William was efficient and professional. He installed a new belt driven PDS 900 ultra. He clean up afterwards. Will hire again if needed.

Ross did troubleshooting and determined left track not stable enough. He built a support to hold in place till I can get a new door. Great job

They were very professional and did a good job quoting and installing the door. Since the door had to be ordered they quoted two weeks but they actually beat that and got it in nine days which was appreciated. The installers were pleasant to deal with. They programmed my auto opener and keypad. I'm very pleased with the door and opener. It's amazingly quiet and works very smoothly. They hauled off the old door & equipment. My only disappointment was when it was quoted I requested the door be resealed. After installation I could still see daylight around it. When I asked the installer he said I'd need to get sealant to put around the new frame. It would have been so much easier if they'd put a bead of sealant on the back of the frame before attaching it. I didn't expect to have to do any work on it myself. That's the only thing that kept me from rating A's across the board.

He did an excellent job. He replaced the rollers and also rewired the sensors as we had been having sporadic difficulty with the opener incorrectly sensing an obstacle when there was not one. It was definitely an excellent value for the price paid.

This was a $250.00 service sold on Angie's list for $125.00. They were to replace all the rollers, lube, adjust, align the door. They did replace the rollers and spray some lube and that was basically it, about 25 minutes. When I asked about the adjust, align the door, he said it is working fine and no adjustments needed. So basically the rollers were replaced for $125. Not sure they even needed to be and if this is usually a $250 service I would say this company over charges for its services. The write up on what you were going to get and what happened wasn't even close.

My Service Tec was very informative on general questions I had about my garage door and opener, he wasn't pushing any sales but let me know what I should look for to know that my door opener might need to be replaced. I am very pleased with Precision Door Service and will definitely use them when the time comes to replace my garage door opener.

The contractor, (Precision Doors) called to make the appointment, called to confirm, and called just before they arrived. On time too! They were very professional and I could tell they knew what they were doing. My garage door is now much quieter and very smooth. They were quick and efficient. My door is now just like new!
