Description of Work: I called at 9:00am for service on my kitchen sink. I had a leak under the sink. A plumber arrived at 10:00am. He replaced the faucets and sprayer at a cost of $264.74 and he checked my water heater because our hot water did not last very long. He checked the top and bottom heating elements and found the bottom element not working. I had that replaced at a cost of $94.94. My total bill was $359.68. I received a 10 percent discount and a second job discount. I was very happy with how quickly the plumber arrived and the work that was done.

Description of Work: The plumber who responded, J , showed me there was no actual malfunction; the shower valve controls were not readily apparent to a new user.
