Everything was great! Doug called 30 min before he arrived as I had requested. Installed opener quickly (~1 hr). Cleaned up and removed all remnants of old opener. And then thoroughly explained all of the functions of the new garage door opener. In and out in a flash.

They did a great job. My old door was in terrible shape, practically unusable. When they arrived they removed the old door, including the springs and cables. Come to find out the new door was about 2 inches to short, and would not work. A new door needed to be ordered, which was going to take a couple of weeks. Dun Rite installers took my old door, repaired and reinstalled including new springs and cables, to a working condition. About 2 hours of work with no complaining. When the second door arrived they removed the old door and installed the new one, and hauled away the old door. A great job!

The owner came out the first time and performed the job as needed. After a few weeks, the shaking on the problem door got worse. I called, and he came back out, figured out the problem and didn't charge me anything. I would definitely use them again.

This company's service was just excellent. The technician showed up on time. He fixed the initial problem, and then went above and beyond and discovered other minor problems we overlooked. He also answered our questions about our new garage opener that was installed by somebody else. He also showed us how to use some of the features we were unfamiliar with. No doubt, we will be using them again. Also the billing for his time and service was quite reasonable.

Doug and his crew were very professional and friendly. He was able to identify several termite issues in my garage and helped me to find a contractor (Blatz Remodeling) to make the repairs. He worked with me and the other contractor to complete all the work within the specified time and estimate. I will be calling him for all of my garage door/opener needs in the future.

I called because my garage door would not go completely down without opening up again. I tried aligning the sensors on my own but could not get to work. I called Dun-Rit and the lady on the phone talked me through the aligning process on the phone! And it worked! She wanted to make sure it was something I could do before they sent some one out on a service call. How many vendors do that?!! I'm extremely impressed they put my interest before their own. They will always have my business.

When they came out with the new garage door ready to install, they took off some old siding and found some unexpected badly riddled termite eaten boards . There was no evidence of live termites so I didn't call my termite company. They showed me the damage and said if they put on the door, it could be weakened enough to blow off in a heavy storm. I knew someone who could have done the repairs but since we already had removed the old door, and they said they could do the repairs, I gave them the job. They had to take the old door off their truck and nailed it back on the entrance until they could get time to return. They left the new door safely secured on the floor of my garage. They returned within a week with the needed materials and spent 6 hours making the repairs before they were finally ready to put on the new door. They charged almost nothing for all the work done above and beyond the initial estimate to put on a new door. I was surprised and very happy about this! They could have not told me of the damage they encountered and just covered all the damage with a new piece of wood and I wouldn't have known the difference. They were concerned the job be done right and not take a chance the door would blow in due to the weakened termite area. They were very honest and looked after my interest, first. I am an old lady living alone with little knowledge of mechanics so they could have fleeced me. The didn't. Very ethical! Very professional. Explained all. Made sure I knew how to operate everything. Posted permit and told me how to arrange for the inspector to check the job. Cleaned up all debris and took it with them. I would positively recommend this company.

Doug and his assistant were prompt, courteous, very funny and most of important of all....professional and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to recommend Doug and Dun-Rite for any garage door problems. The service was outstanding.

We have a broken cable and they had to clamp the cable for us. They showed up when they are suppose to. They did a very quick job and they were off. It was quick and they did exactly what they said they are going to do. They came all the way up from Pensacola, they did the job and they were gone. I like the price. It is a good price. As far as I know its okay I mean I haven’t had a chance to check the door out yet so I probably don’t know and it open and close now and then I really have miss with it too much. Yeah, I suppose I mean like I said I really don’t know yet but I have no reason to doubt them either. Punctuality is top-notch.
