They were very professional and knowledgeable, and kept us in the loop as to what they had to repair on the generator. We were pleased with their work.

+ 0 moreOur house was built partially in 1960 and the other part in 1980, and the new roof was built over the original roof. It wasn’t electricians nightmare, but Selectricity was fabulous. The workers were knowledgeable, hardworking, and beyond polite. The electricians worked tirelessly in the hot attic, and had to spend extra days at the house to complete the work. We couldn’t be happier with the results. The estimator and office staff were very customer oriented and followed through with support and flexibility. The price was better than we could ever have imagined! We would be making a mistake if we went to anyone else ever. You cannot go wrong by using Selectricity; they are the best!
Description of Work: Relocation/New fuse box, kitchen remodel with outlets, under cabinet lighting, 8 ceiling lights and one pendant light; relocate 12 switches, retire outlets and switches in the upper part of our home. Also they wired for the dishwasher and disposal.

Then right on time the electrician showed up , did his work and explained to me in lay terms how to “ switch over” in the event of power failure. I can’t praise this company enough. You have my business from now own and you can bet that I’ll spread the good word on y’all!

+ -1 moreWe could not work due to the home office not having any wall outlets that worked. Was not a breaker issue. Could not rectify ourselves. Very stressful to say the least. I called and talked to Ms. Charity who was very understanding and had someone out to the house very quickly, same day. The men wore masks due to COVID, were very polite and professional. They troubleshot the issue, located the problem and had us back up and running within an hour of arrival. I will always use Selectricity for my electrical needs. Could not ask for better service! Call them, you will not be sorry!

Description of Work: I couldn’t be more pleased with the customer service and work done. I would highly recommend Selectricity for rewiring or any other electrical work you may need done. I work from home and knew exactly what to expect each day until the job was complete. I had them also run electricity to my shed, add lighting and outlets. I purchased new fans, lights, vanity lights for each room and they were replaced with no additional charge as the work was being done. No wall patching was needed. The team was awesome and cleaned up each day before they left and let me know the work they planned to do the next day.

+ -1 moreWoke up, mid morning to find all the electronics in my house that was more than 110 v not working in my home and power to other things going in and out. Called Selectricity late afternoon about the problem. They offered an after hours appointment the same day. I opted for the next morning. They were on time, friendly and knowledgeable and they had all the parts needed to complete the job with them, so no waisted time leaving for parts. Full power was restored to my house by early afternoon. Estimate price was the price I paid no extra fees tacked on.

+ -1 moreIf I could give this company a zero I would..... just found out that after spending over $10,000 dollars in 2018 to have our whole house rewired, the team left a live wire in our attic. I could have died if I had stepped on it. Thank goodness someone found it and didn’t get hurt while moving this live wire. We are beyond mad about the lack of work /installation job. We highly do not recommend this company...

+ -1 moreThe evaporator coil was leaking water all in the unsealed return air box area, left that way by the original installation company. I decided to call Selectricity Cooling and Heating. Josh came over and evaluated the problem and made recommendations, all of which I agreed with. He completed all the work and answered all my questions. Then he cleaned up the area, and he made sure everything was working properly. I am totally confident in Josh's work, and I appreciate his honesty, hard work and professionalism. My AC is cooling great now, and I will definitely be calling Selectricity in the future, and requesting Josh for yearly the AC check up. I highly recommend Selectricity Cooling & Heating. I'm so glad that I called them. They really exceeded my expectations. Thank you Josh, and thank you Jan in the office.
