Description of Work: Tracey is not just a cleaner. She also does organization, hence the title, but it should be emphasized, because our house looked different when she was done...in a good way:) That being said, we were not present whatsoever for the service (my GF and I were out of town), so there was a little difficulty in finding some items after the service. The price is high for her work, but we actually got kind of a deal in the end, plus I'd say the value is correct for what she provides.

Terrific !
Description of Work: Tracey and her associate Duane came to my daughters home (at my request). Sweet, professional people. Duane assembled my Granddaughters bedroom furniture, needless to say all the boxes of furniture pieces /part "did not line up well for assembly" but Duane *made it right* ! Tracey looked at the space; organized cleaned the living room, dining room, kitchen and granddaughters room. She moved like a fine tuned machine and the end product was AMAZING. She kept in touch with me by text message and I understand from my daughter that they are very, very happy with the outcome. This turned to be a 2 day job and Tracey and Duane have my extreme accolades for a professional job well done. We are very thankful in so many ways. Tracey did a great job. She did my move in and move out cleaning as well as cleaning every three weeks for the year that I was in Pensacola. She was very thorough and very friendly. She had a lot of good suggestions for organization as well. I recommend her.

I was thoroughly impressed with Tracy. I could tell by speaking with her she had exactly what I needed to complete my job. I am disabled and my home was in need of being organized and cleaned. My home looks like a hoarders dream. She was and still is my choice for the job and as soon as I get enough money, I will employ her services. If you choose Tracy, you will NOT be sorry. In my opinion, she is the best choice, and YES, I could tell that just from our visit going through my home.

Picture a clean 70's kitchen in the color of "bland". Tracey came, we talked in length, she presented a picture plan, suggested paint colors and ideas suitable for my kitchen dreams. And as they say at my favorite Hockey ice,,,,,,game on! Picture the activity, the color of professionals at work, the sound of sanding, the drill of the projects, the glee of anticipation of seeing each factor come together, the joy of working with professionals, and the comradeship of the same goal,,,,,,,,,,,,and 4 wks later, a client who entered a zen feel of an updated kitchen with tears in her eyes and a smile that she is still smiling while she has her morning coffee. Well done!!!!! to you all: Tracey with her sense of beauty and pracitbility//Duane for his sense of getting right the first time with all the carpentry work//Mike for his patience and sense in pride of an electric done well and safe//and to Brad for his art of turning glass doors and windows into energy saving beauty. I thank you all and look forward to later on down the trail as I picture another adventure.
Description of Work: Design a concept, explore availabilities, shopped for materials, implimented the workmanship, chose crew members for particular area of need, kept client abreast of progress, changes, and dates of installs, work, and supplies. Paint, cabinets re done, new hardward, sanding, new lighting and fixtures, lined cabiinets and drawers, organized every aspect of the kitchen, new flooring ( wood ) baseboards, Granite counter top and back splash, new sink and hardware. Window treatments and cupboard glass doors treatment, and trim throughout the kitchen.

My husband's office is great now!. You could not even walk through it but now there is plenty of space for everything. Tracy came and organized every thing. It looks great ,,, he has a very productive and attractive office area plus room for his drum set. She has such a gift for organizing...really genius.
Description of Work: My husband's home office was a night mare... junk every where and no order at all. She sorted everything and then arranged the area so that it was usable and attractive. Items were stored with like items and made accessible on shelves. She even did some organizing in our garage and made it much better. She also thoroughly cleaned the room.

I called them twice and we had a date setup for her to come and give me a price and she never showed up.
Description of Work: Traceys Organized Cleaning was supposed to come out 6 months ago. We had fixed the appointment time for her to be here to give the estimate but I did not hear from her or did not see her.

I am sorry I was a NO show. Also sorry I have to apologize like this. A postcard probably would have been the proper way to go. Life is full of lessons to be learned~ I am Sorry. I did speak to your husband twice & Did have an appointment booked for a free estimate. The Month of May was a very hectic month. Not only personally, with work, Also My Business phone was replaced twice during this month. I had to wait over a week to receive my first replacement Phone. It was a repaired replacement phone that completely crashed the first week I got it. Then when I got my 2ND phone another week long wait. I then discovered I Lost all unsaved or un programmed phone numbers and had no way to retrieve my saved voicemail From him with his Phone number & exact location. If they lived Locally, I might have shown up at their home to do a estimate with out a follow up call, However they do live out of my area, was scared to take a chance of getting lost as I was uncertain of exact directions. I am sorry this did not work out. I looked forward to meeting them as well as the new opportunity it would have been & it would have been nice having worked in a new location.

After registering with Angie's list in hopes of finding a professional house cleaner, I contacted Tracey around July 19th to get more information and schedule an in-home estimate. I work full time so my estimate was scheduled for my next day off, July 25. She said she would be here around 12:45pm. At 11:30 on the 25th, she called while I was unavailable and left a message asking if we could reschedule for Wednesday the 27th. I promptly returned her call and left her a voice message saying I was working Wednesday, and if she was not able to make it today I would understand, but please call me back. The evening of the 26th was when I heard back from her. She explained that there was a family emergency and she was very sorry. I completely understood and was eager to reschedule, as was she. Since I would be at work during the day Wednesday, my estimate would have to wait another week for me to be home, but I offered for her to come over in the evening on Wednesday if she would prefer. She said she would be in my area anyway on Wednesday and would be happy to stop by when she was finished. I asked her only to call me before she was on her way to make sure I didn't have to stay at work late. After I got off the phone with her, my husband reminded me of dinner plans we had with some friends Wednesday night, but we agreed it would be best to reschedule dinner in order to hopefully expedite the housecleaning. Well, it is Saturday night now and I have yet to receive even a phone call from Tracey. I hope she and her family are alright, but I will not be bothering her anymore with any requests for an estimate.

I have reviewed Ms. Ranstrom before related to her ability to clean and organize. I had to come back to the site to make reference to a recent experience related to our office. We have an office in which we used to work/play at the desktop computer there. I used to attempt to sort papers, old mail, magazines etc whenever I was in the office. But a new laptop a few years ago changed my home venue to sitting at the kitchen counter. I almost never go in to the office any more.However, I was aware that there was a 'monster' pile of paper and magazines which had been pushed out of the downstairs and into the office which had not been dealt with in (probably) years. Recently, I meandered into the office (where my husband does tend to work), but the monster pile was gone. The magazines were sorted and the papers had been stacked and sorted. The obvious trash had been discarded. I was stunned that my husband had finally taken this on...found him to ask what inspired him--only to discover it was Tracey. What can I say? She is amazing. She used perfect judgment. I would never have thought anyone other than myself could have dealt with that pile of paper, mail and magazines. I threw 90% of what she had sorted for me away once it was easy to see what I needed to keep . The rest is probably still sitting up there (guilty as charged).

Tracey started organizing my home and sent me shopping to certain places she knows of where the costs are low and beautiful things abound for organizational items and for home decor. Every time I returned she had transformed another area of my home. She created space everywhere she could find it and she helped me let go of many 'should of been gone' things. She rearranged my furniture even and what a difference it has made. I have 2 little boys who she thought of throughout the house, giving them areas all for them and they are delighted. She even helped me finally get through my deceased husband's closet and transformed it into an area where the boys can go and be with all their dad's things and happily remember him. She pulled pictures out of him with the boys and put them up in that area too. Tracey is mindful as she goes through your home and organizes it to be what you always wanted, but never thought you'd have. She is also a very trustworthy person. Nothing to be worried about here. Hard worker, trustworthy, mad (that means really good;)organization and cleaning skills.
Description of Work: Tracey overhauled my house to a beautiful, organized and efficient home. Every closet, every drawer, every cubby, every appliance, every garbage can, every vent, every shelf in my 2700 sq ft home was deep cleaned and rearranged. I do believe she should be working on H&G network with her own show! She has an eye for beauty, a gift for organization and a pragmattic plan for making it all happen.

I met with Tracey soon after my initial call to her regarding her services. She came to my house to give me an estimate on a deep clean with organization. She is a very professional, organized and spoke with complete knowledge of the task that I laid before her. It was to be a 2 day venture. The dates and price were agreed upon. On 4/14/2011, Tracey arrived and once re-acquainted with my dogs, she began her work. I had appts. to do and so I was off on my errands for the day. Upon my return in the later afternoon, I was amazed what had been done in the kitchen and Living room. Furniture re-arrainged and kitchen drawers cleaned and organized, house had a clean air odor ( dog order gone) and rugs were airing ourside. I felt such a relief and liked what I saw. Seeing her methods of cleaning envelop the art of organization was terrific for my needs. She surely is a gem. I looked forward to day # 2 for Tracey to do her magic with the other areas that we had agreed upon. On 4/16/2011, she arrived and greeted my dogs and told me of her plan for the day. I left to meet family and knowing that my home was in good hands. Upon returning in late afternoon, she did not disappoint. Even her music choice left me humming with little quick steps to the tunes and for a 71 yr old , it was a joy! Tracey got on well with my pets as they got use to her routine and their treats. I highly recommend Tracey and look forward to our next project. I have more rooms and windows which need her touch. I love my house again!
Description of Work: Services with price agreed upon: 1. 2 days completeion 2 Areas of intial need: Kitchen, living room, laundry, 2 full baths, master bedroom, hallway, entrance foryer all to be deep cleaned and orgaized. Deep cleaning comprised of baseboards, spot wall ck, vac, dust, wash all floors, clean kit, and all other areas,. organize drawers in designated rooms/areas. Vac both sides of rugs and air outside and clean ceiling fans.. She moved and re-arraigned furniture to my delight and approval. Washing of linens, towels, coverings of couch seats etc and any other things that needed to be done. Organized kitchen and bathroom cabinets.

She did a wonderful job! She works hard and smart. My house now looks the way I have always wanted it to look. I have a lot of clutter and she tackled it. Things were rearranged so that there was more usable space and everything looked great. Also we have pets and she was wonderful with them. She is very professional yet friendly and personable. This woman is a treasure!
Description of Work: She did a deep cleaning of my house and also reorgnized and rearranged some areas. She cleaned floors, walls, baseboards, bath rooms etc. Counters were cleared and arranged so that they will be more efficient. Everything was dusted and cleaned.

I came home from work last week, expecting the house to be clean. When I arrived, the house was clean, but my cluttered disorganized bathroom (cabinets/drawers) had 100% been rearranged and organized for me. This service is way 'above and beyond' any cleaning service I've ever used. I am very disorganized at home, but have managed to put things back into the order that Ms. Ranstrom (Tracey) created for me. Tracey is highly gifted, in that she sees order in chaos and puts things right. I pay a bit more for such service, but it is worth every penny. She has an eye for design and where others would simply pick up an item and dust it--usually having me coming behind and setting things back in an aesthetic way--Tracey leaves things better than she finds them.
Description of Work: Housecleaning and organizing of 3100 square foot home. I am a female executive who has no time to spend cleaning and organizing our busy household. I have engaged this service on a weekly basis and I am thoroughly delighted with the service.
