I cannot say enough how pleased I was with this company. From the first phone call to request a site visit to the final visit when the job was finished. The job started off with just a door opener repair, which was diagnosed ,part was ordered and job finished in two days. They went over and above in checking all the parts of the door, the chain ,the drum on the door and the tension of the door. The cost of the work was exactly as I was quoted. I discussed with them the fact that the door leaked and rain came in often, they told me of a weather seal strip and the cost again was very affordable. That work was completed day before yesterday and again the crew went over and above the scope of the job. All of the guys on both crews were very professional and respectful. I would and will use them in the future.

Amazing, incredible, beyond compare and belief, I would trust these people with my life. Yep, they are THAT good. Originally asked them to pop out and tell me whether all the missing screws and bolts and brackets on the new garage door were necessary (as I suspected) or not important (per original installer). After picking his jaw off the ground on seeing the extent of the incompetence, we counted 38 bolts and 9 brackets that had been left off the installation. While this saved the original installer 45 minutes, it meant that rather than being able to handle the rated 110mph windspeeds Wayne Dalton certified, the door would probably do a Mary Poppins in a tropical storm. Let's not wonder if the city Building Inspector was having a Monday Morning or Friday Afternoon kind of day. They checked that the manufacturer's tech rep completed the installation correctly, lubed all the moving parts and explained why the second remote opener wasn't working for me. Don't ask. When builders don't leave instruction manuals, common sense to solve problems just doesn't work. But seriously, folks, you can trust that Dun Rite will do exactly as their name promises. And their wonderfully painless prices make up for their spelling and grammar skills. (This is a joke. As is most advertising.)

Responsive upon the first call and subsequent calls. Returned emails in a timely manner. Ordered garage door we specified. Sent me a pdf of the door to submit to subdivision architectural review board. Installed door when the said they would. They kept in contact with us throughout the process.

Provider installed a garage door opener for $85 in about 1 hour...much faster than I could have done it. They also recognized that the spring on the door needed to be replaced and did it at no cost. I'd recommend this company, since they have provided the best customer service I've received in Florida. Highly recommended. They are also the ones that install for Lowe's, but Lowe's will charge you $119 to install the garage door opener.

The spring broke on my garage door. They didnt have the part on hand so they had to schedule to fix it the next day. They quoted me a price before they left. They called before they came back out. So far happy with the work. There was no mess or any other issues. They price was exactly how much they quoted.

We purchased the door and opener at the local Lowe's store, and they arranged for installation. We brought the opener home on the day of purchase, and the door was delivered to Dun-Rite. Dun-Rite contacted us to set up a pre-installation inspection, which went well. Due to the age of our house they did a check for lead paint, which came back negative. The installation went well, and within about five hours was completed. Installation included beefing up the framing the door tracks attach to, from 2x4 to 2x6 lumber, for building code compliance (we're in the 140 mph wind zone). The installers ran me through the features of the door and opener, left the installation & building inspector paperwork in a convenient location, and cleaned up packaging and debris (they also hauled away the old door). The building inspector noted no issues.

They came within the scheduled time. They replaced the garage door spring and did it quickly. The repair was done and works very well. The also gave us a quote we had requested on replacing the garage door with a hurricane door and one for the shed.

Great. Doug and Angela spent time understaning the probem and methodically addressing each problem. They not only provided the requested maintenance check, but they tighted all bolts, sprayed silicone on all moving parts, reprogrammed the drive motor, rewired bad connections, and reprogrammed both cars. They found other problems as well, and fixed them (such as the garage door motor mounted in dry wall that wasn't holding very well. Both were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. A very good experience and when it comes time for a replacement, I'm calling Dun-Right Doors.

My garage door suddenly stopped closing - it would open, but not close. After many attempts at troubleshooting the problem myself, I surrendered and turned to Angie's list. Dun Rite Doors was at the top of the list and after reading a few of the reviews, I found a review that was similar to the problem(s) I was encountering. I made a call to Dun Rite Doors and even though it was a Saturday, they showed up that day! It took them no more than 30-45 min to diagnose and fix the problem. Past experience with other companies, leads me to expect that once the problem that I was having was fixed, they would be on their way. Not these guys - they went above and beyond and adjusted the spring tension on the door, straightened one of the tracks, tightened up many loose fasteners, applied lubrication to all moving parts and adjusted the overall travel of the door and took the time to explain everything they were doing. Unfortunately for me, this garage door is pretty much on it's last leg - but fortunately, I know where I can get professional service service at a reasonable price when it comes time to replace it and or the opener.

First: outstanding service by Dun-Rite. I will use Dun-Rite Doors again and I will highly recommend this company to any friend or family. Dun-rite showed up; they found evidence of termite damage. After hiring a general contractor to repair the moderate termite damage, Dun-Rite returned to install the new door. Absolutely a professional job! They even lowered the cost from the original estimate because work the general contractor had completed was work Dun-Rite did not have to perform. Dun-Rite highlighted this and all I can say is I love the honesty! Thank you to Dun-rite doors for your caring and professional conduct.

I called around 10 am today, just hoping to get someone to come work on our garage door maybe sometime this week. They were in the area already and were there withing 2 hours. The work was diagnosed and corrected quickly and effectively. The door hadn't been going down all the way without the button being held until the door was down. In addition, they adjusted the weather strip on the bottom to be more adequate. They were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They did not suggest that I do more although they could have to make the door seal more effectively. The price was great to replace 2 sensors which had been improperly repaired in the past and rusted because of the salt air. The door works perfectly every time now.

They were excellent. They had a young man and an assistant con out and they were really professional. I do no t know how they could have done a better job than they did. I had a problem with second garage door later on and called them up, and they were back in an hour and fixed it for no extra charge.

Dun Rite doors returned my call within 24 hours. They arrived promptly at the scheduled time and finished their work within an hour. They were professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend them.

I called to get garage door springs replaced. I called on Tuesday and got an appointment for Wednesday mid day. They arrived within the time they stated and immediately looked over my situation. He got the right information, and I also asked about getting the cables changed since I had one that was frayed as well. He said he happened to have a set of cables and would change those for $25 more. For $200 total, I got both springs replaced and both cables as well. The door closes better than ever and I highly recommend them for service!!

Great repair experience.. Men courteous, punctual and repaired doors quickly and at a reasonable cost. Would definitely use them again.

I called in the morning and they were here at 1 PM. Doug was very professional and friendly. After replacing both springs, he tightened up a loose bracket, lubricated the railing and adjusted the chain. Absolutely great job performed today.

I purchased a high end door and opener through the Home Depot in Dothan, AL on 8/18/12 (Saturday) I was contacted the next week by the folks at Dun-Rite doors to schedule a time to have my door measured. This was accomplished on the following Saturday by the owner of the company. Doug, the owner informed me that as soon as the parts for my door came in they would contact me and set up the installation. I was told that it could be 4 to 6 weeks for all the parts to come in. This was not a problem because I was not in that big of a hurry. The installation was scheduled for 10/5/12 between 12:30 and 2:00 pm. Doug showed up at 1:15 with a crew of two and went to work immediately. The work was completed by 3:45 with all of the function and safety checks complete. Doug's crew member Robert explained in great detail the operation of everything they installed and recommended maintenance of everything from the door to the opener. I was very impressed with his working knowledge of the opener. It was obvious they had installed a few of this type. The folks at Dun-Rite doors were very professional, punctual and worked with great attention to detail. I would recommend them to anyone needing a Garage door installed or any work done on an existing door. I am very pleased with the installation and finished product.

I called Dun-Rite on a Saturday night, not expecting a response. The lady who answered the phone was very helpful and scheduled an appointment for someone to come out the following Monday. The men were punctual and professional. I would definitely recommend Dun-Rite to anyone who needs the services they provide.

Based on previous reviews I chose Dun Rite Doors, LLC to do the repair on my garage door. I couldn't have made a better choice. I called early this morning and was able to get them to come out the same day within the time period I was told. The two gentlemen who came out were quick, professional and saved me over a $100 by showing me an alternative to replacing the broken glass window which would have had to be custom made since the door was so old. If I ever need work on my garage door I will call them again and will happily recommend them as well.

We were very pleased. They were very thorough and were very professional in getting the permits. They cleaned up themselves after the job.
