Weekly Lawn maintenance was hit or miss at best sometimes skipping weeks at a time without notice or no response when contacted; then show up to blow the walkway & leave after 5-10 minutes. Very unprofessional & seriously unreliable.

Technician was professional and extremely helpful. Work completed as scheduled.

The service itself was fine; however, I was quoted one price (3 mowings a month for $90.00) and billed much more. Each property was billed at $50.00 a mowing. Instead of $90.00 for the month, I was billed $150.00. I am on a fixed income. The salesperson I spoke with told me he could do the extra lot as a tag on for the $45.00 per visit of the house. Instead, I was charged $50.00 a month for each property. Please make sure you get your quotes in writing before signing up with this company. I would not recommend this company based on this. Had I known up front the actual cost, I could have sought more reasonable prices elsewhere.

Took out old plants, weeded,;lay weed blocker, planted appropriate to the area plants. They were very nice; the young man even used the mulch we had provided and did a small area that we forgot to include in the estimate. Yeah, I like them. Went well; they were in and out quickly and did a good job both planning the design and making it happen.

I had been quoted a price of $50-$55 for the work I had discussed with the man (not Nick) that called me back. Nick got here a little earlier than I had anticipated. Very cool. We talked about what my wife and I had wanted done. Nick said that it would be $100 for everything. Not so cool. I agreed to the terms. Nick got right to work. He trimmed most of the monkey grass. He missed around the base of the tree in front and the little garden near the front window. He edged the driveway up to where my trash and recycle cans are but not the walkway to the door from the driveway. About 80% total. Nick mowed the front and back with the fastest stand on mower I have seen. He had also taken care of the backyard past our shed. Good work all in all other than the missed areas. Remember, you can sheer a sheep many times but you can only skin it once. Overpriced for the work done.

They were unprofessional and lousy workers, they didn't complete the job in the way I wanted. When I tried to call him and explain I was dissatisfied it didn't go well they argued that they did a great job.

Fine, Hedges and Bushes trimed. Dead protion of a Trumpit tree was removed and lawns were done. Very happy with this company and have a contract with them for lawn service. Do not have to call them for lawn service as they check and will perform service if needed. They complete the service without the need to contact me and leave when finished. Therefore service is performed when your not at home, and bill you by mail later, and you can pay the bill online. The account is in my stepbrothers name: Jeffery H. Our pipes busted after the long winter freeze - called them, sat up an appt for early Saturday morning. Jonathon arrived right on time, took care of the problem, was punctual, cordial and efficient. Price was reasonable, described the problem and left the piece that was damaged. Will definitely call upon them again.

Other companies on Angie's List more professional and responsive.

Sent this company a message through Angie's list to request an estimate/service. It has been 5 days and the company has not responded. Do not waste your time.

I had to keep initiating the phone calls. After I got the appointment confirmed, they arrived on time and were courteous and professional. They cleaned up and placed everything on the curb.

The system had 3 lines I thought it had more than that, however it would not switch. One line was a drain that had been put on the wrong side. He replaced all 4 lines and the index value and extended the drain. He checked all 3 lines and made sure they all switched. My sprinkler system is working fine. The job cost more than he had quoted, he explained and I agreed to pay what it cost he worked hard and did an excellent job. I would use him again.

I recently moved into my home and was looking for the lawn to be cut and trees to be trimmed. I joined Angie’s List specifically to find a good lawn care company. I saw their grade and decided to contact them. I went on their website on Tuesday (3 Sept) and submitted an online request for a free estimate. I did not receive a reply so I called the company on Wednesday (4 Sept at 1604) afternoon. They confirmed they received the online request and that they would get back to me as soon as they had a crew in my area (Milton) to do the free estimate. The week passed and no call. I followed up on Monday. The lady on the phone stated that she had a funeral to attend to on Tuesday morning (I offered my condolences and felt bad that I was calling to follow up) and that she would call me Tuesday afternoon since they would have a crew in Cantonment and would do the estimate at that time. Tuesday came and went and no call. I called them at 1725 (they closed at 1700) and left a message. I have yet to receive a call back (as of Wednesday (11 Sept). I think 8 days to get an estimate is completely unprofessional and entirely too long to wait. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

They did all the above and were very efficient. Really nice workers and answered all my questions. A pleasure to do business with professionals. I found the office people were always available and bent over backwards to help with any questions I had.

I was not pleased with them. I felt that I was over charged, I was charged a $154 for him to come out and he told me that I had some holes in my pipe which I still do. It wasn't repaired but they charged me a $154 for him to tell me that. I wasn't happy with them at all. I would have been happy to pay the $65 for service charge. It was a $65 service charge for them so it wasn't a free estimate. I was okay to pay that but I really wasn't happy that I was charged $154 when it wasn't repaired. I wasn't at home so I couldn't tell if he was here for five or ten minutes but I was told by the operator or the person that I spoke to that he located the problem right away. I guess he was over in my area for another service call that he had to make but they still charged me $65 for that plus the total which was a $154. I wouldn't recommend them and I told her that I would get back on Angie's List with some feedback on them. I felt like they didn't do anything. They came relatively fast. The receptionist was polite. I tried to explain to her that I thought they were overpriced and that it wasn't repaired but she said that's the charges. I think they are overpriced and may be they shouldn't service in our area since it's not in Milton. May be that is their problem and they should just say that it's out of their service area which would have been much better for me and I could have found another company in the area that could have done it.

They sprayed, mowed, trimmed and edged the yard. I was well pleased with the work and the workers. Also had weeding done for extra cost. Did a superb job. I give you an A+ B. Hunter

The tech was on time arriving. He was knowledgeable, polite, and went right to fixing the problem. I would use them again.

Just called for an estimate. They were prompt, courteous, thorough, and professional. In the end we decided to commit the $ to an alternate project, but we will likely have the work done in the future and would not hesitate to utilize this company.

I called right after we moved in - played phone tag, finally got someone. It took us longer to close than expected due to the bank,. I was told someone went by property to estimate but no one got back to us even after 2 follow-up calls. I can only imagine what their service is once they get you on the hook and then drop you like this. I want vendors who respond in a timely manner, 2-3 weeks is NOT timely.

Bryan Calderon (owner) came personally to survey the lot, recommend a location and shape (very pleased his suggestion, much improved the resulting garden), and help us refine the design. He came again when work started to oversee the layout and give sufficient instruction to ensure the design was to specfication. Bryan's team paid close attention to detail and to precision. When the garden design was altered once (to add the second tier), Bryan was very easy to work with and very professional and cleanly accomodated our changes (which continued to be refined as the design grew). Over a period of a few weeks and in two phases, Bryan's team (which had the advantage of a very talented lead-landscaper to maintain a consistent approach) performed the work with minimal impact to daily life and never interuppted us except when necessary to answer design questions. The entire team (they used approx seven team members in all, though not all at once) was very polite and friendly and professional and cleaned as they worked so no refuse was left over at the end of the each phase (retaining wall and backfill dirt in the first phase; path, irrigation, and plants in the second phase). The quality of the product of phase I was top; the final retaining wall was of remarkable precision. The top of the retaining wall was perfectly level from corner to corner and the shape of the top was a perfect diamond. We were honestly surprised at how complicated it was to meet our specification and how well they adapted to it. The quality of the product of phase II was also very pleasing; the flagstone path especially is very attractive and their execution of our requested path-shape was flawless...better than expected. The planting had equal aesthetics and their creativity in design was a great improvement on my drafts. The design changed many times and Bryan accomodated our requests on a handshake even when our requests exceeded the contractual agreement. There were (as could be expected in any project of this magnitude and complexity) a few errors and accidents that had to be corrected, but Bryan took full responsibility for every aspect of the variances that didn't come from our design changes. He never charged us labor for any fixes or additions that resulted from his own desire to keep the quality of the design consistent and make sure the final product exceeded all our expectations. I am extraordinarily pleased with the final product and with the process and with all our interactions with Bryan and his team. Bryan's Lawn Maintenance impressed me as very passionate about customer satisfaction and ensuring that not only the product, but also our experience with landscaping was easy and pleasant. I plan to use Bryan's Lawn Maintenance again soon for landscaping since I plan to continue to modify and add to my garden; I have a great degree of trust in their work...especially hardscapes...remarkably meticulous. I can recommend Bryan's for complex and strict landscaping designs without hesitation. I am very happy with the entire experience. It was very fairly priced and of top quality.

They were fairly pricey so we decided to go with another company. They were fine and the guy who came out was very nice but they had a higher price than we wanted to pay. My wife was very impressed with their professionalism and knowledge; they get the highest marks as far as everything else except the price.

I hired Bryan's Lawn Maintenance to work on a regular basis. Their quote was a little high, but they worked with me. They came down to a price I felt was equitable. I had renters at a house in Florida and I found out they had not done anything for the 2 years that they were there, so Bryan's Lawn Maintenance is having to cut back all the hedges and shrubs and everything and it's a major project. Basically, they have multiple good reviews that said that they were reasonably priced and that they did a good job. They were in the area and also had done work in the area where I live. They followed up very quickly,came out and gave me a bid, and had good communication back and forth. If anything happens they call me and everything, so it's been real good communication. They did very well and I've already set up a contract with them for them to come every other week.

They are very thorough, professional and cleaned up nicely.

Needed someone to take over lawn care due to travel schedule. Responded to first call and had rep come by within 1 day. Crew comes when scheduled, office responds immediately to calls about service, crew corrects problems with no hassle in short order. Have not used them that long, but so no complaints about the work.
