It went well, tech. arrived at stated time and proformed the service as directed. We needed a deadbolt that locks on both sides of the door with a key, he didn't have one with him so he had to go back to the shop to get the item. There was no extra charge. Very satisfied with this service.

I called to get the locks re-keyed at my home. They were able to get me a same-day appointment and showed up just a few hours later. The person who came was prompt, friendly, and professional. I had purchased a coupon for fewer locks than I had (my mistake) and the person who came on-site was very gracious in calling his supervisor, who was also very gracious in adjusting my bill accordingly. Fast, professional, and friendly. What more can you ask for?

This was the second time I've used their services. The first time was to add some locks on interior doors and this time I needed some outside door locks. From the first call to choose the locks (I was looking at pictures on the website) and set up the appointment, it was a pleasant and professional experience. The ladies in the office helped me decide what I needed and even recommended a less expensive version which would be just as secure. Great advice! Then they emailed an estimate. We waited for the equipment to ship and then set up an appointment. The day the locksmith came out was chilly and grey, but he worked with a smile and a positive attitude. He took great care to make sure the lock was properly working and took extra time to make adjustments. I could not have been happier. When ordering they have the product and/or service when they said they would.The most responsive yet, and I have used them before. They will try to help on the road or at the shop. As a retired law enforcement office, I know a bit about locks, safes, security. These men and women are honest, and know what they are doing. Most reasonable rates I can find. FRiendly, never talking down to a customer about their master trade. They service my locks at home and office.

The service person arrived a bit early, worked steadily, and was very courteous. He was top-ranked on Angie's list and I can see why. I mentioned to him that I had selected them becuse they were highly rated on Angie's List and he said "we know; and we plan to keep it that way." Based on my experience, I think they will. I highly recommend them.

Service agent was courteous and professional. Work was performed satisfactorily and agent cleaned up after himself. Service agent provided instructions on operation of new lock and made sure it was functioning properly before he left.

Original service call was to fix a broken storm door lock that would not latch. The locksmith explained the problem and showed me how to order the replacement part, which I did. Since he could not fix it on that call he did not charge me. When the part arrived I called them back and he came out to swap the bad part for the new one. Mr. Williams was prompt, professional and very helpful. I would recommend them to anyone with a lock or security problem.

Went great. Easy to deal with and did the job as I expected.

Examined each lock and started in. Despite some of the locks not having been touched for years he made each one work and keyed them all identically. I went from six separate sets of two keys each to just two keys. These guys are good and I will use them in the future. Bobby "Da Lock" you "Da Man"!

We were in Florida due to the death in the family and needed to change the locks on the home.Ii contacted Angie's list so that I would be able to find a reputable locksmith company in this area and Nathan H. e-mailed a list to choose from. I called the one with then highest ratings and looked over their web page. I called and spoke to Liza and explained the situation and she said we could have the work done within 2 hours which was perfect. Saki and Bobby came out on the same day called and re-keyed all the locks to our home and garage We Highly Recommend "PENSACOLA LOCK AND SAFE" as an experienced and capable locksmith service and an asset to Better Business Bureau of Pensacola. When I called and inquired about a service call, they told me upfront that it would be less expensive if I were to bring the faulty lock in to their store. I was unable to remove the lock and called them back to schedule a service call, and they very patiently talked me through the process. When I arrived at the store, they promptly diagnosed the problem and told me that the lock needed replacement. They sold me an excellent lock and rekeyed it on the spot. They told me how to install it, and let me know I was welcome to call them if I ran into any difficulty. I was extremely impressed with not only their professionalism and expertise, but their genuine concern to save me the extra charge for a home service call. I would recommend this company to anyone unconditionally. I will most definitely contact them again if I should ever require locksmith services. I see no reason to go anywhere else. They treated me like a VIP.

My children got a hold of our storage unit keys, and the storage facility could not help us get into it. It was one of those round storage unit locks that is difficult to get a cutter around. Called Pensacola Lock and Safe, and they tried to get someone out to me within the next couple of hours. Unfortunately there were no regular timeslots, and this was not an emergency, so I got a prompt call back with an appointment for 9am the next morning. The technician was there on time, courteous, and immediately got the lock off. Great job!

They were on time. He was in and out. He took him less than an hour to change six locks. He was efficient and reasonably priced. We were able to get an appointment rather quickly.

Friendly, knowledgeable locksmith. Needed the master key, which wasn't available, so he returned a few hours later, exactly when he said he would.
