Everything was done in a timely manner and around the estimate we were anticipating. The roof was done on a windy day and after the crew finished and left we found roofing material that had blown around the yard and into the neighbors. So clean up could have been a little better but the jobs were done very well.

December 4, 2015 I got the Notice of Commencement for Quality Roofing Solutions LLC Work on my roof was to commence on January 25.....Wanda called and said that there was a delay due to all the rain we were having and that the roof was delayed again until February 10....Wanda and I were in constant communications about when the work was to commence.The work they were doing at the time had more rotten wood then expected and I was delayed again..Work this time was scheduled for February 12..My work was completed February 16, 2016..And I couldn't be happier...They have no control over MOTHER NATURE and can only do as much that is humanly possible, without injury and incompetent work (YOU DON'T WANT THAT DO YOU). My advice is be patient and get the best possible ROOFERS you can afford. .I wish I had known about them before I had the previous work done on my home because I would not be in the situation I was in before they did my work...KUDOS to you guys.... Much Appreciation

I contacted Quality Roofing Solutions to several roofing issues. On 11/5, Ethan came out, took photos and told me that I would receive an estimate. I called Quality on 11/17 and was told that Ethan would get back to me. As of 12/28, I have heard nothing and am pursuing others to handle the work.

Excellent job. The damage was much more extensive than I had thought, but this company did a thorough job of removing damaged wood and repairing before reshingling. Very satisfied. Clean up was great too!

As a repair, the work was scheduled to be done in between other roof replacements. However, the response was very prompt (my requirement was NOT an emergency) and professional. All the work was performed in a few short hours. If you didn't know where to look, you wouldn't know that anything was done (this is a good thing!). Complete cleanup after all work was performed.

They came in early morning and completed work that day including an excellent job of removing all roofing materials and trash.They responded to our need in a very timely manner, as the leak had suddenly gotten much worse. I am no roofing expert, but leak has stopped and the quality seemed very good.

Brian crawled all up and in my roof, took photos and we determined that the ridge cap needed replacing, I was expecting to replace the entire roof, so this was a huge relief. He made an appointment with me several days later to take care of the work and his guys did a great job, in no time. Cleaned up the mess and were on their way.

They were on the job within 24 hours of my call to them. They immediately placed a protective tarp over the leaking area of my roof to prevent further water entry. Once the rains had ceased, they fixed my leaking roof in 2 days. Most impressive was how efficient and skilled the team was. Plus, when they left my house, it looked as if no one had been there at all -- my property was spotless! There was not even a piece of a shingle or a single roof nail left behind. Quality Roofing is my go-to roofer as long as they remain in business. The gave me a very fair price and did excellent work.

Access to the roof was difficult due to the building's height. A lift was used to view and repair the roof. I am unable to see the roof so it was very helpful that they took photos both before and after the work that was done. Brian was very knowledgable about roofing materials and methods of dealing with the particular problems of this 100 year old building. He did a very nice job. The company I used for my last roofing job is no longer in the area so it is good to know we have a competent company in the Milton/Pace area. If I have need of a roofer in the future I will definitely call Quality Roofing Solutions.

I contacted this company for an estimate because of their listing here on Angie's List. I liked the responses Brian, the owner, made to the reviews. From the beginning, dealing with this company was so pleasant. Wanda, who answers the phone, is very personable and easy to talk to. I had to have several communications with Wanda and Brian before I could make up my mind about what I wanted done. They were patient with me throughout. I was pleased with their workmanship and care of my property while working. My only complaint is that Brian only had two choices of leaf guards to choose from so one type I researched and wanted could not be installed by them. At first, I thought the price was just a little high for what needed to be done but it turned out to be pretty close to other estimates I received. Overall, I was very pleased with Quality Roofing's work and as an extra bonus, I looked out in my back yard after they left and found they had trimmed some limbs off my trees that were touching my roof and causing me worry. I had expressed to the workman how bothersome those branches were to me but had no idea he would or could cut the limbs. These folks are truly good people. That was the nicest thing any service person had ever done for me. While another company originally installed my current roof, because of Quality Roofing's act of good will toward me, I will be using them for any roofing needs I have in the future.

They were prompt and on time. There was a problem with their initial work but they came back to fix the issue. Then I noticed a leak in the roof and they are coming back to fix that issue.

There was some misunderstanding as to what date we agreed upon so I'd recommend verifying via email after setting a date. Saves time. First, Brian, the owner, came over to inspect the roof and give me the estimate. He took notes, explained what was needed, in detail, and produced a written estimate, including all materials, and everything he said was needed during the inspection. I received estimates from two other roofing companies as well as the builder of the sunroom. Quality Roofing was the only company to tell me in detail, what was required and how it would be done. Because of that, I chose them to do the repairs. Second, the crew arrived at the appointment date, setup and got right to work. I monitored the work from a step ladder I setup next to their ladder. All materials quoted in the proposal were used and the work was completed expeditiously and the worksite cleaned up afterward before leaving. Third, Brian returned a few days later to inspect the work and answer any questions. During our discussions Brian shared the reason for the placement of the flashing and how it would prevent water intrusion while allowing the aluminum roof panels to breathe. I was completely satisfied with the quality of the work and believe it to be what was needed to effect the repairs. Before leaving the roof I pointed out some popped nails in my roof. Brian got some caulk and a hammer from his truck and repaired them no charge. I would recommend Quality Roofing for any roofing job and will do so to my friends as well as when the time comes to replace my roof.

It rained most of today, a week after the repairs were made. No sign of any leaks. I am well satisfied.

Called Wanda. She scheduled Bryan out for initial visit. He gave me an estimate with email confirmation. Wanda called later to schedule the work. Crew came out as promised and 3 hours later it was done. A couple of inches of rain later - no leak. Great work. Great job-site attitude and clean up.

Fantastic! QRS is a professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and responsive provider. After going through several unreliable contractors for months I found this company on Angie's List. I called and Brian came out exactly on time to give me an estimate. He took the time to do a water test to observe the leak for himself. He quoted me a very reasonable price for the repair and got me on his schedule the next week. After completing the work he would not accept payment until he could come back out and repeat the water test to ensure he had corrected the problem. He came out the following week and completed the water test which revealed no leakage whatsoever! From the first contact with Wanda at the office, to the promptness and professionalism of Brian, to the reasonableness of price and honesty of information, it could not have neen a better experience. I highly recommend this company!

We had a leak in the room attached to our porch when it really rained hard. We contacted Quality roofing solutions and Brian was prompt to come out, inspect the roof and give us an estimate.. The design over the room was at a pitch that didn't allow for good run off and had a 'deciorative ' peak that slowed the run-off further. Brian gave us a fair estimate. The work did not begin on time due to the prolonged rains that we have had even though we were scheduled 6 weeks out. It was well worth the wait; they did an excellent job. They are very thorough and conscientious. A month after the work was done we had an engineer go up on the roof (the parts that did not have any work done) and he noticed that the boots around the vent pipes were cracking. We called Brian and he immediately sent a couple of his guys to replace them. I would definitely recommend Quality Roofing to anyone. They are experienced, professional and provide top-quality service.

This company was very responsive from day one! The owner came to my house and gave me an estimate and was very honest about everything that needed to be done. He answered all my questions, and never made me feel like I was wasting his time or he was in a hurry. He was very down to earth and I truly felt comfortable around him and the crew! The crew worked very hard to complete the job in one day, and they all worked together as a team. If you want that home town, honesty, and a job done right hire Quality Roofing! An A+ company!!! They will do you right, and not give you the run around unlike another local company I used in the past.

I recieved Quaity Roofing's number from a friend. The gentleman I called was on vacation but he had Bryan call me. Bryan came out that day and gave me an estimate that very evening. We set up the appointment for the 27th. On the 25th Bryan called and asked if they could come on the 28th because they needed to finish another job. He assured me if we needed him to be there on the 27th they would be. We agreed on the 28th,I was so impressed he called to ask. They showed up on the 28th exactly on time and worked hard all day to complete the roof. It was done by late afternoon. They cleaned up after themselves and the work is excellant. I will not use anyone else for more roofing or related work that needs done. They were highly professional,hard working and polite. We will be having more work done on our home and I'm using Quality Roofing! They are the best hands down!!!

Brian returned to my inquiry to give us an estimate to repair a leak at peak on our house. He came that same afternoon, set up his ladder and then told us how to repair the leak saying he wouldn't feel comfortable charging us to do something so easy to repair. Very friendly and helpful. We we able to complete the repair for less than $25. He didn't even charge us a fee for coming by to look at the job and it was miles out of his way. He also gives a military discount.
