Elite Services Quality Clean

After purchasing a vacation home in Pensacola one of the services we knew we needed was to have the carpets cleaned before we added too much furniture and other items into the space. We wanted to have a nice, clean canvas to start with before we got too carried away with decorating and such. I traveled down to Pensacola without the wife (boss) so that I could coordinate not only carpet cleaning but plumbing, security, etc. After checking Angie's List I settled on Elite Services Quality Clean. Called and spoke with David and arranged to have them provide the services. On day one when I arrived in town I had scheduled a plumber to take care of a variety of issues... it seemed that every faucet and toilet had a leak. The plan was to have the plumbing taken care of prior to having the carpets cleaned or the sofa and chair delivered. Well, plumbing extended into a 2 day event. The two techs from Elite Services arrived on time and came in to evaluate the situation. This is a townhome with the carpeted areas up on the 3rd level. They gave me the option of working around the plumber (who was still there) or to do another job in the area then return within an hour or two. We agreed for them to do the other job then return to work on my place with the hope that the plumber would be done on the 3rd level. The guys returned when they said and began to lug their equipment up two flights of stairs. With all the activity going on (plumbing, furniture deliver, garage door issues) I didn't spend any time on the 3rd floor observing the work. I had already purchasing some of that carpet protection film that you put down on the main paths to keep things clean so shortly after the two guys finished their job and packed up their equipment I started up stairs to put down the film. At the last moment I began to wonder if this was a bad idea to put this film down over wet carpet... so I called David for advice. the phone was answered promptly and David advised that I wait 4-6 hours until the carpet was dry. You don't want to trap moisture underneath the film. The next morning with sunlight streaming through the windows and the lights on, I could see that there were some spots on the carpet that did not come clean. I didn't have the heart to tell the boss about it just yet so I took a few photos with my phone and emailed them to David. Within an hour I received a call back from him and we discussed what might happen next. He said the crew could come back out and clean the carpets again at no additional charge. David himself came out that afternoon to see the carpets in person. He took his time and explained the different types of carpet fibers and depending on that, it dictates what cleaning chemicals can safely be deployed. The crew did return as promised and attacked the problem again. It was the same crew and they were anxious to tackle the carpets again and didn't seem to mind having to come back out. This return visit did result in some areas coming cleaner but a few spots, while lighten, did not completely go away. I'm satisfied with the attention to detail and responsiveness of Elite Services. They were timely, professional and did all they could to get things right but in our case, these few stains just are not going to be removed. This was a foreclosure and without knowing the history of these stains, I'm satisfied everything that can be done was done. At some point in the future (years down the road) we may replace the carpets and when they need cleaning, we will be calling David at Elite Services for the job.

Everything went fine. Crew arrived on time; were polite; and, went right to work. They protected door jams and legs of furniture where needed. My carpet looks very nice!!

Cleaned carpet, but think it could have been cleaned better. Still shows heavy traffic area. They offered to come and do it over but do not desire to move all furniture and items again!

Very smoothly and professional job

Fair. I had a number of complaints. Although the directions said to leave the protective papers under the furniture legs, they didn't use Any. Although the boss said that they would vacuum under the heavy furniture they obviously did a sloppy job as there were bits of stuff left behind. Although the halls were the worst soiled they do not look very clean. Some red spots appeared in the bedroom that weren't tthere before they came--why? There was no follow-up phone call to discuss my issues

Everything went fine. I had a good experience. They did a good quality job.

Arrived on time as promised, gave a strong effort and asked if we were satisfied with the quality of work. After two days we saw a large spot that was under a chair and not cleaned. Tile was not cleaned aggressively. We called David and he came to the house as soon as he could. Timing was fine with us. With no ado David worked for over an hour to correct the things that needed fixing. Obviously, quality of work and professionalism is of prime importance to him. We would recommend Elite Services. A lot of people "clean" carpets, but few do it as well as Elite.

I like the individual, I liked that they were courteous, I liked the professionalism, I liked the job they did and that they did it efficiently and quickly.

Our cat had gotten sick and stained the carpet. They came out and told us they could not guarantee they would be able to get all the stains out but they would do their best. We agreed to the price and they proceeded to test the carpet fibers before they started. The carpet was better but they were unable to get all the stains out. Although they were not totally successful, we were very appreciative of their honesty and professionalism.

Great father and son team. Very polite and did a wonderful job. Recommend them all of the time and will use again! A MUST for your steam cleaning needs, don't even bother with anyone else!

They did a fabulous job! They were on time, which is so important these days, professional and very detailed in their cleaning services. After the job was done, they made sure everything was back in order. My carpet looked great! I will definitely use and recommend them to all for home and business services!!

The agent arrived and gave me an estimate which I accepted and he went to work cleaning the carpet after putting plastic squares under the furniture legs to keep them from getting wet ( I had told him he didn't need to move the heavy furniture.) After he was done he pointed out an area where the carpet fibers were crushed & therefore still looked dirty (doorway from dining area to kitchen) and also said if any marks return that he would be happy to come back for free service. He recommended leaving the carpet to dry for about 4 hours. He cleaned up his tools and left.

initial request for estimate was replied to in a timely manner. was on time for the estimate and the day the cleaning was done. the owner and his son were both very professional and kept me informed of any concerns they had ie; carpet stretching needed.

We were wanting to move into our new home but last tenant had left carpets and tile floors in a bit of a mess. When we were arriving with the moving vans Elite had been there(let in by our neighbor) and all floor surfaces looked new. He showed up as we were moving in and asked about the condition of his work. Very professional. I asked about a large chair that had been soiled with the move and he said that he could come back and clean the chair and ottoman. He did and it looked like new! We would use this service again.

I have recommended Elite Services to others. They come and clean my carpets twice a year. They clean the carpeting. They only clean the areas that are worn, they don't move the furniture. They charge by the square foot. They clean the walking pattern and that kind of thing.

They were very good. They showed up on time and did the work. I was not dissatisfied with the work. It was not stellar. We relocated and aren't in the area so I wouldn't be able to use them again.

We are really happy with them. They did a good job. The carpets weren't that wet when we came back, they had done what they needed to do to dry the carpet. We have Berber carpet, which is difficult to clean and they still did an excellent job.

Showed up on time. Did the job. charged a reasonable price. Can't ask for more than that.

They came in and moved all my small furniture. Then they came back and put corner guards around all the doors so that their equipment would not damage them. They came in and vacuumed and shampooed my carpets. After they were done they put plastic pieces underneath my furniture so they would not get damaged.

The services render were very good, I would recommend them.

Overall, my experience with them was excellent. He was quick and professional and did a terrific job. He called in advance and showed up right when he said he would. He did a thorough job. He offered followup on anything that we needed. His price was good; he gave us a discount because we were first-time customers, which I was happy with.
