I can't say enough great things about Cari. After reading many reviews on Angie's LIst, I decided to contact her.She was back to me within three hours. Probably the best thing I can say is that she made us feel like family. She was so genuine. When we would apologize for feeling like we were wasting her time, she would repeatedly explain that it was part of the process. Some people find their house right off, others, like us, take tons of time and hand holding. I have no doubt that she wanted us to find the house that was right for us!!! I can't say enough great things about Cari Wilson. I found Cari through Angie's List while looking for a realtor to give me a second estimate on the value of a house that I was considering selling. Since I live 500 miles from the property, Cari contacted my property manager to set up a time to visit the rented house. She gave an estimate very close to what my property manager had given. Although my property management company also had realtors, I chose Cari due to her great reviews on Angie's List, and I'm glad I did. From day one, Cari has been helpful, knowledgeable, punctual, and overall outstanding in answering my questions, setting up contractors for repairs, and following through with the entire sell of my house. She went above and beyond by setting up multiple contractors (for painting and wallpaper removal, pressure washing, window repairs, and general repairs) in my absence. Not just any contractors, but ones that she has personally used on her own property. She kept them to a timeline, and ensured that the quality of work met her high standards. Cari was always available and easy to contact via email, text, and phone. She regularly kept me up to date on each process; from getting my house repairs taken care of, to getting it listed, to the multiple showings, to the selling contract process, and to the closing process. So, if you are considering hiring a realtor, I highly recommend Cari. She has been exceptional to work with, from day one through to today, when we closed on the property.

Cari has been outstanding to work with. Within 7 months she helped us sell two homes and assisted in buying our new home. She was very helpful in the pricing of our homes to get us the most money for both home. Cari was with us on all appointments and help us through the paperwork and explained the procedure to where we understood everything. Everything went very well. My husband and I had a minor disagreement with Cari about the asking price for our old home. In the end the compromise price we agreed upon was the right one. When it came to the purchase of our current home Cari more than earned her money. The seller's agent was apparently surprised at the amount of effort needed to sell a house in fairly poor condition, with an out of town owner. So Cari wound up doing all the work required of a buyer's agent and 90% of the work that should have been done by Mr. D.U. Nothing, whose biggest chore was cashing his commission check.

Cari did an excellent job in the nearly two days we were together. She met us promptly each day and was very effective in selecting the properties she thought would interest us. My wife and I highly recommend her to others looking for real estate in the Pensacola area.

Cari earned every penny of her commission, she was very helpful and patient from beginning to end of our first home purchase. I know if I picked up the phone right now and called her, she would continue to help in any way she could. Cari was always punctual to respond through phone, email and text to all of our questions. Her experience on home location, value and the purchasing process made our experience with Cari very rewarding. She steered us to a modern house in a prime (but older) location of Gulf Breeze Proper. We are in the process of renovating and will have Cari over for dinner when we finish! She's good at what she does and a lot of fun to be around too!

Disaster. Cari seemed to be working with the selling agent a little more than was warranted on a short-sale. When the selling agent's condo listed a few weeks after I'd put a cash offer on the unit next door, I saw why. And after comps in the area dropped $17,500 during the 90 days before my offer expired I understood why Cari suggested I offer cash, instead of making the offer contingent on loan approval. When it was time to either get out of or renew the offer, Cari gave me several conflicting answers as to when I could, and what would happen after the "90 Days" had expired. I finally had to threaten to go to her broker to get my earnest money back. I suspect Cari let her relationship with the selling agent cloud her judgement as to what constituted ethical behavior.

We had contacted her several months early and started communication with our wants and desires and where we were looking to relocate. She started right away sending listings and telling us about the areas we were looking at which included pros and cons which we greatly appreciated. Our price range was to have a second home and that is what she started looking for and found numerous homes in that range. We found out the morning we left that we could move to Florida full time which increased the amount we could spend on the home. When we landed and met her we gave her the new numbers. She took the change in stride and went to work finding a larger home. That afternoon we started our hunt and it continued the next day. She found a home on the beach and and we were in awe. We made an offer and less than 24 hours later we learned we had our dream home. She arranged for inspections and has sent us all the information for services and any other items necessary for the move. We are working from Chicago and she is working in Florida and things are running as smoothly as if we are right next door. Cari is professional and an extremely hard worker. We highly recommend her and her company.

She unfortunately was in an area too far west but spent a significant amount of time with me getting me up to speed on the area and then interviewed other agents for me to speak with in the area we are looking. We found Cari on Angie's List and gave her a call. We provided a list of what we were looking for in a home [e.g., single level, pool, land, etc.] and also our price range. Cari emailed us a list of potential homes that fit our criteria, approximately 30 homes in total. We reviewed the list and picked seven we interested in seeing and emailed our list back. Cari arranged the home showing for the time we had agreed on. We drove to Pensacola and met Cari for the first time. We viewed the homes, decided on the one we wanted, and with Cari's help put in an offer. It was accepted. That process took TWO DAYS. We went back to Peoria. Cari arranged for and oversaw all the inspections in our absence. She performed all required negotiations and emailed us all the forms we needed to sign. She also helped us find a lender and an insurer. She stayed on top of things and kept us informed of progress every step of the way. Cari was very professional and effective. We also consider her one our first friends in Pensacola.
