Elite Services Quality Clean

Hired to clean our carpet to get any pet odors out prior to listing our home and he made it worse and left it wet enough that it soaked into our foundation. Then when we complained he blamed it on our realtor and said he never thpught the carpet should have been cleaned in the first place. So if you recommend not doing it...why would you? Does not make sense. I ended up having to replace the carpets after that and have our foundation sealed after the rushed job.

The rug cleaning was fine, however, there was cleanup to do around and under the rugs which was not done by provider. I did not notice until rugs were dry.

I was moving out of my apartment and needed the stained carpet cleaned in order to get my deposit back. Elite came within two days. The carpet had been cleaned twice before over the two years I lived in the apartment by two different companies but the stains remained. Elite arrived on time, first tested the carpet to determine what type of fiber the carpet was made out of and then cleaned the carpet. I could not believe it, the carpet was clean and the stains were gone! My landlord was very pleased with the condition of the carpet and he gave me my deposit back! Thank you Elite, I will definitely recommend you to anyone for their carpet cleaning needs.

the orientals were cleaned well. the Cotton area rug only so-so. The price was somewhat expensive for the size of the rugs.

David and his son arrived on time and did a fantastic job on my carpets. Stains that I thought would never come out were removed. They were very professional and I highly recommend them.

Elite Services Quality Clean were great. It was a breeze to setup the appointment and provided a price quote for the services that I was looking for. They called on the way to the house and took a couple of hours to clean. It was professional job and would repeat as needed. Cannot go wrong with this company

It was a simple cut and dry job - they did a great job. I also asked them to clean two cloth chairs. They attempted, but they were not coming any cleaner. So they suggested not continueing to clean them....and not to pay for the chair cleaning.

First, I up front asked questions about traffic spots and he said they would come out. When I continued to ask while and after cleaning, he had so many excuses and reasons why they may not have come out. I had a bad traffic spot in a walk area and it is still there. It was a rush job, I felt. They were looking for a specific tool they forgot to bring, not sure that would have made a difference, very costly cleaning for just walk areas, doesn't clean carpet up to baseboards, left a mess of water on tile floors I cleaned up with towels and ended it with a vacuuming that smelled like cat pee.

My wife told me she was very pleased with them. She said they did a good job. She had a couple of particular stains that she wanted to remove and she had asked somebody else about the services but they could not get it but apparently Elite services were able to remove the huge stains. They did a good job.

The floor was filthy but when the gentleman completed the job it looked brand new! He was prompt, professional, and efficient!

Details - top of the line equipment, hard working, on time crew, fiber analysis before using cleaners, extra care for hardwood floors, fairly priced, followup to insure carpets dry well. Positive attitude coupled with in-depth knowledge of the trade. Will use them again and even put signs at front and side doors stating what a great job they did. Special cleaning was required in my office. David and crew took extra time to insure clean carpet. His crew even power vacuumed rooms not on the estimate, for no charge. No hard sell for carpet protection or extras. We had good conversation after the job was completed.

The cleaning was satisfactory and the workers were professional enough. The problem that I had was the pricing method. They charged by the square footage. The rooms were measured and the charge applied accordingly. However, some areas were not cleaned because some furniture was heavy, such as a china hutch, and could not be moved. The actual area that was cleaned was less than what was charged for.

They bumped us up to the top of the list because of an illness and they did a great job. We have them scheduled again because they were so great for us.

They did a good job and were very courteous and very fast.

It went well. They were very nice and professional, and they did a few things that surprised me, like putting down unique corner protectors and putting down walking papers so they didn’t step on the cleaning. The way they measured the rooms didn’t include the furniture. Their quality was superior on the preparation, but left something to be desired on the end result. When I called them and let them know that I had an issue with one of the rooms, they were very prompt in responding.

Update: This is an amended review. I received a phone call from the owner after posting the original (see below.) He apologized, assured me that their policies have been tightened up so that future customers will not have the same problem and promised us a free carpet cleaning in the future. It's not that often that a bad review prompts a "Thank you" from the service provider so I appreciated both the courteous response and the free cleaning. We are in the process of doing major renovations to another home so his crew will have a challenge on their hands when it comes time to clean the carpet we are now abusing so badly. The owner says they're up to it. Later Update, May 2015 We are in our new home and after the renovations were complete we called on Elite for the free cleaning we were promised. They remembered us without any prompting and were out the following week. The carpets look good (or as good as carpets that have been so badly neglected can look) and we're happy with the results. We had them clean a couple of upholstered pieces while they were on the job and they look fine as well. Original: The actual cleaning was acceptable. However we were disappointed in the follow up service. We paid a substantial premium over competing companies because we expected to be completely satisfied, even if more than one visit was required. There was one carpet area which we felt needed additional cleaning. When I called I was told that they would re-treat that area the next time they were on this side of town. (This is not a big town, by the way. One side is at most 15 miles from the other and we don't live far from downtown.) It's been months and, not having heard from Elite, we wound up doing the work ourselves, using a spot cleaning machine. I make it a practice not to remind vendors of their promises. Once they fail to follow through, we're done.
