelving that she felt was needed, having discussed this with me before hand. She also utilized and retrofitted the storage units I already had. She advised me on the paint and painted garage walls, which was a welcome relief from the existing ancient wood paneling. Additional electrical outlets were installed as were new ceiling lighting. She also organized all my art supplies and carved out a lovely section (studio) where I could work. New ceiling electric lighting was was installed.

Thinking of a SALE and need someone to get you going???? Call Tracy!! She arrived, jotted down needs, made each room look like a small boutique of it's own kind. Weeded out things for a give away, It was like a breath of fresh air and I could not have been happier. She sectioned off like items and what a display, that even I wondered if I should let somethings go. The rooms looked like small boutiques and I saw items that I had forgotten. Tracey took care of everything for the sale, paperwork and did it with a smile. She made an overwhelming task that needed to be done, into an organized delight. The charge besides the laughter and meeting new neighbors was so well worth the time and the % of sales. +
