Office staff, as well as the technician on site, were polite and efficient. In addition to the great job on cleaning my carpets, the technician did an outstanding job on cleaning the grout surrounding our tile. It looks brand new! Terrific job at reasonable prices. I highly recommend Pro Clean!

The carpets look great. I am really pleased. The house was left with a nice fresh smell. I rated a B on responsiveness and punctuality because the cleaning was scheduled a month in advance and the day before the cleaning they rescheduled the cleaning to another day. Then the serviceman came 1 to 2 hours earlier than scheduled. Since we were not living in the house, we had to scramble to get out to the house to meet the serviceman and give him access. Overall I am very pleased with the result and will hire them again the next time I need carpets or tile cleaned. The price was a bargain for the amount of carpet cleaned and the result.

The technician, Daniel, did an excellent job. He was polite, professional, thorough and responsive. The tile and grout look like new and the carpet, which is older, looks, smells and feels clean. Will definitely use this company again.

Like the invoice says "WOW". I was amazed. It looks like new tile and grout and the house smells fresher. I consider the price a bargain for the results.

It was a very long process, but it did get done and done well. A couple of things I needed to have looked at again and they took care of it at no extra charge. Everyone involved was professional and easy to work with.

The technician was efficient and professional. The office did not advise me in advance of a 3 percent charge for the usage of a credit card to pay for the service. The office staff did not respond to multiple requests to confirm in writing the cost of the service. They did send an email to confirm the date and time of the scheduled appointment. The quoted price provided by the office did not mention the extra cost per square foot for a disinfectant to be added to the cleaning solution. I added this at the time of the cleaning because the previous owners had three dogs. Be sure to ask for all the costs up front.

They came out the next day or two. It was later in the day. It was a good experience. The guy that came out was very friendly and helpful about answering questions. The worker that we came in contact were good. He was very pleasant. He cleaned up everything when he was finished.

I thought they did a pretty good job. They have a pretty good reputation and that's the reason I chose them over some other people. Sometime later, it's been a week or so, my wife had a confession that she wasn't too happy with them and I don't know why. She just doesn't think they did as good a job as she expected. Their responsiveness was very good. The guy was very professional. I might use them again, but my wife wouldn't. I guess I will listen to her. She's the one who wanted it done in the first place and wasn't that satisfied, so I'd have to say no, I wouldn't use them again.

In my opinion this was a very unethical service. I am a senior citizen with a rental property that I maintain in very good condition. In spite of the high cost I felt hiring a professional company with great reviews would be the way to assure the comfort of my tenants and the safety of my house. Instead what I got was a bill for work that has proved to be ineffectual only ten days after the service was performed. Add to that the discovery that they offer no warranty on this type of work (so I am just out of luck even though I expressed my dissatisfaction with them on numerous occasions) and you end up with a very unhappy customer. Mold was found in the house. Porcelain sent a technician to do an inspection and make recommendations as to needed treatment. The mold was common "bread mold" and posed no serious threat to either the tenants or my house. It is my view now that this did not require any action other than cleaning with soap, water and bleach and some painting but it is too late for that now. Their treatment consisted of some cleaning of window casings and sills with organic solutions. They were were to paint the inside of the AC closet and fumigate the entire house. . I was told the fumigation would take care of any mold spores that might be in draperies or furniture. Ten days after the "work" had been done mold was once again discovered in the same areas that had been treated as well as under a rug in the living room and on shoes. Apparently the fumigation was not all that effective. When I called ProClean back to report the problem I was told they have no warranty on mold work since it can return in so many ways. I complained that it had only been ten days since their cleaning and that this hardly seemed reasonable given the cost of their service. They were unrelenting in their position that there was nothing they could do to remedy the situation except send out another team to evaluate the possibility of insulating under the floor. I can only imagine the price tag associated with that sort of service! If this had been handled in an ethical fashion I think the first inspector would have told me not to worry about the type of mold. He would have suggested a more common method of cleaning that could be done by any household cleaning service and recommend that the raw wood around the windows be painted. Had that course of action been taken the house would be just as clean as it is now, I could have painted the window casings and prevented the return of the mold. I have had success with this method in the past. As it is I am out the cost of the treatment and have nothing to show for it except an expense charged to me by a company that would rather make a quick profit than just tell the homeowner that there was a straightforward solutions to her problem.

They did a good job, but they are expensive. I guess this is because they know that insurance will pay for most of it. They charge per day to just rent a fan to blow hot air into the space. However, they know what they are doing and they do a good job. The sheetrock and paint guy was a sub-contractor and did an average job.

Arrived on time, did evaluation and cleaned carpets and ceramic tile (1800 sq. ft.) Did a great job.

I hired this company initially based on the good reviews from this site and others. Technician came out and performed the service. Even after the work was done, I noticed some dark areas that looked like they weren't clean, but I was told that it will look like this for a a couple of days until it dried. I waited 3 days for the carpets to fully dry and I wasn't very satisfied. The carpets looked the exact same as the did before they came out. I couldn't really tell that the carpets had been cleaned. I contacted them and told them my dissatisfaction and they scheduled another appointment for tech to come back out and clean. When he came back he looked like nothing was wrong with the carpet but saw all the areas I pointed out and redid them. Some of the stains he claimed initially wouldn't come out, came out. There are still a few stains that did not come out. Overall, it still really looks the same. Maybe I wouldn't be as disappointed in the work if it hadn't of costs so much. I think the work was not worth the 300.00 that I was charged. I would not use them again in the future and couldn't recommend them to anyone who asked me either. I was able to get more stains out doing it myself with a shampooer from Lowes, which is sad.

Showed up on time and was very professional. Carpet was completely dry within 24 hrs.

Called for early arrival, very polite, explained service, no mess. Very good rug cleaning, even raised carpet pile which felt softer under foot.

David was on time (a little ahead) and started right to work. Did an outstanding job. Very pleasant; left everything very clean. We will ask for him again. 110% sat.

From scheduling to timeliness of arrival, completeness of cleaning including stubborn spots, the staff and service were wonderful.
