Bo Saunders had helped me with a small repair project on a metal roof, so I called him when I needed a new roof on our home. He is friendly and quick. I did end up getting two other prices which were very competitive, but decided on Quality Roofing at a slightly higher price due to their reputation and Bo's approach. My interaction with customer service before installation day went well. I needed to fill out some paperwork to get things started and to support the building permit. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful. Prior to material's delivery, I received a text message and an email letting me know when to expect the materials. There was some little supplier issue, so the day needed to be moved, but I received a phone call first to make sure it was not a problem. The delivery a day later was still a couple of days before the day the roof was to be replaced. On roof replacement day, the team arrived just when I expected them. They first brought the trailer which would be used to haul off the old roofing materials. Before parking it, they checked with me to make sure the location was good. Once the crew started they were very fast and efficient. While I was watching outside, one member of the team spoke to me to make sure I did not have any questions. Very polite young man. Our house is small, so there were easily able to finish in one day. They removed the coverings they had placed around the house to catch debris and cleaned up all little pieces of shingle and paper around the yard. They used a blower to blow off the decks. Overall, the clean up ended up being much more complete than I expected. Replacing a roof produces a lot of trash. They went above and beyond to return our yard to its previous condition, perhaps even cleaner. The roof itself looks great. We are very pleased with the color we selected, but the installation job is also excellent. They replaced the drip flashing around the house and it is nice and smooth with clean seams. I could not be more pleased with the services provided by Quality Roofing.

It went well except for being delayed 3 weeks. I had to do all the checking on status of the install - no proactive communication. Communication in general was about average. I wasn’t real happy with putting 40% down and waiting 2 months for the work to be done but not a deal killer. I’m very happy with the the value and quality of the installed roof. They removed the old roof, replaced some damaged decking, installed a full covering of ice and water shield and a well warrantied shingle system that looks great. I would recommend to anyone.

David came and gave me an estimate the same day. We approve the quote, and 2 weeks later (backed up due to rainy weather) they came and fixed the roof, fascia, and soffit in one day. They did come back for some minor correction. So far, so good... with Hurricane Marco its been raining and so far no sign of leaks through the ceiling. Great quality and great price.

My experience with Quality Roofing was very positive. I received quotes from several local providers and found Quality Roofers competitive. Not the lowest, and not the highest estimate. The company communicated with me to confirm the schedule date and what to expect. The work crew arrived early and waisted no time getting to work. They prepared the worksite by laying traps around the entire perimeter of my house to collect any debris. The tear off went quickly, and they were installing my new roof before lunch. The job was finished in the same day and they performed an excellent clean up.

To date I have had 3 roofs installed by these guys. All three have been metal roofs. They also installed my neighbors shingle roof based off of my recommendation. On the metal roofs, two were the normal screw down types, and on my personal home I went with standing seam. Those in the know, know that standing seem is the most labor intensive and requires the most skill to do properly. I researched and found these guys on Angie’s list. I called them based on their reviews on Angie’s list. I had them come out and give me an estimate for a shingle roof initially. There price was good and the guy I had spoken with was knowledgeable. I got estimates and spoke with 4 other roofers I found on Angie’s list. They were the best priced and I got a good feeling from their sales rep. I later met with the owner as I was deciding to go with a metal roof. Got estimates and started researching metal roofs. I probably changed my mind several times through my research. I felt confident the owner was very knowledgeable and a strait shooter. I ended up going standing seam. I researched it heavily through YouTube, so I would know how everything was supposed to be done. The whole standing seam install take a few weeks. I ended up talking a lot with the employees as well as watching how they did the install. Everything was done exactly as I had research it should be. Brian and his guys came out and did a wonderful job on the roof. I couldn’t be happier honestly. I am a knit picky person about how things should be done too. They did the standing seam install in 2017. I have had two screw down roofs installed by Quality Roofing since my standing seam roofs. The most recent being in February 2019. They both came out perfect as well. All the screws are in straight lines. They look perfect. Couldn’t be happier with these installs either. They also did a very nice job on my neighbor’s shingle roof. The only thing that could be considered negative about them, is the fact that they are busy. Honestly, that can’t be a strike because they do good work, so they should be busy. I have been very impressed with everyone I have dealt with at Quality Roofing. From the guys on the job acting professionally, to the office staff, and the owner. They will be getting all of my future roofing work.

I'm working out of state and this is the roofer I would recommend to do a good job and they were very respectful to my property manager who also happens to be a retired general contractor. Brent knows his product and does what he says he'll do. Wanda was very responsive to my concerns and worked with me on the schedule. It's been a year since I've the roof was installed and I have had a chance to finally inspect it for myself. It looks great and no leaks.

Never got that far.. they had a hard time understanding the rebuilt porch and carport needs new metal roofing. Ladies kept insisting it had a metal roof on it previously.. which was not true. Most bazaar conversation I have ever had with a contractor.

I started looking for a roofing company in July of 2018. Found Quality Roofing Solutions, to be among the best in my area.. WHAT HAPPEN? I was set up for the last week of Aug. 2018. That was changed to the first week of Sept. 2018, then changed to the next week, then changed again and again. All due to the weather. Understandable! I'm good with this so far. Then on Wed, 9 days before the roof was suppose to be put on. A huge equipment truck, with shingles, wood, nails, etc... and ladders going up against my mother in laws home. Really loud banging from everything being thrown on her roof. Now remember this is 9 days early! No phone call that this was going to be done. My mother in law was still sleeping to be woken up by these sounds. I had to call work and let them know that I was not coming in due to this. Since no one was expecting this, this was very upsetting for all of us. Now, the roofers who are suppose to be at the house doing the roof, are a no call and no show. I call the office, and spoke with someone so rude, if I had talk to her first, I would have never NEVER hired this company. She is totally incompetent in her job. I explained about the roofer, and she had no idea that I was suppose to be having a roof put on today. Remember now, I have all the materials on my roof now for 9 days. The front end person doesn't even known this. When I complained about the materials, and not being called first to let us know that this was going to be happening. The front end person stated that that the materials had to be put up there a day before the install of the roof, and that we should have expected that. I explained to her that it was 9 days early, not the day before! But, all of that was besides the point, where is the roofers? The front end person Ms. "W" even stated to me that if I didn't like it, she could have them come by and pick it off my roof, and cancel this job. I wish I had taken her up on this offer! Ms. "W" had someone from the company to call me and he came to my home. This contractor said his men would be out today at my home by noon.. Well, noon rolled around, 1pm, 2pm, 3pm went and came and no one was there. My husband called this contractor and he promised someone would be out there by 4pm. and 2 men showed up and worked until 7:30PM. They showed up for the next 3 days and the job was completed. Great work from these men!! Now, it's time to pay them. I had sent an email to the owner after waiting for a week to get a bill. I then contacted the man that first came out to our home. He is one of the better things in this company!! He came to my home and I paid him in cash!! Got a receipt paid in full!! So, you would think that, that is the end of the story, but it's not! Three months later after I paid this in full to the company - the company's owner and that front end person is still sending me emails, and phone calls requesting payment. Even though, I have emails from the owner stating that he has my payment and thanks me for it. That front end person, is even willing to knock off the late fees, if we pay the balance now! What balance? I begged them to put my roof on, then begged them to send me a bill, and then I pay them -- and now they think I am going to beg them to stop harassing me. Wrong answer as I have told the owner, I want that front end person NOT to call my husband again and to stop sending emails to me. The owner just says they are running kind of thin right now.. Well, then he needs to hire more people. Get rid of her, and hire competent people. Just for all of the hassle, and now harassment I am getting I would NOT hire or recommend this company.

Quality Roofing did a fantastic job on my roof. David Rogers was great to work with, very professional & personal at the same time. He help me narrow my choices by sending me photos of houses with similar brick. I was also invited to to visit the showroom in Milton. I was pleased how well Ethan followed up to let me know of a rain delay. The communication confirming start date, rain delays, & satisfaction after the job was completed was very helpful & appreciated. Their crew worked like a well oiled machine. Every guy was an expert at his job. The cleanup was amazing! Brian has a great group of professionals who get the job done in a timely manner. If I ever need another roof or have friends that do, Quality Roofing Solutions will get the highest praise & rating as a top notch roofing company.

After researching types of asphalt shingles and reading various roofing contractor online reviews, I settled on Owens Corning's Duration shingle & their Weather-Lok Mat membrane. This membrane is a secondary water barrier and self-adheres to the roof decking. In the event you loose shingles this membrane prevents or slows roof leaks. This was a real possibility along the Gulf coast, with the annual hurricane threat. I met with 3 contractors and I choose Quality Roofing Solutions for their past positive customer reviews, and because they are a Owens Corning Preferred Installer. The estimate wasn't the lowest but I was sold on their commitment, and their history as a local family owned/run business. This was a big job (over 40 squares) and the 3-person crew worked long and hard for 3 days. I was impressed with their strong work ethic, and they did all they could to minimize the daily mess. They placed tarps around the house to collect the old shingles and nails, and they cleaned up at the end of each day. The completed work looks great and the roof should be ready for the many hurricane seasons to come.

Brian Ward from Quality Roofing Solutions was prompt visiting the house to conduct an assessment with a phone call prior to visiting. He responded the following day with a thorough cost estimate that explained in easy to understand detail of the work to perform, materials to be used, measurements, brochures, samples, etc. I must’ve received 8 estimates within a weeks time. It was between Quality Roofing and one other company. I called Brian to ask questions and he answered all of them promptly and honestly. He also agreed to upgrade the underlayment for the same cost as the other competitor I was considering. His willingness to negotiate sold me to choose Quality Roofing Solutions. They came to the house on an agreed upon date and finished in 1 day, which included cleaning afterwards. Roof looks great...best looking roof in my neighborhood. I’m very pleased with their quality work. I already recommended them to a coworker who’s looking to his roof replaced.

They were prompt, on-time and professional when I requested a quote. It took me a while to get on their schedule for the repair but this probably means they are busy - which is a good thing. Once the arranged the service date arrived, the roofers were on-time, professional and did a complete and thorough job of repairs and cleaning up. They even cleaned out my gutters! An unexpected bonus that I really appreciated!! I would highly recommend!

I tried 3 other roofers. All I got were answering machines to "leave a message". One called back but were backed up for a month before any repairs could be scheduled. Quality has a live person answer the phone who is both pleasant and professional. They came out the same day, inspected and fixed the problem. Nice, prompt and reasonable cost. The Best.

Came out to inspect roof after a tree fell and landed on the roof. Got up in the attic and inspected as well as inspecting the roof. Great service, on time and I highly recommend this company. About three years ago we started getting quotes for new roofing. We received several quotes over a period of several months and finally decided to get a metal roof from Quality Roofing Solutions. Getting our finances arranged took some time. More than two years after they gave us the quote Quality Roofing still had it on file. Six months before the job was due to begin, we gave them a $1000 deposit to show our intent, even though they said we did not need to do it. Quality was patient with us and agreed to wait until we financed our house and get paid after the closing. After trying to find a break in the rain in June 2017 Quality Roofing came and fixed our roof decking and soffits and installed our bright copper colored metal roof within the three days they said they would. They did everything to which they agreed. The did a good job cleaning up although they did miss a few of the old roofing nails. Throughout the process of replacing our roof the entire Quality Team, from the office staff to the roofers, was patient and respectful. We definitely will use Quality Roofing Solutions if we ever need to get another roof in the greater Pensacola are.

Quality Roofing was very helpful and I would highly recommend them to any of my family or friends and neighbors in the future. They were easy to work with and very responsive, unlike some of the other roofing contractors that we contacted. We had a couple of minor problems after the installation, but Brian quickly rectified those problems.
