Jake and Ryan came out when they said they would. They did an excellent job and took the time to explain how to use the switch and where to purchase the cord that we needed. This is the second time we have used this company and have never had a single complaint.

I am extremely happy with the project. The technicians Ryan and Chris were highly competent, punctual and very courteous. They took the time to answer my many questions. They were able to complete the project without cutting into the walls, and left the house looking just as it did at the start.

No one showed up no one called bad business

Excellent. Arrived on time, worked hard while they were there, and cleaned up before they left. Everything they did works. The lights under the cabinets make a huge difference.

They have perfected a way to rewire a house with minimal disturbance. Had one little spot on the wall that had to be touched up. That was it I -was amazed.

Selectricity scheduled a convenient time to evaluate and estimate costs for the requested job. The estimate was produced in a very timely manner. While their estimate was not exorbitant, I did choose a lower priced contractor. As a matter of interest, I contacted four Electrical Contractors; two companies provided estimates, one promised to schedule an estimate and than never returned follow-up calls. The fourth contractor met with me in his office/showroom, said he would schedule and estimate, than answered follow-up calls!

I contacted selectivity 2 times now and on both occasions Dustin (the owner) showed up for our estimate. He was very knowledgeable about the work we needed done and gave us a time frame to have it completed. Both times it was very reasonably priced and the work was done quickly and professionally. I have recommended selectivity to several people since then and will continue to do so. I had a breaker trip and heated up. Almost had a fire! I called Selectricity around 12pm and they said they could have someone to my house same day. Tech called when he was on his way, arrived approx. 2:30pm and went right not work. I supplied all material (I had planned to do the work myself and then thought better of it). The tech was polite, respectful of my home and knowledgeable. Job well done! Service call fee = $80/hr + $5/3%(whichever is greater) for using my Visa.

Called a day before scheduled appointment to inquire if they could come out early. I was very pleased and said yes. When they came I told them the problem and they didn't even laugh at my electrical efforts! In less than an hour they had all the work done and were very professional about it! In my opinion the price was very good. Would definitely call again.

Overall this was an excellent experience and relatively painless...at least for me:). This was a bear of a job as previous owners had made some "modifications' to the wiring in the house. The guys from Selectricity were very polite, professional and very clean throughout the entire project which took about a week to complete. What they replaced: All of the 120v branch wiring, breaker panel, outlets(all tamper resistant), switches. What they added for us: Hard wired smoke detectors. Put ceiling fans and lights on dual switches in 5 rooms Installed two new exhaust fans in our bathrooms Relocated some outlets/switches Installed new exterior motion lights Installed new exterior outlets Installed new pantry light

They did a repair at a fair price and they did it quickly. I'm satisfied with it. They are qualified and courteous.

I have a 1971 home in a well established neighborhood. We were very lucky with the aluminum wiring in the home for such a long time not causing any really serious problems. We have had several electrical problems though within the circuitry of the house including two wall outlets that recently have scorched and smoldering. My neighbor had his home rewired a few months ago by Selectricity and after talking to him and seeing the work accomplished I began my research for a contractor. I selected Selectricity based on their knowledge of the rewiring process and of course the overall pricing. A home rewire project is no short task. The Selectricity Team, with Ken leading the team were outstanding. Ken laid out the plan for the week long project and brief us on his progress daily. They were on time and ready to work every day. All members of the team were very courteous and respectful of my home. At a completion of the project we review the work done and Ken outlined the how the new CB panel was set up. Ken also accessed the main power service panel to the house and reported to me that it would be a good idea to have Gulf Power service the panel for water intrusion, corrosion, and old service wire coming into the box. His suggestion was taken to heart and we called Gulf Power for a service call. They will be replacing the service wiring and replacing the service panel with meter within the week. This is reassurance that with Selectricity's workmanship we have a established a new baseline of good wiring and electrical service that is up to building code standards. I most highly recommend Selectricity for your rewiring needs.

My electrician was knowledgeable and kind. He did a simple replacement of one of my electrical outlets. He was also fast and efficient. I would highly recommend them again.

It went extremely well. Dustin was very knowledgeable and while completing the estimate provided helpful suggestions to improve the comfort of the house and make it safer as well as what would be most cost effective. I received estimates from two other electricians. Dustin's was neither the highest or lowest but appeared fair in comparison. Floyd was the lead electrician. His work was impeccable. He was also polite and efficient. Our house is a large tri-level with two separate attics and a crawl space which presented many challenges to running wire. Floyd was able to get everything done with almost no drywall damage.

Everything was fine. They were good but not outstanding.

Very well--They did a good job, and the price was right. The electrician had no problem replacing the outlet under the bay window which seemed challenging to other electricians bidding on the job. The 2 man crew led by Blake were on time and were considerate. Dustin warranties the work, and they fix holes. Glad I had the rewire done by Selectricity and will continue to recommend them. Happy with the improvements of a rewire!. . .. . UPDATE: Last year Dustin sent someone out to check a couple of things and the guy never got back to me. I told Dustin about the hole in the kitchen wall (right by the light where bugs were getting in and A/C out) and the defective receptacle in the garage earlier this year. I asked if we could do the work later because of some health issues, and he agreed to do the work. Later when I had called the company to do the warrantee work they set up a date and time. Two days before the scheduled appointment he called me and told me he wasn't going to come fix the hole or the receptacle. He said that the humidity had effected the receptacle but I raised that issue with him soon after the job was done so there is no way that could have been the problem. I feel like he went back on his word.

When I called the Selectricity office on 2/24 they promised to be at my home between 3:00 PM and 5:00PM that day. They didn't show and at 5:05 PM I called the office. I was told the technician would call me. About 15 minutes later the technician called and said he was at a job in Cantonment and asked if he could come at 8:30 AM the next day. I agreed and the next morning a different technician showed up at my home. After he performed about 20 minutes work he gave me a bill for $100! I told him that their advertisement on the Angies List website said they charged $80 per hour for service calls. He said his boss told him to charge me $100.

They arrived on time and quickly went to work, they were professional and very organized. All of the work was completed and done very cleanly, they made sure the wire was hidden and the fans were centered. They even offered suggestions as to how to get the most out of them!

Rewired my approx.2200 ft home. They arrived on time, worked through lunch, cleaned up debris , dust, wire ends, put in larger breaker box and a couple of "Oh, by the ways". They had to open the ceiling Sheetrock to install the ne breaker box, and repaired the opening very well. That was the only place they had to open the dry wall. Passed code inspection without a problem and the inspector even said that they always do a good job. They specialize in rewirings or I would call them for any electrical work I needed.

They had outstanding service. They were punctual and polite. Everything is reasonably clean. I was extremely pleased.

Two guys came on time. They changed the plug and the breaker thinking that there was a good chance that one or both of those things were my problem. I have not had a problem with the dryer flipping the breaker since. When asked, they gave me a little education on aluminum wiring which I get whenever I can. A definitive answer on what was wrong would have been ideal, but I understand why that was not possible for them. Overall, especially because what they thought was the issue turned out to be correct, I was very satisfied with my encounter with this company.
