Excellent service.
Description of Work: Service rep arrived on time to provide garage door tune up and install new rollers. He was very professional and completed the service quickly. Based on time in service/condition, he recommended I replace the springs. He had the parts on the truck and accomplished the work in short order.

Description of Work: Very professional from first contact through the install. If you have questions, ask; they're happy to provide all details to make you comfortable with your decision. Description of Work: The service was mainly to replace the rollers from a metal kind to a fiberglass or plastic kind. The door parts were all oiled. Leveling and checking was basically not changed and checked by eye. The result was that the door was much quieter. However my chain driven door is still much louder than a belt driven door, not the fault of this service but it was a cost savings choice of the builder of my house.
