Description of Work: Nelsons came out to help determine our refrigerator issue. Unfortunately, the repair tech determined fixing the item would not be in my best interest and it was time to purchase a new refrigerator. I appreciated their timely response to my initial phone call, prompt arrival at our appointment, and honest feedback about the state of my appliance. I would definitely recommend this company.

Description of Work: While they were prompt, I do not feel like $74 to take a look at something for a few minutes was worth it since they could not fix my washer. Basically I was told to take it somewhere else to get it repaired.

Description of Work: They moved and installed 2 heavy friges twice, and installed a dishwasher. They have done a bit of work for me in the past and are the best team of professionals that I have ever met in 45 years being a professional chef! They get the job done and fairly. I don't even ask how much the work that I need done will cost because I know that it will be done correctly. Plus they care!

Description of Work: This service call was for service/repair of 2 appliances. $74 was prepaid through Angies List. An additional $115 was charged for the dryer. |1. Dishwasher was not working properly. Mechanism was cleaned. |2. Clothes dryer was making loud noise. A belt, a pulley and 2 roller wheels were changed. |Both appliances were fixed and worked properly after repair.

Description of Work: Arrived on time to fix condensate leak in our Samsung fridge. A father and son team. Left with the problem solved. Took maybe a bit too long as steamer ran out of water (oversight) before they could completely defrost the unit. We had ALL our frozen food exposed to the air for about 45 min to an hour. Most of the food was OK but some of the ice cream bars melted. More talk than what was necessary. However, the price was very reasonable.
