Description of Work: I called them when I noticed that one of the sprinkler heads in my in ground water system was broken and water was spurting everywhere. They came that day and fixed it and found another one that was malfunctioning and fixed it also. Great service. Will call then again if needed.

Description of Work: I moved into an existing house that had been empty for a while and did not even know if the sprinkler system would work. They came out and made time for me in their schedule. He explained the system to me, found an issue in the system and replaced a bad valve. In general I would have given them an A over all but about 6 months later, the valve that they put in came apart from the pipe and I ended up with a small lake in my front yard. It was the weekend and was already late and did not have time to call them. So I fixed it myself. So they never had the opportunity to make it right. But what I had found on the valve that they replaced was that it seemed like it had little to no glue on the fitting. So in the end the fix was simple enough but at that moment I was pretty irritated. But again I had not called them back so they did not have an opportunity to make it right. Otherwise, they were fantastic. They went a long way with the first job to do as much to help me quickly in a busy schedule. They just may have gone a little too quickly. So in the end yes As for everything except quality and overall a B.

Description of Work: INSTALLED SPRINKLER SYSTEM

Description of Work: Service consisted of diagnosing and repairing a 5 zone sprinkler system with 2 zones not working. Problem was probably caused by lightening damage to the control wires to the last 2 valves.The first visit ($85) was to assess the problem, propose a solution, and prepare an estimate.Bill Roloph, the owner/technician, determined that splicing or replacing the faulty wire in place was more trouble, and potentially more costly that it was worth. He estimated the cost ($350-400) of running a new wire directly from the controller to the last valve and backfeeding to the other non-functioning valve. Also included was hooking up a rain sensor to the controller.About a week later he returned with an assistant and they hand trenched about 50', passed conduit under a sidewalk, broke up and replaced a small section of brick paving, and ran new wire to valve 5, and connected to the existing wire to valve 4. Service was restored.Care was taked to replace turf and clean up.At no extra charge they replaced a leaking sprinkler head.It took about 3 hours.

Description of Work: Sprinkler system would not come on even with manual activation attempt. The individual told me the rainfall shutoff attachment was probably the cause. He told me how to circumvent it to see if it was malfunctioning. I did and that was the problem. He saved me a service call which translated into saving me money. Highly professional and informative. I will use this company if I have any future sprinkler system problems. Several weeks later I had a lightening strike near the house that knocked out two zones. The repair was done promptly. The system was checked and the controller had been damaged. The controller was replaced and the system was set up to improve areas of the lawn where the system was not covering adequately.

Description of Work: Bill was able to refurbish my existing pump and water lines, install a new well, rotors and heads throughout my front and back yard. He mounted a control panel and also got my system 'legal' with a permit, as the previous owner did not. He did my entire yard, but can modify for any of the future landscaping that I do!
