Description of Work: Great realtor who sold a house for me in 2 days and then found a wonderful waterfront home for me. Very professional and knowledgeable! Easy to work with around my schedule. Went the extra steps to put me in contact with insurance agents, mortgage brokers and home inspection services. Stayed on top of everything to make the transactions go smoothly.

+ -1 moreit went great- she was the second agent that i had contacted and the most responsive- consequently, we hit it off- she immediately understood my needs regarding my house and the rest went like clockwork- i get Christmas calendars or cards from her every year....she has a fantastic personalitly..warm and friendly...recently, she has changed real estate companies...i dont recall the name of the new group, but, im sure that you could google her and find out. ...
Description of Work: cari was my real estate agent back in 2010 when i bought my house...there is absolutely nothing negative or even nuetral that i could say about the service she provided in helping me to find just the right house, for the right price and then, close the deal w/o a single hitch...she was fantastic!..ive never bought a house by myself, but she, and elmira at the hancock bank, brought me through the whole process just wonderfully- cari was on top of every move- and kept several steps ahead, at all times- her negotiating skills were great- she answers calls in a very timely fashion...knew all aspects of her job...kept appointments....couldnt have asked for anyone better...i definately felt confident that i was in competant hands throughout all aspects of buying my house...2 years later, i still love my house and have recommended her to several co-workers who where searching for a house too....(thats how much i would recommend her!)...i highly recommend her. *i dont really remember how much money she earned as my agent, but...regardless, i know that she worked hard for it and i was very satisfied with the outcome.
