Absolutely the best cleaning experience ever. Delightful to deal with, extremely professional, prompt and friendly and gave us tips on keeping our furniture clean afterwards. I would not say they are the cheapest in the area but they are certainly the best, and I would not consider using anyone else next time I need my carpets professionally cleaned.

They were very good. I liked the fact that it is a 1 person operation. You don't have to guess who is coming out to your house, you know it will be David. They were very nice and they said if I had any spills while setting up for Christmas they would come back out free of charge.

I cannot speak highly enough of David and his knowledge, friendliness, and professionalism. There were no gimmicks, no attempts to add unwanted services, etc. I will however, call Elite when I need our carpets cleaned overall. I called to have him pull up the carpet to determine if there was mold, pet urine, or something causing a VERY strong, foul, musty odor in that we?ve rented for a few months. He came out the same day for a free estimate and pulled back the carpet and used a moisture detector in the area. He determined that it was likely cat urine (possibly old since the carpet tacks/nails were rusty and no spots on the carpet). The next day, his service call price included: sealing the concrete, nails and wood, replacing the carpet pad in the corner, spraying the back of the carpet and the top of the carpet (working the solution in with his hands), along with re-stretching the carpet into place. He definitely stands behind his work, and acknowledged that cat urine is difficult to eradicate. He has come back once to retreat which improved the odor, but didn't totally get rid of it; so today he came out with a specific urine pretreat followed by an enzyme application. As cat urine does seem to be the worst odor to get out, I think if he can?t remove it, it can?t be done. He has not charged any more than the initial $95, despite the time and chemicals he?s used up. That?s integrity and commitment to quality and customer satisfaction in my opinion. Most carpet people would probably charge extra as soon as the ?standard? treatment didn?t work. I think he has been very methodical and thoughtful about tackling this job and am convinced that this terrible odor will be taken care of with his enzyme treatment. His first time out, he also gave me a bottle of spot remover that works wonderfully on stains that the carpet cleaners left behind from before we moved in. Unquestionably, I will call Elite and recommend him to anyone!

Overall great experience! Elite Services were professional from the first phone call through the entire cleaning process. The initial cleaning did not totally eliminate the odors, so they went the extra mile and followed up with an additional treatment. I honestly was apprehensive about the cost but after receiving the quality of service from their company, it was worth every penny. If you want a professional, courteous and personal company that follows through until job is done to your satisfaction, then Elite Services is for you.

Very professional and extremely knowledgable. They offer many additional services such as cleaning of window treatments, leathers and area rugs that we did not need at this time. I am a GM for a major high end furniture company that sees a need for a company that can handle the delicate nature of quality furniture. These guys dud a great job and I highly reccomend them to anyone who wants to protect thier investment in fine furniture.
