I contacted Bryans Lawn Maintenance describing what I wanted to get done and explained my issues. An appointment was made for Bryan to come by and evaluate my requests. Bryan showed up on time the next day to evaluate my my requests. Lucky for us it rained really hard so he could see exactly what I was talking about and what I needed. Bryan gave me several options and explained in detail the benefits of each. Bryan emailed the cost estimates with a couple days as promised. By that point I was rethinking how much I wanted to spend and exactly how much work I really neeed to get done and I asked Bryan to come back and go over a couple different options with me. Again, he showed up on time as promised, and we talked about the work needed and also some payment options. Bryan went above and beyond to work with me on costs any payments. Bryans crew showed up as scheduled, on time. They were very professional and very polite. I got the impression they really cared about the work they were doing, and included me in the process to ensure everything was done to my satisfaction. They were genuinely polite to my wife and young children, and I really appreciated that. The job was completed on time and on budget. I have plans for more landscaping projects and I will be using Bryan and his team again.

Now, overall I can say that I am impressed that the owner cares enough to read the reviews he receives on this site. Only problem is when the girl called me back she made it clear that her boss had spoken with her about the review that the company received from me and that she attempted to call me several times with no luck. Hardly the truth, I had no missed calls and no messages. Best of luck to the owner in finding someone else to run the front office.

It was a great experience. These folks were punctual, professional and their crew was impressive with the quality of their work and their can do attitude. They came out and cleared the area. They then came back after I had the building pressure washed to install all the new stuff. Great job. efficient workers.

The experience was very positive. There were some trouble matching the existing 8 year old pavers but Bryan worked with the supplier to match the new pavers as close as possible. Tell Bryan what you would like and he will follow your plan or assist you in your design.

We have had them do several different things, but it is $60.00 a month just for the upkeep. Bryan is very easy to work with. He is very professional. His crew always does a very good job.

Owner came out to evaluate work requested and was very patient and thorough with his recommendations. Provided very timely written estimate (via email) with his recommendations and immediately offered alternatives to a few of the plants I wasn't thrilled with. Clearly very knowledgeable in his profession of both design and plant characteristics. Arrived on time with a large crew and completed a large project, front landscaping, side removal and back clean up in around 6 hours. Perfect clean up with no evidence of work done.. except for the awesome landscaping. The crew was professional and pleasant and obviously hard workers. When a few of the bushes started to die he had someone come out and replace them right away with no charge. I didn't call about it right away (so they got worse) and it may have even been because of a watering problem (not their fault) but there were no questions asked. He was recommended by a friend who said ''he may not be the cheapest, but he's the best and will get it done quicklyand quot;. I intended to get other quotes, but was so impressed with his initial presentation that I didn't bother. I cannot compare prices, but I'm confident I got what I paid for (or more). Very happy with services and recommend!
