One garage door spring broke and couldn't lift the garage door. Call Dun-Rite and they responded the next day. Quoted $125 to replace one spring or $175 to replace both. Since the springs were about 2 years old, I chose to replace both. Two techs showed up on-time and quickly performed the work and adjusted the spring tension and checked and adjusted all the other safety features of the opener. The lead tech did let me know the opener bearing was going out and the sprocket for the chain was worn. Suggested I think about replacing the opener soon and also suggested I protect my car that stays in the garage most of the time. Excellent work, very professional and timely!

I was very impressed with their service. They showed up right on schedule and were very professional. They fixed the door quickly and explained everything they were doing and why. They also saw some other minor problems and fixed these while they were here. They really took the time to explain what they were doing and were great at what they do! My garage door runs very smoothly and quietly now and I couldn't have asked for better service.

What Happened: The upper door panel was broken in the center when the door was lowered on to a steel pole (Tail hook from a FA-18 fighter). There were many companies available, I researched them through BBB and Angies List. I choose Dun-Rite because of previous customers testimonials. I called on Friday, they sent two (2) tech that reviewed my handy work, we scheduled the work for 10:00 am Monday with an estimated cost of $75.00. They were on time, went right to work and finished the repairs ( 2 Braces) and serviced both doors in less than 1 hour for only $95.00. I'm very impressed and pleased.

Arrived in the prescribed window of time; removed the old door and installed new door and opener. Thoroughly explained all the buttons on the wall unit (had the same unit before but never understood the 'lock' feature). Also, programmed the door opener in my car. They were very professional and delivered what was promised. They cleaned up very well and I am extremely satisfied. Recommend highly!

Showed up in the time window provided. Excellent work. Clean up after the job was good. Went beyond replacing the springs - they oiled the tracks & rollers & gave tips on routine maintenance. Would definitely use them again if needed. Price quoted was the price paid.

I called Dun-Rite-Doors and explained my situation. They scheduled my repair in the same week. One tech came by to understand my issue. He gave me 2 options: 1. replace gear box 2. replace door.. He left the decision up to me with no pressure. It would have cost me $75 to replace the gear box... The garage door opener was old.... I decided to replace with a bigger door opener (since it is a 2 car garage). The new opener is more quiet than the old one because of the larger size. The person that installed the door opener was informative and took time to explain the new door to me. He worked late Friday to install for me. The company did a great job for me.

They did an excellent job. There was thing wrong with the door and they came back right away to fix it. They helped me get a $250 rebate on the door. They were very professional. I was very happy with them. They called the manufacturer themselves to research the rebate for me. I was happy with all elements of them.
