It went extremely well. The workers were kind, knowledgable and efficient. I was pleased with my first impression of their company when I called to schedule an appointment. Their rates and services were explained very clearly and I felt confident that this was a company I wanted to do business with. The plumbers were very prompt and friendly. They came in and gave a quote, but had to come back the following week to do the work, as it was already late in the day. They fixed the problem very quickly and charged me as I was quoted. I would definitely use their services again!

We contacted the company in which they came out approx. 4 hours later. They told us the problem and we had them fix it. They were very professional and kept the area clean. I would use and recommend this company again.

Fantastic. I awoke this morning and called the plumbers who rectified this matter five years ago. They could not fit me in until the next day and I recall being rather unimpressed with my previous experience. (Plus, I looked at their ratings on here and found mostly poor reviews.) I refined my search to find Barberi Plumbing as most-used in my area by Angie's users, and with great reviews. My only complaint is their phone was busy for the first hour I called. However, when I finally got through, the lady on the other end was courteous and concise and told me what I wanted to hear :) They had just finished a call and would be coming to rescue me from further aqueous torment right away! As promised, Jim and Roland were at my door within 30 minutes. They promptly investigated the issue and got to work. An hour and a half later, I can run my dishwasher and flush the toilet at the same time! They suggested installing a T-trap to make this process easier the next time roots leech into the pipes. I opted out, for I must enjoy embarrassing inconveniences. Overall, I will recommend Barberi's services to anyone in need. They will be the first ones I call for any other work I need done that they can perform. They were friendly and professional - a refreshing experience these days.

They did a good job; they always do a good job. I certainly would recommend them to family and friends. I don't have to call them back to redo any job. Several years ago, I was not happy with a couple that worked for them, but they tell me that those two are no longer with the company, so I don't have to worry about that. If I had a problem, I definitely would call them again.

I live out of town and chose Barberi via the Pensacola BBB website. Everything was handled quickly and professionally from dealing with the office representative to the technician. I was very pleased with all aspects of the transaction.
