I had to pay in cash, and he returned the next day with my change that he did not have when I paid. The next day, he tweaked something that he remembered he left out and which I would not have known if it were left undone. All in all, very pleasant and professional experience. I would definitely use again.

 + -1 moreI went to close the garage door and unfortunately closed the entry door to the house without realizing I had the bottom lock set! Being late at night and no access, I was very upset and frustrated! I called Pensacola Lock & Safe and they were very comforting; told me someone would be there within 45 minutes and requested, due to the very late hour, my credit card information. When I explained my credit cards, along with other items were safely locked in my house he accepted that and proceeded to get the locksmith out. They also check ID to prove that this is your residence which is a wonderful idea! The locksmith arrived earlier than the 45 minutes, was very plesant, and very efficient! What a wonderful ending to an upsetting and frustrating situation! Be sure to ask for Saki for your locksmith! He's awesome!

 + -1 moreWas only give 2 keys to front door when I took possession of home and no keys for rear doors. Company came out day after I phoned. Very professional and rekeyed all rear doors; ordered cylinder for front door and came out week later to install that...all doors have one key now.
Description of Work: wanted same key for all doors; rekeyed 4 rear doors to house (all Kwikset); ordered a new cylinder for front door (lock was Schlage) so it would work with Kwikset.
