They did a lot. It was a fair price. He worked so hard. They are very professional and have very good quality. He was easy to work with. He was very courteous and thorough. He cleaned up after himself. When he first quoted the price, I thought he was expensive but when we watched him work, it was worth it. He was right here when he said he would and we asked him to do more. He called someone to help him. He stayed until he finished the work late. He was late for his next appointment.

Office gave me appt. day time I needed. Jermaine was on time, cleaned carpet thoroughly and left a spot remover bottle. Very courteous.

My family had fell in love with the home we just purchased. Problem was the previous owner did not smoke outside. I have allergies and the home was killing me and we hadn't even been in for a full week. None of the deep cleaning, painting or carpet cleaning we were doing was working. So, we contacted ProClean who offers Odor removal/neutralizer via a Thermofog. It was extremely powerful and was magic. It needs several hours to fumigate the home and absorb into everything. The smell is strong but not bad.....and it destroys all the smell. I do not know how but it does. I can breath, talk and see again! It is definitely worth it and would do again in a heartbeat. They saved us from our new home nightmare. There receptionist, Bonnie is amazing. She is helpful and a sweetheart. Very pleasant and professional.

rugs had several pet stains and they were able to get out all of the stains (and odor).

One very nice gentleman showed up and went right to work. Removing the sealer from the tile floor was intensive and he did an excellent job. Carpets turned out well also.

These guys were great! We actually had to get two locations cleaned, the rental we moved out of and the new house we just bought. Because we had two locations, the company was willing to give us a discount. Even with stairs at one of the locations, the price was still reasonable. The technician called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. The service was performed quickly and effectively. Customer service was great! Would highly recommend again!

I have a sofa and loveseat that needed cleaning after 6 years. The sofa, in particular, was stained on the lower corners near the floor with urine from two of my dogs who mark frequently. One will do his thing, then the other has to cover it with his. I had anticipated simply cleaning it, but Johnnie, the technician, pointed out a different solution to the urine problem, one I wasn't aware of. And it saved me a considerable amount of money and trouble over the method I was originally going to specify. Johnnie and his assistant showed up promptly, after a courtesy call to let me know they were on their way. They were both dressed professionally in company uniforms, and gave an impression I was dealing with a quality company immediately. I'm very rarely impressed by service providers these days; I've gotten used to being satisfied if they're simply adequate and don't make things any worse. But Pro Clean impressed me, and I'd recommend them to anyone.

On the sewer water backup work I have nothing but great things to say. I was a little bit disappointed on the home improvement side. I would use them again for storm water cleanup, but not on the home improvement side.

They called me before just before they were gonna get in here. They were on time, the guy was very nice and the carpet looks great. I've used them before and definitely the price was great. They had coupons and I took advantage of the coupons.

Scheduled an appointment to have my carpets cleaned. Receptionist was very helpful and offered to set up an estimate prior if there were any concerns on pricing/square footage to be cleaned. Opted to have the technician do it on the day of the cleaning. The technician was David who called about 20 mins prior to the appointment to let me know he was on his way. He arrived on time, in uniform, conducted himself in the most professional manner, measured the rooms and provided what I considered a fair estimate and did a great job cleaning the carpets. When he was finished he had me inspect all his work to ensure it was done as discussed on the estimate. Overall I was most impressed with the overall professionalism of David and this company from start to finish. I will definitely be calling them the next time I need a carpet cleaning.

This seems to be a very professionally managed business, with courteous representatives when asking questions and setting appointments to the technician who came out to perform the carpet cleaning. This company is both insured and bonded, and technicians are certified, as well as professional. We were very pleased with the results, and with dogs in the house, plan to call ProClean for routine cleanings from now on! Thank you Pam (receptionist) and Dave (technician)!!
