I don’t know if he put any cleaner on the carpets, I couldn’t see or smell it. They were very fast and it didn’t look any better when they were finished. To me it looks worse than it did in the beginning.

It went very well, no surprises.

Made an appointment by phone for the cleaning to be done and the scheduler was helpful and professional. The technician arrived on time, performed his work in a efficient and timely manner. He explained how he had treated and removed the two stained areas. The carpet was dry and useable within a couple of hours. The company honored a coupon that they had distributed by mail and we had excellent service at a very good price.

Palmer air conditioning came to service our HVAC. He recommended that we have our air ducts cleaned. He scheduled Doodlebuggers to clean the air ducts and replace the air vent registers. We scheduled them to inspect our chimney. We were satisfied with both services.

Two different company reps had told us our inspection fee would be credited back if they provided the services needed - Karen, when we made the appt and James when he did the quote. It was not listed on the service estimate - so we questioned the credit before work began. Tom said this was not policy and "someone would be fired". Tom was very upset about this and spent much time explaining why they don't refund the inspection fee. In the end, Tom refunded our $95 fee but refused to do the work. Our job would have totaled $1,000. I've never been less impressed with a local business representative.

Estimator showed up on time and did a thorough inspection including photos. Received a detailed estimate a few days later. Picked what services I wanted and returned estimate with an appointment time to have work completed. Estimator and his assistant arrived on time and worked a solid 5 hours cleaning and repairing the chimney. Very courteous gentlemen. Great workmanship and no mess left behind.

He came out to my in-laws house to inspect their chimney and fireplace. I had also wanted a chimney cap put on to keep the birds out. He came in and did a complete inspection of the firebox and then went on the roof and checked the chimney. He told me what needed to be fixed and then put a cap over the chimney. He then cleaned the firebox and did not make a mess. Very professional. He said that he will send me a detailed report and what needs to be done so my in-laws can have a working fireplace again. I was very satisfied with the work done.

Everything looks good and they did a good job on the motor. Everything is fine. I would use them again in the future if need be.

I have used Doodlebuggers in the past, and they were running a special on carpet cleaning. I had additional areas cleaned, so it was more expensive than the coupon said. They showed up on time, very professional, cleaned the carpet well, and was done in record time. Their services tend to be expensive, but with the coupon it was a good deal. I trust them and would use them whenever I am able.

They did a fine job. I have been using them for a couple of years at the rental property that I have. I use them to clean the carpets between the tenants. They have been fine. They did make an effort and tried to get me in right away. It was during the July 4th weekend and it was between tenants. I just had a last minute small window. But they got me in first thing on July 5th morning. I did not have to make my tenants wait too long to get into the house. So they did make an effort to squeeze me in last minute. As for price and quality I would say they are about average. They don’t have any discounts or coupons or anything like that. I will use them in the future.

This is a condominium with a unit. Their price was excellent but I just decide not to give the number.

Didn't clean as well as the Stanley Steamer that I had used a year ago...left carpets with more water in them than I expected...their vacuum didn't suction it well enough...had to go over it with my shop vacuum to get enough water out of the carpets for the air con and fans to dry the carpets...they didn't steam clean a cloth recliner that I'd asked them to do and were a block away before I realized that they'd not done this...but they didn't charge me for it and I was happy enough to see them leave that I didn't call them back...I do not recommend them and will not use them again.

Very professional. Called a day ahead to confirm, showed up on time. Inspected chimney and firebox and recommended cleaning (our original request was for cleaning, but they also do inspection). Cleaning was performed with no mess and a written inspection report was provided. Pricing was exactly what they said it would be.

I'm a completely satisfied repeat customer. The ratings section tells it all!!! I've used them since 2007 & can not imagine using another company!!!

The job went great. We had purchased the house from an incredible smoker in 2002. I mean, it was so bad you could smell the smoke when you got within 3 feet of the front door (with all the doors and windows closed). We cleaned and painted the house, but still felt as though it had impregnated the ducts. In addition, we had torn up all the tile in the house last summer, and that dust was pulled into the AC unit. I always felt as though, no matter how much I cleaned, the house was always dusty. Therefore, when we decided it was time to replace the AC unit, in December, we would have the ducts cleaned, too. We called Doodlebuggers. They came out, surveyed the system and gave us an estimate. He explained exactly what they would be doing. There was no tap-dancing or hidden costs. We decided to go with it, and scheduled it for December 21 (we wanted it done as close to the replacement of the AC unit as we could get. That way everything would be clean and none of the old dust and junk would be pulled through the new AC). Johnathan and his helper came out on December 21. They were professional, polite, neat, orderly, and friendly. They did a great job! It took them 5 hours to clean all the ducts. I don't know about it being a good price or not. All I can say is I am happy with Doodlebuggers and the job they did. There was no bait and switch advertising, and no hidden costs. I would hire them again and recommend them to other people.

Overall, it was an excellent experience. Doodlebuggers could not clean my carpets as they had an equipment malfunction so they called me and asked if we would like them to recommend another company, Elite Carpet Cleaning Services. They went out of their way to see that I had another reputable company come out. Elite was to come out and they too had an equipment malfunction, so, add Triple A Carpet Cleaning into the mix. Elite teamed up with Triple A and got my carpet cleaned nicely, in a timely manner and for the same price quote as Doodlebuggers initially gave me. Completely satisfied with Doodlebuggers, Elite and Triple A services, and professionalism.

I would recommend them to others. They were above average. They are actually a pretty top notch company as far as the customer service is concerned. The only problem that we had was that there were some things that we knew ahead of time. There were some stains which they couldn?t remove. So I was only disappointed about that. They were very responsive.

They were good at cleaning the carpets. I was pleased with their work. The price was a little higher than their competitors.

They were polite and professional from my initial call for information through completion of the carpet cleaning. I was told the technician would be at my house between 1100 and 1130. He rang the doorbell at 1059 - can't get better than that. He reviewed what I wanted done, discussed the process and gave me a price that I thought was very reasonable. He got started right away and finished in about an hour. I'm very satisfied with the work done and the finished product. I'll definitely call them again if I need anything done in the future.

Although I think the price is a bit high especially considering I got a discount, I thought everyone was very professional from the person who took my order to the person, Jonathan, who performed the work. It's too early to tell if the spots on the carpet will reappear, but they were gone & the carpet looked great when Jonathan left. He, as well as those on the phone, was very personable & told me how long to let it dry before moving chairs back onto the carpet. He fluffed it & it sure did look fresh when he was finished. And he finished in the time he said he would.

Not the smartest workers in the world, but were ususally there when they said they would be. Went the extras mile to find the cabinets I needed instead of the ones I bought. Seemed like it took a long time, and cost was a little high, but I knew it was done properly and they would still be around if I needed them. They are not a "here today, gone tomorrow" company

There are several stories and they have done well every time.
