Great.. the service rep gave me valuable info to help in future with system. Mr. All man gave Tips that will save money in future. Example: replacing heads that don’t pop up or retract,..use wd40 on them, may take a few times but they will work again, explained timer and why the amount of time is important, etc. Ms. Sherri at office professional and pleasant setting up appointment,

Chris was wonderful, stayed with it until he found the problem, (sprinkler heads were not popping up when the zone was on) and came back when I had questions and a concern about the height of a sprinkler head that could have been hit by a mower. The receptionist was helpful and fit me into a busy day. I will use this company again and highly recommend them.

Pulled permit immediately, installed the day after the final dig locates were done by local utilities. Installed 4 zones on 1/4 acre lot to city water. Excellent work, very friendly and informative. They worked very hard for one full day and about 3 hours the next to get it all working. Responsive, offers 2 year full coverage warranty on all new systems. Did have to reschedule once due to ground conditions (had recently rained), but you'll have issues with anyone needing to dig in your yard after a recent rain. The owner, David, is a top notch contractor and will work hard to give you a great final product.

This company and owner are top notch, my worst fears were relieved and all of my 13 zones are working properly. Thank you Rainfall INC I will definitely keep this company as my go to for irrigation issues!!!!!

I have had 4 phone contacts with them covering 6 weeks. They always promise to contact me "next week" to schedule a visit. Then they don't call back. Usually a clerical person calls about 2 or 3 weeks later and makes excuses for the field guy who is 'busy with a lot of tickets'. Today I informed them enough is enough and I will try someone else. Very poor business practices.

Sheree in the office keep you informed about date but not necessarily time or range of time. Fortunately I am retired and can wait patiently.

There was so many things broken, that the diagnosis of what had to be fixed was lengthy. But let me say that the diagnosis was done to ensure that only needed repairs were performed, and I appreciated that effort. Once the diagnosis was complete the work was performed the following day, with the Rainfall, Inc. owner participating and observing. This turned out to be a quality job with competent, professional, and friendly people. I highly recommend Rainfall, and Dave the owner, Mike the technician and Dallas the sprinkler head expert.

They did fantastic job. Showed up next day and worked all day. Found my old over designed system to be a unique challenge, which I already knew trying to keep it working over the years. Tried to use existing parts and kept me informed of cost as he worked. Not sure of date but it is close.

Mike was prompt, responded to request the next business day, finished repairs in less than 3 hours. They were professional and knowledgeable.

The sprinkler repairman knew exactly what he was observing and how to correctly adjust things with no wasted time. I told him (Mike) that I planned to call at the start of every Spring to make sure that the system is working efficiently and not wasting water and money sprinkling the street or driveway for example.

Dave and Mike were especially helpful and professional. Work was efficient and well done. Provided excellent advice on how to improve my system. Sherry, at the home office, was very helpful. Great attitude.

We just purchased a new home and the sprinkler system would not shut off. As new customers, we called at 5:30 on a Sunday night and they arrived within the hour. They did what they could that evening and showed up the next afternoon to finish the work. The workers were all extremely responsive, informative, helpful, friendly and flexible. We greatly appreciated their quick response and professionalism. Will definitely use this company for sprinkler maintenance in the future.

A year and a half ago my 84 year old mother purchased a home with an irrigation system which we could never get to work and the company who installed it had gone out of business. Planning a trip from SC to FL to see her I joined Angies list for the first time and based on the reviews, called Rainfall. These people are so great to work with!! I explained I was coming to PNS the next week for a weeks' visit and would like to get this problem solved for Mother while there. Even thought they were busy, they made time for us. I cannot say enough about how honest and fair I found them to be. Mother had friends & family look at the system and was under the impression that it was broken. We had NO IDEA what was wrong and were expecting the worst; he could have told us anything and charged an extravagant amount and we would have been none the wiser. The rate was incredibly reasonable! In-fact, it was down-right cheap compared to what we were expecting. The problem turned out to be that the system had not been used for years and just needed a little tweaking. The main thing was lack of knowledge as to how the timer worked. I suggested we buy an upgraded timer which would have been $100, but he said, although her timer wasn't the best, it was working and to leave it until it became a problem. I mean how many people would turn down a $100 sale? We wanted to add the rain sensor to prevent unnecessary watering. He had it with him on the truck and it was installed within minutes. These people are awesome and honest. They will definitely be on our families' speed dial from here on out. This was my first Angie's List experience and after such great service it will not be my last!

Bill, the owner of Rainfall located and replaced a valve of my sprinkler system in a speedy and competent manner. He was new to the system and I couldn't help at all in locating even the water turn off valve. Better yet he didn't try to sell me a new system! Rainfall is a keeper.

Bill kept me informed of my install date. Showed up on time and completed the installation in one day. Made sure I fully understood the system walking me through everything. Best price with 2 year warranty.

We made and appointment and he was very prompt. We walked around the property and told him exactly what we wanted and he made some suggestions. After we decided what needed to be done, he told us he could do it right then. He was very professional and did a great job. I would recommend him to anyone!!

They are so good that he is booked for a month ahead. Plan ahead more that I did if you want his good work!

Bill arrived on time and went right to work. He was professional in his approach to the layout of the system and execution of the installation. Both he and his assistant were courtious and knowledgable; they explained what they were doing and why. Bill was accommadating to a request for an additional item. It was an excellent experience, professional job, and through installation. The system works great.

I thought that $100 was a lot to replace on sprinkler head. They have always been very prompt. I haven't had any problems. They have always been responsive when I have called with any issues.
