Description of Work: I read reviews and decided to have my grout cleaned in the kitchen and bathrooms. | |I called the office and setup an appointment. They spoke of their guarantee so I booked them. | |The technician came out and went to work. It took about 3 hours. After the sealant dried, I noticed my kitchen grout was not one color. It looked striped. The next day they called and I explained the look. She said the tech would come back out and redo if necessary. | |Long story short. After a second scrubbing on my kitchen grout it still didn't fix it. | |My bathrooms turned out great. My kitchen continues to look striped. | |After the second try, I never heard back from the company again. | |I don't recommend for grout tile in the kitchen.

Description of Work: Proclean serviced a wool area rug which my husband & I took to their local shop. They meticulously cleaned the 9 X 12 rug, removing some old pet stains and freshening the fibers so much it looked new! They then delivered the cleaned and dried rug to my house. Top notch service, and we will use them again.
